After getting multiple bids from different companies, we decided to sign our contract with Ken who was very informative, thorough, and understanding. He took the time to evaluate our situation, stayed within our budget, and assessed what was needed to be done. He also explained the materials, and the work that was going to be happening, very thoroughly. Ken was able to schedule the repiping that following Monday, which was great because he knew how much we wanted it to just be done. He didn't waste our time, nor did we feel like we were being taken advantage of. Monday morning, Manuel's crew came in, and literally got right into work. They took the time to cover up our furniture and floors to prevent the dust to dirty or damage the rest of the house. They were very knowledgeable, super polite, and were on task at all times. Once they were done, they cleaned up very nicely, and besides the holes in the walls, you could hardly tell that they were even there. Because of them, our hot/cold water was finally working as it should, we were so happy! The next morning, they sent out another guy (who we didn't get his name) to patch all of the holes. These folks did our home in Lake Forest about three (3) years ago. Neat, tidy, patched holes, and prepped areas for painting . . . as they said they would. We had some major issues with starting the repipe job (even after signing a contract and scheduling a start date), as we had a tenant in the unit and we found out that it was virtually impossible to do the work with her excessive clutter blocking every work area. That said, we called Integrity once the tenant moved out (months later) and they were able to schedule the job within the week. They did a great job repiping and patching the many holes that were made in the walls and ceilings, and were able to complete all the work very quickly. Very affordable compared to other quotes we received, and the lifetime warranty was a huge selling point for us... especially living in Ladera Ranch which is notorious for leaks. We used Integrity Repipe after the familiar story of having our second major leak within 4 years (this time a slab leak to add to the fun) and deciding just to get the whole house done versus spending another couple of thousand on a patch job with further leaks being a risk. We went with IR because they had a reasonable price compared to others, could start the job the next day and promised to get it done within 3 days - before the next weekend kicked in. They also threw in new bath/shower faucets at a reasonable additional price as well and Ken - the person who came to talk to me - explained in detail how they would do the job and the different materials they would use. I was impressed by the fact that they actually got the job done in 2 days! 1 day to cut holes/repipe, next day to patch. It was super fast and the quality of the finishing on the walls/ceiling and stucco was great - you cannot tell the difference without looking closely. The only reason why I docked a star is because: 1) We thought they could have done a better job with the dust in the house. I get that cutting the amount of drywall they needed to would generate an awful lot of dust, but they didn't cover everything up as well as we thought they could. We were left with a couple of stains on our carpet (luckily in the garage) and smudges on walls. They did clean up afterwards, but this was more rudimentary and It took us a couple of more days to have everything truly cleaned up - including cleaning items that hadn't been covered and the carpet in our garage, which had a lot of dust ingrained. 2) The mechanism to open/close a sash window in one of my bathrooms had been broken when they had piped through the walls next to it, so this could no longer be opened. I pointed this out to Ken when he came round to check the work afterwards, and he promised they would fix it - up to installing a new window if necessary. However, I've never heard back from him (it's been almost 3 weeks). I had requested to hold back a small portion of the money to have some leverage on it getting done, but he said that wouldn't be necessary as he promised it would be fixed. Guess I should have followed through on my instincts on that one! In any case, I managed to take the window apart and fix it myself, but not hearing back after being promised left a bit of a bitter taste. Other than the above, all else was good. I would recommend IR, but would also recommend holding back on a portion of the final payment until you are reasonably satisfied that the work has been completed - including any incidentals that may have arisen in the process. read more

I usually don't write reviews, but I wanted to write a review for Integrity Repipe. At the end of September, we had a slab leak in our Lake Forest home with one unexpected delay after another. We scheduled and cancelled the repipe with Integrity numerous times. Joe was patient and promised he would work with us. When we finally had a date, with one day notice, Joe's team was at our home at 8 am in the morning. The entire team was friendly, professional and worked hard to finish the job in one day. The next day, I request a permit be pulled and it was at my door in an hour. Inspection passed the following morning. The gentleman who completed the drywall patching did an excellent job and very nice to work with as well. And then there was Joe's daughter, Heather, who collected the payment. I am beyond impressed. Two days total is all it took to repipe our 1800 sq ft home with 3 bathrooms, and fix the drywall after!! I did so much homework on repiping, after our 4th leak in our AV home. Everything from the epoxy to half repiping. Got bids from every end of the spectrum, smack talking from one to another and then I ran across Integrity Repipe and from all I learned in my research, Joe's group had it down. The fact is Pex has only recently come to CA so the idea of finding someone who can install it with the experience needed out here is random. Integrity had it, having come from other states doing it longer. They used the Pex products (installing copper in AV is a joke) - including the joints that were made for the pipes unlike the other guys we called who were still using the copper joints to fit the Pex pipes - which is now causing those homes additional leak problems. Imagine dishing out $5600 and then still having another leak??? There were two different teams, the pipe team and the drywall team - I was so nervous what I was going to come home to in regards to drywall repair (fearing a wavy ceiling), but wow they blew me away - they captured the texture, there are no weird fits, they even matched the paint for the most part (painting wasn't part of the cost but they did the best they could). Use the right products, with experienced people (for both the pipe and the drywall), and know while you get bid after bid and feel there isn't an honest plumber anywhere...that there truly is. Integrity did a great job of re-piping my entire home last year (Nov 2016). They had been recommended by a good friend of mine as they had done a number of houses on his street and all the owners had been very satisfied. Ken was the salesman who stopped by to give me the initial quote. Ken did a great job of explaining how long it would take and where all the re-piping would be done etc. He explained the advantages of pex pipe versus copper and answered all my questions. The price was very competitive. All the work for a 3200 square foot house was done in one day and all the patch work and re-texturing was finished the next day. The plumbers were friendly and professional. When all the work was done by the plumbers, they asked before leaving if I had any questions. Ken stopped by that evening and took me around to show me the work that was done and also asked if I had any questions. Great work by the patch team also. Since then they have been back two times to check on some issues we were having; both, after inspection, which had nothing to do with the re-pipe. Both times they were able to help find the cause of the issue so I could address it. The owner, Joes cares about the work his company does and was willing to send out the original installer to do both investigations. That is a great commitment to customer satisfaction. Integrity Repipe did such a great job that, I'm writing this review now even though they replaced our pipes in November 2013! I just joined Yelp last week so that I could give deserving reviews to those who do, and not so deserving ones to the ones that don't. Integrity certainly deserves a great one. They did exactly what they said they would do, and did it all amazingly fast! Our water bills have been less since everything was done because there's no more leaks. Have not had one problem since they were here. They were on time, and gave it to me straight about having the drains all replaced at the same time while the walls were all open anyway. When I saw the old drains sitting outside I was really glad we had those replaced too- they all had pinholes and I couldn't even see through the center... The guy who did the drywall is absolutely the best. You wouldn't be able to tell there was a hole in the wall before. I actually called a few of the referrals that Joe had on the list just to verify, and they said the same thing, it's a great company and they do great work. The name says it all- "Integrity"! I called Mark from Morrow Plumbing because I had a leak under the slab and Mark came over and he told me that he doesn't do repipe of the whole house and he recommended Integrity Repipe, Joe cane over the next day and I gave him the job to repipe the whole house after a couple days 5 guys came over to repipe, I was impressed they did the repipe in 7 hours, They installed the pex pipe in the attic where I told them to install the pex pipe, they covered all the floor where thy were working and they were very clean. Integrity Repipe took out a permit for the work at Laguna Hills city hall and the inspector came over and he passed it the first time. After two days 4 workers came over to patch the drywall and the stucco and they too covered the floor where they where working and the did a very good job with patching the drywall and matching the existing texture. This is a bit lengthy of a review but in short let me say I give the highest possible recommendation to Joe and his company, Integrity Repipe. After a second slab leak at our home and after doing a significant amount of homework on repair with epoxy versus repipe with copper versus repipe with PEX; I decided on a PEX repipe. I got multiple quotes and ultimately selected Integrity Repipe. I was impressed by their overall approach, the well communicated description of the process and, the fact the owner actually answered a phone call within minutes, that I made on a Sunday. The work was done as described. The 3-day project started with the repipe process completed on day 1, the city inspection (arranged and scheduled by Integrity repipe) completed the next day and the drywall patching completed the following day. During the process, I believe some ductwork was damaged by the installers. One phone call and a cellphone picture to the owner and he quickly agreed to cover the ductwork repair. Of course, I was super impressed with his responsiveness; I had prepared myself for a dispute and was delighted when the situation was resolved without any conflict whatsoever. I was pleased with the work initially and happy to have the problem behind me. However, just recently I had another leak and Integrity Repipe revealed exactly what it means when they say they stand behind their work. My problem showed up as water in the hardwood floors in the kitchen on a Saturday. My first call, again on a weekend (Saturday), because of the Integrity Repipe lifetime guarantee, was to the number on the website. Again, the call was answered by the owner. He was traveling back from out of state and said he would be at my house at 9:00 AM Sunday. To my surprise, I was contacted about 30 minutes later by one of his employees who had supervised the original PEX installation 8 months prior. He asked if he could come look at things in a couple of hours. He showed up when he said he would and spent about an hour and a half diagnosing what turned out to be a refrigerator leak; NOT a problem with Integrity Repipe's work. I called the owner back to inform him that it was a refrigerator problem, not an Integrity Repipe problem. I asked if he could help with water remediation work. He said he would have someone come out 9:00 AM Sunday. On Sunday, another employee showed up to evaluate if Integrity Repipe was able to help with the remediation effort. He said he wasn't able to offer the kinds of services that could save our hardwood floors and gave me other options. While Integrity Repipe was unable to help with saving our floors, I can't thank them enough for their being accessible, willingness to help, competency, help in diagnosing a problem that wasn't theirs, communication and their honesty throughout the initial installation 8 months ago and the recent problem just encountered. I pray I never have another leak, but if I do, I would absolutely use Integrity Repipe again. I could not be more pleased with Joe and his company. My 50 year old house needed a full repipe to get rid of problematic copper pipes. Integrity was prompt and unbelievably quick. I just had my house repiped by Integrity Repipe this week. I was impressed with the owner Joe Ludlow. He showed up on time, gave me a big brochure about the repipe, matched an estimate I got from another company and even gave me new shower fixtures at no additional charge. His plumber Albert was great with communicating with me on the day of the repipe and told me what he was doing and what to expect. The workmen put down tarps over all my floors and other areas just to keep things as clean as possible. There were lots of holes in my walls that freaked me out quite a bit but the next day their drywall crew came out and in about a half a day they had all the holes patched and textured ready for me to repaint. The entire repipe only took about a day and a half on my 2 bed, 3 bath home. I am also happy with the lifetime warrantee on parts and labor and it transfers to the future owner of my house if I ever want to sell it. We got a good bid from Integrity Re-piping to re-pipe our home. We had a leaking galvanized water pipe under our slab home. We decided to re-pipe with Pex pipe. Everything went smoothly: the company rep demonstrated what they would do and we signed a contract with them. I live in a condo built in 1988 which has Quest plastic pipe that has caused many problems for owners in my complex over the years. I had a very bad leak in a powder room ceiling and the restoration company had to remove much of the drywall and it took a week to dry everything out enough to even consider what to do next. I researched many of the repipe companies on the Internet and had a couple of them come out and give me bids. I was most impressed with Integrity Repipe and Carlos the estimator and their large brochure which gives details about the materials used and the process of repiping. Also the written lifetime warranty on parts and labor was a factor in my decision to hire this company. The crew was here for 4 days!!! Martin and Peter did the job and they were wonderful. They arrived on time, protected the interior carpets etc., cleaned up everything every day and did a great installation job. They ran into many unexpected not very pleasant surprises that they had to deal with and they did so in a very professional manner with great results. Martin always contacted me by phone to explain a problem and ask if his solution was acceptable. He was always smiling and with a positive attitude no matter what unexpected problem he encountered. They did the drywall too and you cannot even tell there were holes in the walls where they installed the new pipe. The new shower and bath handles in all three bathrooms look great and they did not have to remove much of the tile on the walls like other companies suggested. They put a metal plate over the opening in the tile instead of ripping large areas of tile off. I highly recommend this company and this team. I was so apprehensive about this whole process but they were able to solve the problems and install the PEX piping. First off the owner Joe Ludlow was great to deal with. No hard pressure sales pitch. I received quotes from 2 other plumbing companies. One was $200 more and the other was $500 less. The one that was $500 less did my neighbor's house the week before and wanted to do ours. He ran the Pex a to the copper pipes in the walls. so there was still a lot of copper left in the system. I was having it done because of a water leak that caused about $50,000. in damage. The last thing I wanted was to continue using the old copper in the walls. Joe's team ran the Pex a to every hot/cold shut off valve. His team Carlos and Cody were outstanding. They did the job in one day finishing up late in the day. While it was a Saturday, there was no rushing to get home. Carlos and Cody payed very close attention to detail making sure everything was done correctly and my wife and I were 100% satisfied. I think they left our house cleaner then they found it. Their guy that does the patching where they had to cut holes showed up the next day (Sunday) and also did an excellent job. Like I said, you may find it cheaper from another company, but you get what you pay for. I don't have to worry about another leak in the old copper plumbing, which was only 11 years old. This is the greatest company from ownership to installation they are top rate. If I could I would give them 10 stars. The owner Joe answers his phone there are not prompts to push he answers and you are speaking to a real person with real plumbing experience. I set up an appointment and Ken Chang met me at my house to review the work needed and the scope of work and pricing. All was acceptable, so the next day an installation appointment was set up. Frank, the installation team manager arrived on time on the date of installation. He walked the home with me and made sure I understood the scope of the work. Frank started the work and completed it by the end of the day. They did an excellent job. All interior surfaces were covered and protected and all was cleaned up at completion and the job site was left clean. The next day the plaster patch technician, Jores arrived on time to patch all the openings that were made to do the re pipe. When Jores was finished patching you cold not tell where the openings were made he did a fantastic job. They do not repaint but all the wall openings were perfectly patched. This is a quality company with excellent customer service from top to bottom. I highly recommend this company. When they completed the re pipe my water flow was fantastic and the new single handle shower valves they installed (each has a variable setting for water temperature & one for water volume) are terrific. I do not normally write reviews but I decided to write a detailed review in this case as I was highly impressed with the quality of service provided by Integrity Repipe Inc. We had a slab leak that resulted in damage to the floor and part of the wall around the kitchen. It was a terrible experience and we decided to repipe as we did not want go through it again. We needed to repipe urgently as we did not have running water in the house due to closure of the water inlet to prevent further water leakage. My neighbor, who had done repiping, recommended me Integrity Repipe. I called Integrity Repipe on a Monday afternoon and left a voicemail. Joe Ludlow, owner of Integrity Repipe, called me shortly thereafter and told me that he had been out of town but assured me that his manager would call me shortly. His manager, Ken Chung, did call me and set up an appointment to visit us the same evening at 6.30 pm when I would be back from office. Ken came on time, bringing with him samples of materials they use for repiping. He spent a lot of time explaining the process of repiping, and telling us about the materials they use and their quality. He gave a competitive quote and told us that they might be able to start the very next day or at least the day after. We decided to go with Integrity Repipe immediately. On signing the contract, Ken called Joe in front of us and confirmed that they would be able to start on Wednesday that week and water would be restored to part of the house that same evening. I can't even tell you how incredibly happy my husband and I are with Integrity Repipe! They went above and beyond our expectations! We had several pinhole leaks at our duplex over a few years, and dreaded having to have a repipe at the property with tenants living there. We called and the owner (Joe) answered the phone, and answered all our questions, and set up an appointment to come out to the property to give us a bid. We hired them to repipe the property with PEX, and they had the whole duplex done in like 5 hours. The next day we had the city inspection, and the day after that the drywall repair.
