This review is titled "Saved by the Jean Paul" They screwed up my burger three times (yes, even the third time was not right, but I just went with it). Jean Paul is a worker at this In n Out and he epitomizes customer service; he brought my re-do's to my table, he patiently listened as I explained what I had initially ordered, and he was seen talking to customers, cleaning, and offering to take peoples trash from their table. All my burgers were cold from the buns to the patty, which mean i do not know how fresh the food is, how long it was sitting there, or if I'm gonna get sick. There's only 8 waiting for food and it's taking them 15-25 minutes just to get a single burger out to someone. I've never been to an in n out that is so slow. There's clearly zero communication going on back there. Waiting 30 minutes for a burger???!!! I would've walked out after 15 minutes had I not already paid for my food. Get it together. Then soon after said he would to charge me because , I don't know if the staff are bipolar or whatnot, but you simply can't just offer a courtesy then minutes later ask to pay, that's just plain rude, disgusting and unprofessional. What can you say about this California Classic. Delicious that's what you can say. This location I've been coming to for a couple years. The parking is sometimes a hassle because of the long Drive Thru Lines. The inside of this location is spacious at other locations it sometime feels like your sitting really close to people. The employees are a mix of some being friendly. The other half just look like they don't want to be their. Food is why this place doesn't get a 5 star. When the cashier is taking your order they don't get your food right. In N and out has a very simple menu so when you ask a simple request it shouldn't be hard to accommodate. I've spoken with different managers but they have handled in a professional manner. So when coming to this location make sure to always check your food. read more

Super disappointed in this location. Past three times I've been here (this location is closest to my house) they've got my order either wrong or it's completely messy! I always order a 4x4 Protein style with extra cheese, cut in half and I particularly ask for extra lettuce to try and hold the burger together. Explain to me why they would wrap my burger with one piece of lettuce? One piece of lettuce will not hold 4 patties together, that's just common sense. Also if I ask for extra cheese why does my extra cheese need to go on the paper and not my burger? Sad to say but I will no longer give business to this location. read more

It's not like they were busy , it was still very early in the morning, a couple of cars in line. Whoever screwed up this order , should just be assigned parking lot duty sweeping up trash. FAV. this is my favorite in n out in the valley because it's right next to an arco, which is a really good gas station. It's super convenient because you can get gas and cheeseburgers #convenience. The in n out itself has very nice people and is always in tip top shape. The fries at this in n out are cooked better than the other in n outs. The milkshakes are extra creamy. We were seating with my husband and dog outside of In and Out and one of the associates whose name was Graig I believe asked if we were doing ok. We said Yes thank you everything is good.
