This In-N-Out is excellent when it comes to speed and quality. Both inside the restaurant and drive through are fast and the service is very good. This is one of the more reliable eateries in the area. The orders are almost always on point, and the staff are friendly and responsive when you bring up concerns about your order or want customization. Once there was a mixup where we had ordered one burger with lighter spread, and what we received was all burgers with lighter spread. But only once out of the dozens of times we have visited. The lines are usual In-N-Out level, so don't expect no wait, ever, but the staff are usually hard at work. It depends on what day but some of the cashiers here are low-key kind of racist. My mom speaks English very well but sometimes she forgets specific words or her accent comes out. One time, when she tried to ask for a bag to-go, the cashier just stared at her while she was struggling to find another word for "container", even though the cashier knew exactly what she was asking for. This has happened a few times already. The menu is similar to other In-N-Out places but the drive through line is always long. Always super fast and they have the nicest staff. The food is always delicious of course. One late night, we went a half an hour before closing and whoever was on the cooking line that night made the BEST animal fries we've ever had. They did not hold back on the toppings. Atmosphere - The classic cookie cutter In-N-Out burger. The tables could have been cleaner. Food Drinks - Coke from the soda machine. Dinner - I am always trying something of the hidden menu. Today I ordered the whole slice of onion grilled on my cheese burger. Well the onion came raw. I was too hungry and on a time crunch to complain. I have never had my burger that way and was actually pretty good. Still love my animal style to most. Service - The order was not executed the way I ordered or how the receipt indicated. I always like this place because the burgers are simple and delicious. My favorite the animal fries reminds me of the Netherlands where they serve the french fries with multiple sauces. The only thing about this location is that the drive thru line is unconviently located in a small stripmall which causes overcrowding issues. I really miss this place, a perfect fresh bun, fresh off the grill beef, hot melty cheese meets cold lettuce and tomatoes, this burger is unlike any burger I've had at any other establishment. If you like things saucy get it animal style, but do not be mistaken, this burger needs little else to complete its perfection. I've always loved that as you cruise through the drive thru you can watch them cook and take an entire potato through the slicer for fresh fries. This restaurant has nothing to hide, just good delicious fresh American burgers. This place is always busy, but you get through the line quick. So worth the wait. 12/11/19 I came to in-N-out it was around 11pm I sat in the drive through for what felt like forever, and usually I don't mind because that's what's to be expected when you come here...... BUT here's a tip to all the workers NO ONE WANTS TO WAIT IN A LONG LINE JUST TO GET COLD FOOD, and of course this is what happened to me. At first I didn't make a big deal about it, because I understand fast food, I worked in the field before, but here's when I did. I ordered animal style fries along with other goodies, but my animal style fries were cold, so my husband brought them inside to exchange for a new one. You would of thought that .... this time around I would of been receiving hot fries BUT NOPE same cold ass fries, now I'm upset because my burger cold now, so I go inside to speak to the guy at the register and I told him my husband just exchanged the fries and you guys just gave him another cold fry, he replied saying that they were hot. I pulled the fry out and told him to touch the fries their cold, he touches them tHen say .... when it's animal style their usually cold .... whatttt !!! No sir I'm sorry this isn't my first rodeo eating animal style fries, I know when the fries are fresh and when they've been sitting, so he offers to make some fresh fries, and I told him that he could give them to someone else I didn't want them because 1. I thought he would spit in my food because he looked like he didn't give two shits about what I was saying, he didn't even apologize , And 2.
