Pretty standard in-n-out. We came at around noon on a sunday, and it was surprisingly not busy at all. Usually I see in-n-out's super packed. I got the hamburger with grilled onions and fries, which is my usual order. The burger is always great, especially with the toasted bun and grilled onions. Fries were pretty standard -- not the best fast food fries but I always seem to get them. In-n-out is definitely one of the most worth it meals for the price, as you can get quite a lot of food for ~$5. If you've never tried it before, it's definitely worth checking out! read more

California loves this fast food joint and this sure is my go to place when I crave for one. When I used to live in the South, like the south south in Louisiana, I would drive hours to Dallas just to get me some of them burger coz that was the closest one for me. Now that I'm back in Cali, I'm only minutes drive from the nearest joint. I grew up in SoCal and In n Out is just walking distance from my house. Drive down not even 3 mins and there's another one and drive further down the road from my house and there goes the first In n Out store. Also, back in my elementary and HS years, you get rewarded free In n Out burger coupon for having perfect attendance. This then contributed to my addiction and established my love for this joint. If I am on my low carb crave, I would either order double double protein style or 2 flying dutchmans mustard fried both with grilled onions (this is the only time I would eat an onion coz I don't like em, blehh) and spread on the side. They are enough for me and would leave me full for the day. Butttttttt, if I'm on my carb load binge, that's when I get double double animal style, fries animal style and a chocolate shake with extra spreads and this will just put me on food coma. This place is always packed in what seemed like every minute but most especially during lunch hour. They are really quick though and service is always friendly. After having a super average burger here for the first time at a In-N-Out all I could think was, what was big deal. I have heard from soooo many people from the West Coast making very high claims of In-n-Out. Usually it's said that it's horrible that they don't have them on the east side of the US and of A. Well we were traveling down the highway late night a couple weeks ago and needed a bite to keep driving. We had *stop at a In-N-Out* on our roundtrip bucket list so we slid in. I was amazed at the hyper-focused menu that gave, what felt like, 4 total item choices. Waited 40 minutes in line in 103-degree heat. I'm 6 months pregnant and was so excited for my double single, well-done fries, and root beer. The young lady taking my order repeated my burger, fries, and drink back to me. She then repeated my partner's order back to him. When we got home, my burger was not in the bag!!! Ever since COVID, The lines at the drive thru are super long. I recommend ordering inside. I walked in around 9pm and was out with my order in about 10-15 mins! - I got my fries well done and they were actually well done (more crispy). Many time, since they are so busy, the quality is compromised but not with this location. Great service too! read more

I walked in and I saw the cashier standing around doing nothing. She had a smile on her face and was very kind which was very sigma. I asked for a doggy style burger and she looked at me like I was crazy and said that we do not have that. (I still think that there is a secret secret menu that has a doggy style burger on it). Im still giving a 5 star review because an employee got me a cup of water when I asked for one and he helped me find the bathroom. My husband and I were driving from northern CA to southern CA and we stopped here to grab a bite. Lucky for us they were unusually slow so we did not have to wait as long as usual to get our food. We had to wait a little bit longer when we got to the window though because my husband ordered his fries "well" and I ordered mine "lite" from the secret menu. They had to make ours fresh because of that but I'm not complaining. I love that they did that. Our food was delicious as usual. My favorite drink is their strawberry lemon-up (also from the secret menu). My only complaint is that the woman that handed us our food was not wearing a mask and she spoke while holding the food causing possible contamination. This In-N-Out Burger is pretty decent. Girlfriend, daughter, and her two granddaughters are hungry and this place is a pit stop before getting back on the road to Manteca. My girlfriend is not very good with directions when heading to a certain location in Manteca. She asks me to come along as her navigator, which is fine with me. My first check-in at this In-N-Out Burger and the place is clean. I love their framed pictures on the wall. There weren't too many people in line in front of me, but then when I looked behind me, the line was growing. I'm not much of a fan of fast foods, but the food here is decent. I actually like their french fries better than McDonald's. They're crunchy, not greasy and not mushy on the inside. For $5.64 (tax included) on the hamburger meal special, it's reasonable and the burger isn't that bad. The bun is pillowy soft and the burger is cooked to perfection - not dry and a little sloppy, but it's all good. The employees are friendly and helpful. I did not have to wait long for my order. Then I am in no hurry to "wolf down" the burger and fries and have a case of indigestion. I should have ordered a strawberry shake to go when we left. read more

This in & out is insanely busy. I've never driven by it and not seen somebody standing outside to take people in the drive thru's orders. I came here and pulled the trigger to get something last Tuesday. They asked me if I wanted ketchup or anything else with my order and I asked for extra spread, got the bag in the car and looked, no spread at all so I asked for some and they handed it to me. The parking lot of this mini strip mall hurts the businesses here as there's just simply not enough parking to appease all the shoppers who drive in and out of here. Totally convenient stop between Sacramento and the south Bay Area. It's always busy but this location runs like a well oiled machine. They never look overwhelmed. The service is always kind and consistent. The food freshly prepared and so damn tasty. Traveling back and forth on the regular this has become one of the road weary highlights along the way. Restrooms are always clean. All in all a pleasant and efficient stop very close to the middle of the jaunt. Definitely an added bonus with a Starbucks next door. I swear, I've never had a bad burger or fry here. Everything is always good and the order is always correct. They always repeat our order and are all nice. We came through the drive thru on a Thursday night. I ordered a double single with everything and it was a damn good burger. Perfectly cooked, and the perfect amount of ingredients. My animal fry was cooked to my liking. My large arnold palmer had the right ratio of tea and pink lemonade, which can make the world of difference in how tasty this drink could be. One of the best In N Outs around. I frequent this In N Out as a mid-point stop between Oakland and Laguna West Elk Grove. Its a great freeway exit to spend an hour or two to break up your road trips. There is a Starbucks to catch up on some reading or e mails, the numerous restaurants if your hungry, a Chevron gas station and even a small casino that has such low table limits the financial aspect of it becomes trivial. I enjoy a burger with two pieces of meat, animal style and ketchup instead. Its consistently delicious no matter which store you go to. The grilled onions, pickles and the mustard grilled patties are delicious. Lightly toasted bun and without the overpowering taste of the spread you can actually taste some beef - especially with the two patties. I don't like cheese on my burger either - just overpowers it all. If you are a cheese and spread kind of person go ahead and order it on your fries. Thats the way to have it - bikini season - forget about it... Oh, and especilly if your a guy don't sweat it at all... the dad bod is back in style. Women dig it. The young energetic crew here is particularly outstanding during each and every visit over the years. Sometimes if its very slow they even deliver your food. The manager here must have taught them well too: I'm sure everybody here has heard the line: "if you have time to lean, you have time to clean." If the people here have a spare moment they are all about checking things over and polishing chrome somewhere. The meticulous and systematic cleaning efforts here are incredible. Even with the floors - they have two to a team - one person with a wet mop - followed immediately by a person with a dry mop.
