We started with the Lamb Manchurian and it turned out to be the highlight of the meal crispy and satisfying. It was served with a side of rice. The Manchow soup wasn't quite to my taste as it felt a bit lightly seasoned or more on the corn starch. I also tried the Gobi Manchurian and asked for extra crispy, they delivered on that which I appreciated, though a little more sauce would have balanced it better. There is a dish called AK47, which has the highest level of spice - I would have appreciated the servers refilling water for us. The server taking the order seemed very pleasant and competent - she got 5 cards to split up the bill and did it without an issues. The vibe if this place is better than the Sunnyvale location. I liked the decor. The food was ok - there are better Indian Chinese restaurants in the Bay Area. PLEASE READ AND AVOID THIS RESTAURANT! Absolutely one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. If negative stars were an option, this place would deserve them. We ordered lamb momos, and the meat inside was shockingly hard -- dry to the point that it crumbled into powder. It was completely inedible. Trying to get anyone's attention was nearly impossible. We waved, looked around, and waited, yet no one made any effort to check on us or respond to our concerns. We also ordered paneer with butter naan. The naan never arrived until we had to ask a water server to track it down. By the time it finally showed up, the paneer dish was already cold. The paneer itself had a foul smell, was rubbery and hard, and the dish contained virtually no vegetables -- just heavy cream and artificial coloring. It looked and tasted unhygienic. Even the white rice served alongside was dry and tough. To make matters worse, the butter naan we ordered was unlike anything we've ever seen at any other restaurant -- it arrived as a tiny, unhealthy-looking piece of bread that barely resembled naan at all. We came here to celebrate a birthday and instead left feeling disappointed and genuinely disgusted. The quality of the food and the complete lack of service were unacceptable. I was pretty skeptical of Inchin's Bamboo Garden based on the reviews and rating on both Yelp and Google, but they surprised me in terms of quality of food. However, I do feel like the service warrants a lower rating. I had gone here for a corporate lunch on a weekday and upon walking in, we didn't feel welcomed. We had a reservation for 10 and were whisked to the corner of the restaurant with a table for 8, and they gave 2 additional chairs but didn't offer any additional cups, utensils, or place mats. Because of the large group, we took awhile to decide what to order, and our server was visibly impatient. They didn't check back on us until the end where they handed us the bill. Food-wise though, we had ordered a mix of starters and mains and all were solid. Flavors were actually very good, my favorites were the thai yellow curry and singapore rice noodles. Springs rolls felt like the frozen ones that were deep fried. The servers and host were kind and polite but they forgot to serve us condiments for the entirety of the meal. We realized condiments were being offered when we saw some other customers get them. The place was deserted for weekend afternoon and that should have been an indication on what to expect. Me and my friends went into Inchin's on a weekday night, I had been here before and wanted to introduce some folks to indo-chinese food. It took some time to find parking in the retail parking garage. Fortunately we were seated right away, and once we ordered, the food came fairly quickly. I ordered masala soda, which kind of tastes like a tamarind masala drink. It isn't very sweet and not everyone likes it, but I enjoyed it. We got the baby corn appetizer which was pretty good and crispy. It was coated in an onion chili based sauce. I wanted to order the chicken chettinand, but the server told me that there were no Indian chicken dishes available...but that there were indo-chinese chicken dishes available. It was rather odd to hear that. So for the entrees we ended up getting lamb vindaloo 1(comes with rice), dry chili chicken and wet fish manchurian. I'm glad that the lamb vindaloo was boneless, meat was tender, but the curry needed some more salt and spice for my taste. Overall still a good dish. It definetly appears to look larger in the dish they serve it in, just a note to not be fooled by pictures because the dish isn't deep. The chili chicken was good, sweet and spicy, and notably a lot of onion. My friend liked the fish manchurian, it is a white fish with a lighter version of sweet and sour sauce. I wasn't a huge fan of it but my friend liked it. The garlic naan was meh, it was definetly not cooked in a tandoor and tasted like the kind you get at the store (frozen naan). Overall, my experiences here have been pretty average. Like some of the other reviewers mentioned, the prices are a bit high for what you get. Parking is difficult, especially during peak hours . Ambiance is good, but service sucks despite there being 8-9 servers (covering ordering, cleaning, etc.) We tried vegetarian dishes, Singapore rice noodles, vegetable coins, Chinese bhel, pineapple fried rice, and except vegetable coins. Nothing had good taste or missed sauces. Pineapple fried rice was the biggest disappointment. It was neither sweet nor spicy, just plain blend (felt easting some kind of pulav with no spices and not fried rice). Service was more focused on big parties, so small orders like ours ~90$ was not worth their attention. We had to call our server multiple times (thru other servers), and finally, another server came and took orders. I would not recommend this place at all as worse was the quantity of food you get for the price you pay for the dishes. The main dish is ok, but if I am looking for authentic Indian or Chinese food, this is not the place I will visit. The dish I like the most is the biryani, although it tastes totally different than the biryani I had before at another restaurant. The service was ok. As I stay nearby, I have dined at this place several times over the past few years. Just after the pandemic, the service used to be bad where the food took forever to come and the staff members were very few. That has improved significantly, the food now arrives very fast and there are plenty of staff around. Cellular network is non-existent in this place, wifi also doesn't work, be aware of that. The street side chowmein is really delicious, spicy by adult standard. I think children won't be able to tolerate this. The Momos were spicy by dumpling standard but tasted really well. Fish manchurian tasted absolutely amazing. Fried ice cream used to be smaller in size but now it's larger and tastes still the same. I highly recommend trying it. read more

We ordered spicy Thai Basil fried rice - basmati was perfectly cooked. There were good amount of veggies, which are generally missing in some restaurants. The seasoning wasn't good. Used to be a great Chinese restaurant a few years ago. Now it's kind of Chinese/Indian fusion. Food is terrible. Beef is tough, chewy and very very watery, barely has meat on it. Terrible. Orange chicken had no meat, couldn't tell if there was chicken at all. Portion is very small, it suck for the price we paid. I'd rather go Panda Express or just go to real Chinese restaurant next time. Please don't make Chinese food if you don't know how to make it right. We are never going back. There is no outdoor seating, only indoor. While the service was a bit slow, the waitress was patient in taking our order. Ordered 2 margaritas no ice and did not taste well. The food came out, Mongolian beef was way over cooked along with Nann. So tuff when I tried to break apart I spilled my drink.
