OC Tile responded quickly and was by far the most reasonable bid. Because of a supply delay on another job, they could start right away, which was great, but that also meant we had to make many decisions on the fly. In addition to starting before all the decisions were made, it was a rather complex job, including 4'x4' wall tiles and special plumbing for the tub. Kelly and Dave, the two owners, were very helpful in coming up with creative solutions and kept us informed during the entire project. They were enjoyable to work with, as was their entire crew. After this service, I noticed my tile shower floor dried quicker and floor grout didn't turn black. Then on a later date, their able technician, Jose, cleaned and polished my glass shower doors (removed haze too), professionally cleaned my shower and bathroom floor tiles and grout, recolored all my grout per my color choice after Jose provided three samples on my actual grout (my grout was previously uneven in color due to ingrained dirt and fading), dried the areas, then applied protective grout seal. My shower and floors look better than ever after this service. I highly recommend this service and their quality techniques and workmanship - especially before tile and grout gets too unsightly or damaged, and before considering a tear-out.
