I needed someone to service my gas fireplace. Robert was assigned the job and I couldn't have been more happy. He was very nice to chat with and he thoroughly diagnosed and explained the issues we were having. He came out twice- the first time he attempted to clean the ignition valve to get it to start. Though his persistence, unfortunately the fireplace guts were too old to to salvage. He scheduled a follow up appointment with the needed replacement parts. I would be out of town for his second visit, but he coordinated with my realtor for access to the unit. He personally called me to let me know when the job was done and even cleaned up the frosted over fireplace glass. All in all we were very happy with Robert's professionalism, kindness, and results. We called Integrity a couple weeks ago during a snow storm. Unfortunately, our heat pump and furnace stopped working during the middle of the storm. As soon as we called, they immediately started trying to fit us into the schedule and had our system up and working in no time. The technicians were awesome and seemed to be overly safe with COVID safety protocols. The best part of the experience was the price! These folks came to my rescue during the middle of a snow storm - I fully expected to have to pay an-arm-and-a-leg for emergency service! My bill was way less than expected!!! After I did enough reserch online, I decided to hire Intergrity Energy System to do the job which included Two XC95m furnaces with (8) zones, (8) thermostats, (2) CleanEffects filter systems, (2) HVAC surge protectors, and (2) 10 year parts and labor warranties. included the 3% cash discount. the product is the best, the bid is competitive, and the work they have done is outstanding. I am very impressed by the team work of this company. every one worked in this house has his speciaty. Bryson is good at installing the furnace, Matt is an expert of WIFI thermstat, Rob is is very knowledgable, he can solve all the problems. Gregg is an excellent sales professionals, he chose the right product for this big house. We are very very happy with their work. Integrity Energy was quick to respond when I called Gregg at 9:00pm when our two furnaces were not working.they showed up the next day and replaced two furnaces and make them work. Bryson and Rob worked from 10:00am to 8:00pm on Friday until the new furnaces can heat the house. honestly, our house heating system is complicated, Rob and his team fixed the old duct work, changed all the dampers, make the whole system work perfectly. Best experience from start to finish. I had a natural gas furnace replaced and added an A/C unit to existing duct work. I read several yelp reviews and scheduled several bids to get a range in which to choose from. Matt Cannon (estimator/bidder)- SUPER professional and educated about the products they offer. He was very thorough and being that he was the 3rd person I had to come for an estimate, I had 2 others to compare him against and he was BY FAR the most thorough and explained things to me in terms I could easily understand which I appreciated very much. Rob (Installation)- Very friendly and knowledgeable. They send Rob when a job may be a little more difficult than the straightforward ones. I had a difficult line from where the furnace is to where the A/C unit was to sit outside and they brought him out to figure out the best plan of attack. What I can say definitively about Rob is that guy is a WORKER!! I swear he didn't take a break. He was just in and out of the house back and forth all day for 2 1/2 days until the job was finished. I felt comfortable enough to leave him in my home and never worried a minute about whether I could trust him or not to do so. Jason- (Install Manager) Came out to inspect and insure the quality of the work and to be sure I had my A/C up and running before the holiday weekend (4th of July). Gave me his personal cell phone number and told me not to hesitate to call even over the holiday if anything happened. Even went so far as to call me a couple hours later to ask if the house was cooling down and what the thermostat read compared to when he had left. Laura- (Scheduler/ Admin?) I had the misfortune of having Integrity come out to work on my furnace. The technician came out to my home and I mentioned that the blink code indicated a bad pressure switch. He proceeded to replace my igniter ($300 vs $40) and then I woke up the next morning to a cold house. I ordered and replaced the pressure switch myself and the furnace has been working perfectly for the last 5 days. I am still keeping the technicians offer to come out and replace the $1000 part in mind if it fails again.... read more

We hired integrity to install a ductless A/C unit. After several interactions with them and poor workmanship we fired them. First of all we discovered they did not pull a city permit prior to starting the job. It cost us almost $2000. to repair all the issues they caused to a brand new unit. When we hired a second company to fix the mess they found: Ice buildup on the unit due to coolant leaking from the unit. The condensation tube which was dripping water had been mounted uphill so wasn't draining. The did not level or secure the unit to the base or to the ground. We have contacted BBB and Mitsubishi who manufactures the unit. read more

3 stars because Gregg who did my estimate was friendly, easy going and always quick to respond. After the original furnace in my 1950's home went out, they were referred to me by another local company. The estimate process went by quickly and smoothly. The gentlemen who came out to do the job on the other hand were...interesting. Originally one gentleman showed up and his first question was, "where is your restroom?"- a little odd but alright; I mean he's only human. I showed him and opened up the side door so they wouldn't have a hard time working and bringing in the pieces of my brand new furnace. It was estimated to be a 3 man crew to deal with the size of the job, along with the hauling away of my giant old furnace. I was impressed with the job they did, it went over by about 2 hours but like I said, large job completely understandable. But when I went to look around, there was mud tracked in the directions they came in and out on my freshly cleaned carpet. Even though I had specifically left a doormat out for them to wipe their feet on, I understand it's the PNW- we have moisture. When I reached out to Gregg, again he was quick to respond and apologize. I also noted to him that they left the old furnace behind even though cleanup and haul away was included in the bid. He said he'd reach out to them and they would set up a time with me to come by and get it taken care of. Both of their messes that is, but it's been over a year since I had them install the new furnace and thermostat and I have no complaints there. But I still have the old furnace hanging around in my basement, and they never came by to clean their mess. I was also never contacted for the opportunity for them to fulfill their cleanup duties. Unfortunately, with other family emergencies that arose, and just now finally having to venture to the basement to check something out. I was reminded that their job was never completely finished by the giant old furnace hanging out in my basement... Fast estimates, no pressure to commit which was greatly appreciated. They could have oversold me on a whole bunch of things I didn't need, but they were honest and very detailed in explaining why the option I went with was better in the long run than the more expensive options I originally would have gone with. But I would recommend you keep an eye on things to make sure that EVERYTHING gets done. read more

Integrity Energy Systems seems to be another Seattle company that does business as if they really just don't need or want your business. It's the curse of the Seattle economy. Everyone is so busy nobody calls you back or follows through. We made a request for a quote twice via their webform and never got a reply. Then my boyfriend had to call them to get them to schedule an appointment to come out. Taylor finally did some out and seemed like a great guy. He proposed a bunch of solutions for some of the issues we had going on with heating and ventilation. He admitted they were busy so it would be another week or so until he could follow up with a quote. My boyfriend said that would be fine. But that week came and went and we never heard another thing. We called and left a message for Taylor with their receptionist but never even had the courtesy of a reply. We NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN despite having been ready to move forward with their proposed solutions. If you'd like to literally add weeks to your timeframe for no reason, and to waste time chasing down a company only to have them ghost you after promising to help, then by all means Integrity Energy Systems are the guys for you. read more

I called Integrity Energy Systems to service three gas fireplace inserts, which they agreed to do. Then, the city of Seattle asked us to replace our brick chimney with a wooden one as part of an earthquake retrofit. We needed to pull the inserts out of the fireplaces during the retrofit, so I called Integrity Energy Systems to postpone their servicing of the inserts and asked if they could disconnect the gas lines for me during the remodel work. A man named Taylor came out to gauge the work and said they would send me an estimate. I never heard back from them, so I called to inquire. I called three times, and each time their phone answerer said she would remind Taylor to call me. He never did. If a job is too small or does not suit them, I would think they could be direct enough to call and tell me that. Integrity Energy Systems could not have been less professional. read more

I worked with several people at this company to figure out what to do with a complex heating system. Everyone at this company was very pleasant to deal with and went above and beyond. It turned out that they could not perform the work due to some permitting issues (with being in a commercial building) but they still gave me a free quote and all the details so I would not get ripped-off by another company that could do the work. This has been the only company (out of dozens contacted) that has even been remotely helpful with our issue. I would gladly hire them if I could. read more

I have these guys install my trane heat pump at my old 90 year old house from an old oil furnace. For all the improvement I have contractor done on the house they were the fastest, cleanest, friendliest, and most professional contractor I have. They were at time forgot stuff here and there but they all came back and fixed it free of charge, for example they didn't put in a filter when they turned it on and left till a weak later I told them about it and they came back and gave me a new filter. I would still stick with them because they got my instruction right the first time. read more

I requested estimates from all certified Trane companies in the area and they beat everybody prices. They even beat Costco's comparable Lennox prices even with discounts and rebates. I picked XL 15I and that unit is very efficient and quiet. Taylor and the rest of his team are very knowledgeable and accomodating. They addressed all my problems in a timely manner. I worked with multiple HVAC contractor. The sales guys at Integrity are the most knowledgeable; hands down. They're on the expensive side, but you get what you pay. Now the project management and installation guys are so so and that's the reason for the 3 stars. First of the project manager came to me prior to work start; looks dismal and not caring, I could tell the last thing in this guys mind is customer service. He wanted to collect full money 1 day before work starts. Of course I said no, and agreed with him I'll give the check to the guys when they show up. When the service tech came he was told; don't start on anything until you get the money. I'm not going to leave the country and escape with a 2K debt for a contractor. That's just bizarre. Anyway, they did an OK job. Then they forgot to install couple of grills. It wasn't a big deal that they forgot. But when I called the office, they said it was taken out of the storage and it should've been installed. OK, so it wasn't. We'll send someone to install it. Called another time, and got the same answer. I gave up since it wasn't a big deal to have the grills (even though I was told it's $150 each). But I took the off my list for the next big project. I ended up spending 60+K on my next HVAC project. They could've earned my business, with just little courtesy and common sense. Their loss. read more

To me this is the ultimate in unprofessionalism. They wasted my time and the money I didn't make at work. Wow! We had a great experience with Integrity. Everyone from the office staff to the boss to the technicians were professional, responsive, patient with every last question we asked and did a great job. We mostly coordinated with Taylor who was so professional and prioritized customer service. Josiah and the other technician with him paid attention to all sorts of details including putting things that needed moved to work (as minor as headphones on a table) back in to place as they were. We installed a heat pump with three units and you cannot see any of the work from the front of our house which maintains curb appeal. The work they did was spot on. And after it was installed Taylor came by to make sure we were happy with the job and showed us how to use it, clean it, and get the best performance with it. Updating to 4 stars. Taylor responded very quickly to our review and came out with someone from Trane to take a look. They measured the system and walked us through everything. The air pressure is on the high end but still within normal range. They found a simple way to lower it by just changing the grill on the intake vent. When they changed our thermostat originally, they didn't fix up the wall, so the holes from the old thermostat were still there and the new thermostat wasn't very sturdily attached. This time, they also fixed that up with a new wall plate to cover the old holes and make things more sturdy. It seems we slipped through the cracks for follow-up maintenance from them, but they do stand behind their work if you bring it to their attention. read more

Summer of 2015 Integrity replaced the AC at our home on Capitol Hill. They did a great job. Over the winter we purchased a home that had complex heating and cooling issues that were on a different scale than we had ever been used to before. I called on Integrity for help. Original scope of work: *Replace boiler in our pool house with a new Intelihot unit to provide hot water for the radiant floor heat and domestic hot water. *Replace broken dehumidifier with a new LifeBreath Pool HRV dehumidifier. *Service pool heater. *Service 3 gas furnaces in the Main House. *Service 2 gas hot water heaters in the Main House. The day after we closed on the purchase the main furnace died and the furnace on the second floor was starting to have issues. Integrity got a service guy to come over same day to take a look. He pronounced them dead (not worth repairing) and Taylor was able to come right over and start the quote for replacement units. Expanded scope of work: *Replace main furnace with a new Trane VX95, horizontally mounted furnace in the attic. *Replace the furnace on the second floor with an Ameristar 95% efficient single speed unit. Integrity was able to get the Trane unit installed the next day so we could heat in the house. The majority of the remaining work was scheduled to happen the following week(s) while we were on vacation. The pool house work proved to more complex because the water return line for the radiant floor heat had cracked in many places due to freezing. Integrity was able to find all of the leaks and fix them without issue. The LifeBreath dehumidifier was on back order from the manufacture so they completed the boiler work and then returned a few weeks later to complete the project. The project came in as budgeted. Integrity's bid for the pool house work was comparable to the other bid had requested. I didn't get a second bid for the work in the main house. I did call a friend that works as a repair tech for a different firm and he told me that due to the cramped attic space that the total cost with installation was a good deal (his firm would likely be more than Integrity). The staff at Integrity were great to work with. Taylor is very knowledgeable, a creative problem solver and quick to respond to email. Gregg, Levi, Rob and the rest of the installers and office staff were awesome. Integrity is very busy company but they really take the time to get things right. read more

Thankfully, he beat that date by 2 days. We needed showers! Tyler and Levi installed it, showed us how to operate things, and left the place immaculate. You have to read this to believe it: We were informed by our leasing company that our tenant's heat was not working. Our leasing company was able to get Integrity out there to fix it on a cold Sunday afternoon (the plus side to all this). Upon talking to the technician, he informed us that the thermostat was broken (hard to believe since it was only 18 months old, but when you have cold tenants, and it's a weekend, you have to take the technician's word for it!). But the real shock came when he quoted me the price of just the thermostat (not installation). He said the unit COSTS MORE ON WEEKENDS than on weekdays. I kid you not! Not the labor, but just the unit!! He then tells us the thermostats that his company uses normally cost $539 (are these gold plated thermostats??!!), but on weekends they are $620!!! I just about fell over. So in the end, we paid just over $1000 for everything. Expensive Sunday afternoon for us. Asked my leasing company never to call Integrity again. We were referred to them through the Community Power Works (CPW) program, after being bumped around from different contractors due to the somewhat unique nature of our project (We were looking to upgrade from our current single water heater-based, hydronic heating system). We consulted with Taylor (one of the owners) and he was on time, courteous and very informative, and honest about our options. We decided to work with them and were happy with the experience and results. The main installer Josh was very courteous and very orderly in his work. Taylor was very helpful in the final walk-through of the project and patient in answering all our questions on our new system. So far, we are very pleased with it. I had them install my gas furnace when it went out 5 years ago. At the time I had a Honeywell thermostat that worked fine. The installers talked me into the new Trane thermostat that went with the furnace. The new thermostat worked fine for a while but after the power went out, apparently the screen "touch sensitivity" gets set to "gorilla mode" by default after reboot. In that mode you need to press each key with all your might 5-10 times before it activates. Trying to navigate to adjust the setting for screen "touch sensitivity" was incredibly frustrating. About a year ago I called Integrity to have them replace the thermostat. They came out but didn't have an alternate thermostat so they showed me how to reset the sensitivity. They charged me $109 for the diagnostic. It was a convoluted method to adjust and by the time my power reset the sensitivity again I couldn't remember it. I called them two months ago asking to speak to a technician. All I needed to know was how to reset the sensitivity. I was told "no technicians are available, one will get back to you."...no response. A week or so later I tried again. Same response "...a technician will get back to you."..nothing. My wife was complaining about it so I told her to call them. Same non-response. Yesterday I called and got the same response again. No call back as of 9 am so I called again and was told they were in a meeting until 10 and a tech would call me. After 10 I called again and unfortunately took some of my anger out on the receptionist. Finally after 1/2 hour more I got a call from what was apparently the tech boss. Halfway through the call he said he would need to call me back and then began texting me. I asked him how to reset the touch sensitivity. He could not tell me. Again it's very difficult to navigate in "gorilla touch" mode. I tried googling the manual and it was no help. He said he would replace it on warranty, so I said "fine". He sent two techs out (why two?) and then tried to bill me $200 labor which had not been agreed on. Also odd is that labor is double what I paid last year for 10 minutes of work. I told them I wouldn't pay since 1) we hadn't agreed on labor charges, 2) they clearly said the thermostat would be replaced on warranty, 3) all they really needed to do was have a tech tell me how to adjust the sensitivity. So then they wrote back a nasty letter "terminating our relationship" even though I have a 10 year warranty. Stay away from these guys. It's not worth the aggravation. read more

We hired this company in April to fix the radiant heating issues. Guys show up, replaced panels, promised they give a guarantee, so it should be fixed. In October turns out nothing is fixed, they declined to fix. Horrible quality, Rude service and High prices! read more

Fantastic service. We originally were just going to get a gas fireplace installed, but a few days before the scheduled service our furnace decided to start acting up. They got us a great deal on a brand new Trane furnace and since we had planned on getting AC installed in the spring we were able to do that at the same time. They were very thorough with their communication and system suggestions, took the time to go over all of our options and got everything installed for us in just a few days! Josh and Robert were such a great team to work with. They came out to do an initial assessment and determined that I needed to replace a part on my ten-year-old Navien tankless water heater. Super informative and helped me determine how to best move forward. When they came back a week later with the replacement part, they discovered that all of the o-rings had to be replaced as well (they weren't leaking during the first assessment, but started leaking when they came back). They apologized for the initial miss and paid for the replacement o-rings themselves. Lastly, I had one final appointment for a flush of my system (for maintenance) but their first appointment of the day ran late. They still made it out to my place after hours and stayed late to get the job done, which I really appreciated. My brother and sister came in at the end of their maintenance and in just the 10 minutes they interacted, they told me how much they liked them and want to work with them in the future when they move into their new home this summer. We've been having both our furnace and our tankless hot water heater serviced by Integrity for a couple of years now. Sooooo much better than the companies we've worked with in the past! It's always easy to communicate with the office, the prices are clear and understandable, and all of the techs are friendly and conscientious every time. Our last job was a big one: some major repairs, fixing an incorrect installation (previous company), performing some long-overdue routine maintenance, and even some minor electrical work. Robert handled everything like a champ, and with a smile on his face the whole time. Would definitely recommend! read more

Warning follow Yelpers- you can't trust this business, they are not honest and will take your money even if they fix nothing. I have a Trane HVAC on the roof top, the Air-conditioning compressor did not come on. They charged $174 for a diagnosis fee and said they will be able to tell what is wrong with the system. They came on time on their appointment, I told them one wire is shorted as I tried be informative. After checking power on the wires, they said the circuit board needs to replace, part and labor for a ridicules $800 for just 4 screws and 4 easy push-in plugs. I told them I had replaced the circuit board before and the problem was not fixed. They still insisted on the circuit board has malfunctioned and it was reason that caused the compressor to not turn on. They promised the problem will be fixed with a new circuit broad installed. They also said my system does not have an economizer installed, it is not running very efficient without one. Are you kidding me? $174 I already paid plus $800 to replace a circuit broad which I know it costs no more than $100 from the manufacturer and about $75 in eBay. I said to myself, no way I am going to pay $1000 to fix it which I think I am getting ripped off. So I went called Northwest Refrigeration. They were able to accommodate my schedule and came over the next morning , troubleshot the system and found out my economizer is shorted out, my circuit board is working fine. They replaced my shorted wires and fine turned the economizer, now my system is working perfect. The price, not even 1/3 of what Integrity Energy Systems wants to charge me. I had a very bad experience with Integrity Energy Systems, their guys are not very knowledge, said I don't have an economizer installed when actually it is one preinstalled with the system. Stay away from this company, you are better off spend your money somewhere else. read more

Just recently had our furnace go out, just in time for the holidays. These guys came out in a timely fashion, did an assessment and had us up and running in no time at all. Unfortunately we had to replace our entire unit but it turned out to be an easy process with these guys. They clearly presented our issue, our options and were very clear cut about the pricing. There was no pressure for this or that. My wife and I both felt they presented us with the facts and allowed us to decide how we wanted to go about the repair. We went with a Trane 95% efficient furnace and are very happy with the end result. The house is warmer than it was and will cost us less in the end. Highly recommend these guys. read more
