No stars for this guy, it was annoying to know he was there the whole time but just didn't care (no he wasn't on break, he was just avoiding work). Later that day I hop on amazon and place the order from a seller "AUTOPARTS GIANT" which turns out being guess who?! The shop is kind of small however they do have a few shelves of items that you can browse around to see if it's anything else that you need for your vehicle but they mainly specialize in imported cars. And store is pretty much for stocking items and not so much on the main floor. The building does appear larger from outside. Even D&W tech rep. said to replace it after we did all checks they wanted us to do. Really disappointed in Tidewater Fleet Supply's attitude about this. They act like it is no big deal, BUT don't miss paying them $5.23 and pay it the next day because they won't send you the parts you ordered the next day and won't even call you to tell you they aren't sending them. Very unprofessional as far as I am concerned. I feel like they should have at least told our people the situation instead of leading us to believe the parts were coming with no warning that they weren't.

The staff were all very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. No smartasses, no talking down, no arrogance like other garages and stores, I've since went back four times for other vehicle parts and their prices beat all the large chain stores nearly every time and often, the products the order/stock are much better quality.
