Lee Momon My Family and I highly recommend the integrity Energy Systems Electrical Department. Zach came to our home and ran through the system with me and explained everything that we would need to upgrade our 1966 home. Since there were not a lot of upgrades to our electrical panel since 1966 we had many outlets and wiring that needed replacement including the whole electrical panel. Zach walked the house with me and talked me through the types of panels that could replace the old panel to give us consistent and clean electricity for the whole house since we had many outlets that would overload the panel and trip breakers if too many items were plugged into them at the same time. Since we occasionally have the power go out in our area we talked about a transfer switch, so we could connect a generator up to our house when the power went out. I received a call from Taylor to talk about the prices for the panel and transfer switch. He walked me through the different options and based on our budget we went with the CH series 125a Electrical replacement panel and transfer switch. On the day of installation, Joel was our installer and right away he impressed me with the fact that he said he did some research on our house and what would be the best way to address our needs and keep the labor time and price down. Of course, with a 1966 home, there were a few surprises that popped up but Joel and Zach new right away what to do to remedy the issues. These two-electrical dynamic duos plotted out a plan to get us up and running without a whole lot of extra time and more importantly to our budget a lot of extra money. After the job was done Zach came back to show me how to connect the generator properly and how to keep power during a power outage. Joel and Zach are wise well pass their youthful appearances, they said that Integrity recently added an electrical branch to their company and I must say we were lucky that we called at the right time to get these two nice and respectful gentlemen to take care of our electrical needs. We originally called Integrity after our oil furnace was on the blink and needed replacement. We called another company and was not pleased with their prices or products. Gregg came out and walked the house with me and explained the options for a new electric heat pump and we finally agreed on the Mitsubishi Hyper heat high-efficiency heat pump with A.C. Jordan originally came out for the installation and due to some medical issues could not finish but Scott came out and finished the job to perfection. We are so glad to have called the right company to undertake our home improvement work. Again, we highly recommend Integrity Energy for your electrical and furnace needs. read more

The technicians sent to do the job were either new to the business or new to the company. After complaints that they were being messy, having water drip on my tenants furniture, insulation (fiberglass) dropping and being left on my tenants items in the garage, dust in the whole townhouse, they techs told my tenants that they should've covered things and just didn't have time to get the plastic. I had called the Project Manager and after they learned he would be stopping by, they started telling the tenants that they knew they were going to get in trouble and that they don't usually do residential work. Not only did the techs not ask if the drywall should be kept, they cut it so poorly that it cost about an extra $800 when the drywall company came in. After the work was completed, I had emailed the company and asked that before they charge the 2nd half of the invoice, I would like to talk to someone. I finally get a phone call from the Project Manager in which we basically argued the whole call. He said he would talk to the co-owners on the company about my dissatisfaction. It took over two weeks for me to get an email from Inside Operations Manager. She emails me, requesting that I email her back within 35 minutes of when the email was sent. After emailing her back the next morning, it took another TWO WEEKS to get a response. Complete lack of professionalism. This Operations Manager looked me up on Facebook and commented on how we had mutual friends. She let me know that " a background in mortgage lending" she looked up where I lived and that we lived only minutes away from each other.   During a few of the conversations that I have had with this Manager and the PM, they put blame on me for the things that happened /went wrong. They said as a landlord, I should have been there throughout the project and tenants should never be involved. I have worked with many contractors, painters, cleaning companies, etc and have NEVER had so many issues with a company. When she tells me she has "done her research" I feel more like she has been completely invasive in looking up information that (although public information) has absolutely NOTHING to do with her or the completion of this transaction that has taken over two months to finalize. I do not recommend Integrity Energy Systems, LLC to anybody. read more

My wife and I decided to upgrade our nearly 20 year old furnace and after some research decided to use Trane as a manufacturer. Josh, with Integrity Energy Systems, gave us a proposal that included various furnace models and pricing options. We settled on a Trane S9V2 furnace, a Clean Effects air cleaner and XL824 Smart Control thermostat. I Had some wall and plumbing work that could only be done after the removal of the old furnace and before the installation of the new furnace. So Josh arranged to remove the old furnace and then come back in a couple of weeks to install the new equipment. During the wall work I asked Josh if someone could come over to determine were the new furnace would set so I could position the new wall work. Josh had Jason (the shop foreman) show me the new furnace would set in a small alcove that was previously dead space - this was great news in that it positioned the furnace further out of the way and freed up usable square footage. Now I need to inform the reader that I am very particular as to quality workmanship. I informed Josh and Jason that it was my wish to have a quality installation and was expecting a pleasing visual appearance that would show the installer's skill and workmanship. They sent Scott to make the installation (and, I assume, to keep me happy). Scott did not disappoint. He worked with me to give me time to finish up wall work and he cheerfully worked to fulfill my desire to have a piece of ductwork installed in a rather complicated manner. The end result is a piece of artwork that gives me pleasure every time I walk by. The new Trane furnace is a smaller unit than the old furnace but is quieter and, most importantly, provides greater comfort. We have opted to have the fan run 24/7 (the fan runs at half speed when not providing heat). The constant movement of air does not allow air to stratify and create cold spots. The half fan speed is all but impossible to hear running. Our experience with Integrity Energy Systems is that they fully live up to their name and we freely recommend them. I shopped around talking to four different home energy installers before I clicked with Gregg at Integrity Energy Systems. He came out and did a home inspection then followed it up with a very detailed estimate with three different options. I was able to do my own research and ask more questions between Integrity and another home energy installer before I chose to go with Integrity. I really enjoyed working with Gregg on the estimate stage as I found his descriptions were right on par for what I was looking for in replacing an old furnace and water tank. The two day installation was a great experience also. Integrity sent out Tyler to be the man to work both days and his apprentice Billy came over for day two to finish up the install. Day one was all about removing the old water tank and furnace, it helped I had this done before we moved into the house. The second half of day one Tyler set up the high energy efficient furnace and prepared my energy closet for the tankless water heater install. We lived about an hour away due to I-5 traffic so I gave Tyler my home key so he could start work bright and early. I never had any problems trusting him as I really felt like I clicked with him. Day two Billy came out to help install the tankless water heater and it all went very smoothly. Gregg did a follow up a couple days later to walk me through the operation for the high efficiency furnace, air filtration and tankless water heater. I'm sure I'll bug them again when it gets colder for a quick reminder but this was one of the easiest, most explanatory process I have ever gone through. My Trane heat pump was well over 15 years old. We were having heating as well as cooling issues with it. Had TWO other H/C company's come out to tell me my heat pump was bad ( that I already knew, hence the call). They told me what they would do to fix it, ( both were wildly different) but also said that they thought this may not totally fix the issue. Asked about a new one and they quoted me a high number for the same size unit. Taylor came out and took one look at my unit, asked a few questions about my house, looked at the unit inside the garage and told me my original unit was oversized for my application. He then went on to tell me what I most likely experienced over the years with sounds and issues. He was spot on. No one else bothered to take the few minutes to figure this out ( or maybe they didn't know ). Taylor looked at the unit and told me what it would take to get it running properly as well as what issues would still be ahead ( being 15 years old with new parts). We looked into the option for a new one which was not that much more monies and had a brand new Trane installed. Unit is smaller inside as well as outside. Its very quiet and has a warranty...... I thought the original installation looked good ( pipes going across garage ceiling ). Taylor and crew re-plumbed everything and the small details almost made necessary piping disappear. This was huge considering its a small garage and you realize what it should have looked like all along. Throughout the process I was always informed and never once thought about getting another bid. My electric bill has gone down, the air is at correct temperature and doesn't sound "pushed: thru the vents. Best decision ever..... Wish I could give 10 stars read more

The folks at Integrity Energy Systems did an excellent job with our complete HVAC replacement. The work included all permits, the needed electrical panel upgrade, the removal and disposal of our existing oil furnace, and the installation of a Trane heat pump and air handler/furnace for heating/ cooling, as well as whole house air purification via Air Scrubber Plus. Throughout the entire process everyone we worked with was helpful, professional, candid, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and never pushy. Matt worked diligently to listen to our needs, offer advice, and then put together the three comparative bids we needed to choose the best system for us. In addition, we happily found the pricing from Integrity very reasonable. The attention to detail throughout the entire bidding, preparation for install, and installation process was excellent. Integrity came out ahead of the installation and met with us to understand our specific concerns, needs, and expectations for the install. Even though our installation was done during an extremely busy time for the company, Integrity was able to bring in extra staff when needed and/or have folks stay late to complete work to keep things moving. They did everything possible to get the system correctly installed on schedule and to get us up and running as quickly as possible. In addition, Integrity worked with us during the install to locate system piping, electrical lines, etc. where they would work best for us, even though this at times required extra effort on their part. I had an excellent experience having my furnace replaced by Integrity Energy Systems. My sales consultant, Matt, was clearly very knowledgable and professional. He took time to consider all my questions and worked with me to determine the best furnace replacement for my home. We were in a no heat situation in the dead of winter and Matt got us an installation within just a couple days. I got three competing estimates and Matt's was the best overall, not just matching price but beating on customer service and warranty (parts and labor). Our installation was just as excellent. The two-man install team were very friendly, clean and efficient. There were no problems installing the furnace including new pipe work to vent outside and all. I work from home with my office right next to the install location and there was no interruption to my work day. I even bought the guys lunch for doing such a great job. A few days after install, Matt came to visit to make sure everything was in order and show us how to use the new system. We found out that our new Ecobee Smart Thermostat had one wire misplaced, an understandable mistake for a brand new smart thermostat that they had never worked with before. Matt had a technician come out within a couple hours, that same day, and got it fixed in no time. So far our home has been a perfect consistent temperature. Very comfortable. A night and day difference over our previous furnace. I'd recommend Integrity to any of my friends, and if you can work with Matt, that's a bonus. read more

I am getting a rental home ready to sell, and needed servicing on a 10 year old Bosch Aquastar tankless. It was installed improperly, and we really needed to get up up to speed. Integrity came out and gave a bid, (which was hefty), and they said they'd get the unit shaped up. Scheduling was a breeze, and Laura was in touch when anything changed. Robert and another coworker arrived on time to do the repair and maintenance. Robert was kind, courteous, meticulous, and explained what he was doing whenever I had questions. When I had a moment of communication breakdown with both workers concerning the job, Robert apologized, proposed a solution, and then applied that solution. Later that evening, we noticed we had a small leak from the tankless, and that the vents were not in the proper alignment. I had a moment of panic, as the house was going on the market the following day. I emailed Integrity at 9 pm that night, and Robert emailed back immediately, letting me know that he would arrange his schedule early on Wednesday morning to fix the problems. He came to the house early, fixed the problems quickly, and we were able to go live with the listing at noon on Wednesday. Robert is a customer service dream. He is respectful, listens to the customer, does whatever it takes to make things right, and does beautiful work. Great experience from quoting through installation on my new heat pump + air handler(replacing an out-of-commission oil furnace). Installation was performed in May 2015 so I had A/C throughout the summer (central A/C was cheaper than portable unit cooling 1 room comparing this summer to previous). Fall and winter has been comfortable as well. Price was very competitive. I primarily worked with Matt Cannon throughout bidding and installation. He was responsive and well-educated/informed. I couldn't ask for anything more. I don't recall the installer names, but they did a great, professional job as well. Final installation looks great; from the heat pump to the electrical and plumbing, as well as the air-handler and the associated sheet metal. Due to work being performed in the basement and power being shut off (panel also had to be updated to 200amps), some sheet metal work was crooked initially, but the Integrity team immediately fixed it up. I recently contacted Matt when I was experiencing irregular heat pump activity (while heating). He responded immediately with a few troubleshooting questions to see if it was truly irregular, and a technician, Isaac, was at my house within 2 days to diagnose the problem. Isaac did a great job tracing the issue back to the thermostat. Integrity replaced the thermostat that morning and I was back up and running as expected. They exceeded my expectations. Integrity Energy really lives up to its name. We called them in to fix a botched job that was done by another (large) HVAC company and they proved to me that there ARE some good contractors out there that value service and quality workmanship. Jason, our project manager, was very sympathetic to our situation and did everything he could to make the process easy. Out of the 9 total contractors I called when doing my research, Integrity's staff was the most responsive. I got a call within an hour of requesting a quote on their website. Throughout the entire project Jason answered my questions promptly and he and his installers made sure to contact me if they were running a bit late. The verbal quote Jason gave me was competitive with the other two bids I got. The work that Bryson and Chase (our installers) did when replacing our water heater and furnace was beautiful. That may sound over the top, but it's true. We've never worked with a contractor that strove to make the finished product look so neat. Due to our past experiences we assumed that we would need to do some additional painting and building to cover up messy work and make it more aesthetically pleasing but, as it turned out, there was no need. It looked good enough to leave as-is, which was a big relief. Everyone I spoke with at Integrity was incredibly nice and accommodating. The customer service this company provides is outstanding. I've been meaning to write a review for a few months and have finally found a little time to do it. Right after the Holidays last winter (2013-2014) my old coal converted to oil converted to gas furnace finally gave up the ghost. It was the original old gravity feed cast iron furnace with the conversion burner that was placed on it 44 years ago. I called several companies for estimates. Integrity Energy Systems was the only company that truly listened to me and tried to help accomplish what I wanted. Their consultant, Gregg, was most attentive and gave me a choice of 3-4 furnaces that would fit my financial needs and work well enough to get the job done without a bunch of bells and whistles that I didn't need. Doing a huge favor and taking care of a lot of the leg-work for me, Gregg also found an abatement company for removal of the old furnace and duct work at a very reasonable price. Just a few days after the old furnace was removed, the Integrity team was here for installation of my new furnace and duct work. These guys were professional, worked hard and let me stick my nose down where they were working to inspect what was going on while they did the job with grace. The finished job was totally pro and they left the work area cleaner than what it was before the job began. For such a major home repair, Integrity overall did a fantastic job. We had three different representatives from IES come to our home in April - May of 2014. The first did an inspection of our home heating system. The second did a consultation regarding AC installation. During my meeting with this second rep - the consultant - we discovered that our hot water heater was at the end of its life. The third rep that came out removed our old water heater and installed a new one. All three reps were extremely friendly and helpful. They took time to answer all of my questions, and went out of their way to educate me about my home heating system. The only thing I was a little disappointed by is that the person who came to inspect our furnace didn't notice that our hot water heater was broken. (Maybe that was outside the scope of his inspection. I don't know. I'm new to home ownership.) Actually the only reason we realized that the hot water heater was broken was because I was walking around the side of the house with the second rep - the consultant - so he could show me where our AC unit would be installed - when I heard water running. We then discovered that water was flowing from the backup run off from the water heater. If I hadn't heard the water running and asked about it, we probably still wouldn't be aware of the problem. In any event, IES sent someone out promptly to install a replacement water heater. He did a great job. read more

This review has been overdue for a few years now. I purchased my house back in 2013 and immediately had issues with the original heating system. After the old heating system finally died in the early winter of 2013, I scrambled to work with my home warranty company and heating companies. After just purchasing the house ~6 months prior, money was a bit tight. Understandably, the other heating companies said " ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ come back when you have money." One of the heating companies I found was Integrity Energy Systems. Taylor was incredibly helpful in assessing the current state of the heating system and providing viable solutions. The thing that set Taylor and Integrity Energy Systems apart was the commitment to their customers. We surveyed all options before deciding on the best method moving forward. From this moment, I have been a loyal customer of Integrity Energy Systems to this day. Even after the installation, Taylor would occasionally check in to see how the new system was performing. I just had my annual service completed by Robert who did a fantastic job. His quality of work, communication and professionalism was on par with my past experiences with Integrity. A+ I couldn't have asked for a better tech. Aside from loyalty to the company, these guys really know their stuff. Even other contractors have admired the work put in. Great work! Overall: Good Business Interaction: Furnace maintenance The appointment scheduling was easy and like most services we were given a time frame for arrival. A few minutes into the designated time window we received a more precise estimate as to the arrival of the service technician. Braxten arrived as scheduled and immediately went to work after making sure I didn't have any questions. After the maintenance was complete he explained the overall state of the furnace and highlighted a few items to consider for replacement/addition. He was low pressure but also made his concerns known clearly. I opted to have him tackle a couple items and he was able to take care of them without having to make another appointment. Having extra time buffered around a maintenance visit is definitely beneficial to both the customer and the company. About an hour later we went over the bill and discussed the other types of work Integrity Energy Systems does as well as future planning as my furnace is quite old. I will definitely consider the company again for other related maintenance/projects. While this is my only experience with the company, I was pleased with the work that was done. Integrity Energy Services installed my sweet new Trane XV95 along with the Trane Clean Effects electronic filter. They showed up on time and did a great job!...and for a decent price. I opted for the Northridge earthquake gas shut off valve and the Honeywell Prestige 2.0 color thermostat with remote thermostat and outside temp sensor. I have a rental apartment downstairs and my tenant now has a way to control the temperature in the house with this remote when I'm not home!...This is a nice, nice setup! Brandon from Integrity came by a few days after the install to do a walk through with me to make sure I understood how everything worked, including the thermostat and filter. Everything works great, my house is warm and toasty and the air is clean! Brandon recommended the Trane Clean Effects filter, due to the fact that I have allergies...and it was so worth the extra cash! Anyway, bottom line is this...Integrity Energy Services is a young company but they have years and years of combined experience installing heating systems. They are also trained and certified at the factory by Trane. Okay, I couldn't be happier with this system and Integrity Energy Services. The installers Josh and Jason did a great job and left no mess. My renter is very happy as well! read more

Integrity Energy Systems was very professional to deal with during the whole process of upgrading our furnace & installing a new heat pump. They were not pushy selling us anything we didn't need and were very solutions focused in addressing what we needed for our home (they didn't take a one size fits all approach in making recommendations). They were very patient and responsive in answering all of our questions pre-install (and we had lots of questions). Per my request, Gregg took me out to the Trane distributor in Tacoma so I could see and test out all the products running first hand. This really helped us in making a final decision on which products to purchase. We ended up purchasing the Trane XC95m, Trane XV18 heat pump, and Trane CleanEffects air filtration system. Install process was very smooth, scheduled quickly, completed right on time, and the installers was very skilled and knowledgeable. We love our new furnace & heat pump - so happy we made the purchase. The system they installed is amazing - energy efficient, amazingly quiet, and has significantly improved our air quality IES is great and I would highly recommend them - we are SO happy with the Trane products they sold us & their customer service. read more

From the appointment setter to the technician that came out to my house, all were professional and intelligent. Jordan, the tech, especially knew his stuff! We just bought a fixer in West Seattle and the furnace hadn't been serviced in years. I was concerned that it was in such poor shape that we might have to replace it. Jordan came out, got our unit cleaned up, paying particularly close attention to blower, and thoroughly checked all the components and settings. He literally took the blower out of the housing to clean it. Our furnace sparkles it is so clean and I'm very happy to say our furnace is now working like new. Jordan also took the extra time to educate me on it's operation, items to watch out for and what the best approach for maintenance would be. I've never had a repair technician care enough or take the time to educate a customer like this. My girlfriend and I recently moved into our newly purchased home and about one week later lost power to the furnace. On a reference from our real estate agent, we called Zach who immediately made us a priority and sent out an electrician to give us a free estimate. We also called two other outfits, but Zach was the fastest to respond and worked us in, weeks in some cases, sooner than the other guys. And that was just for the bidding! Once scheduled, the other guys wanted at least two to three additional weeks to complete the work. Integrity got the job done from bidding to project complete in about a week, more or less, and we are pleased with the work but particularly the responsiveness. This was for a total electrical panel replacement and new service to the house! Luis was the electrician to come out to do the on site inspection as well as the actual installation and we felt great about hiring him for his obvious knowledge and friendly attitude. I plan to have him come back for other house projects such as replacing our knob and tube throughout the house. Very fast, very efficient, and they gave us a very reasonable price on such a short time frame. read more
