The customer service here is horrible as is the quality of the appliances. I purchased a Kenmore washer and dryer set 3 months ago, but then when the set was delivered the washer did not work. The owner told me he would swap out the washer for another one. However, the replacement washer stopped working over the weekend. My wife called on 12/27/21 and asked for a technician to come out. The owner Rafael informed my wife the washer was still under warranty and that he would sent someone out 12/28/21. The repair guy told my wife the part needed would take over 4 weeks to arrive and that he would bring a new washing machine on 12/29/21. No one showed up today 12/29/21, and when my wife called and spoke with Rafael he told her the washer was not under warranty and we would have to pay $100 for the new machine to be delivered. But both the owner and the repair guy had just confirmed it was under warranty! Then I called to talk to Rafael at which point he told me he would rather communicate with me and not my wife which I found absolutely crazy. Why would you disrespect my wife and think it's acceptable or professional to conduct business like that? He told me the same BS about the washer not being under warranty and even went so far as to say he was doing us a favor. A+ Start to Finish! Thanks to my fellow yelpers for leading me here:) Our 12 yr old glass top electric range had a damaged top and repair was looking like upwards of $650. I considered new, but remembered I'd had good luck with refurbished appliance stores in the past. The trouble was, my old go to place that I've used twice isn't what it used to be (new management). Fortunately, Infinite Appliance is in business and very close to our house in san jose. Rafael met me upon arrival with a helpful, vibrant, yet non-pushy attitude. I could tell in less than a minute that I liked him. He turned out to be very helpful and had excellent customer service. He let us do our thing and check out and measure dimensions, remaining available across the room when we were ready. Infinite Appliance has an ever changing lineup of used (and some new I think) appliances in their medium size warehouse. There were a ton of washer/dryers. I was looking for a kitchen range and they had about a dozen in stock, one of which turned out to be perfect in size and function. Once I had made my selection, Rafael handled payment and scheduled delivery in a matter of 5 minutes. Super easy and efficient. I arranged for delivery a week later on the weekend. Delivery was EXCEPTIONAL! I was originally given a 4 hr delivery window. The day before I had an appointment come up and called to ask if Infinite could adjust the delivery window to 2 hrs. They agreed with no hesitation for a 7-9am 2 hr window - that is VERY rare for any business. I've had many times where delivery from other places like furniture or a service call like an electrician will arrive very late, sometimes even cancelling until another day because they get behind. On delivery day, the 2 delivery guys arrived at 8am. Wow, I was very impressed. Time is valuable and they came through on time and not last minute and I totally appreciate that. Delivery, transport up our steep outside stairs, install, and removal of our old range was all wrapped up in about 20 minutes. From start to finish, all workers I dealt with from Infinite Appliance were super friendly, helpful, honest, and efficient. There is hope for the world! Thanks guys. I was initially pretty satisfied but things went a little south after the sale and installation. My fridge was missing a water dispenser and I was told not to worry it. Installation day(next day), I still noticed that it was still missing. The installation crew reached out to Rafael and he said he would take care of it. From then on, it went a little sour with very minimal follow up -- actually the only time I got a follow up is when I reached out. Almost 2 weeks later, no real resolution. I took it upon myself to call manufacturer, which then gave me the number of the official parts supplier. I got all the information I need to make the purchase. I reached out to Infinite to let them know. I gave them all the information the rep(Rosie) who said she would place the order. She didn't. The next day I worked with Rafael to get it resolved. I'm was just extremely frustrated that I was able to find and get all the information I needed within minutes while Infinite took almost 2 weeks to still have no resolution. On top of that, I found I found it a little annoying after doing all the work, I still had to place the order for the missing part. I honestly think Rafael is nice guy with good intentions.
