We had some time to kill before we could check into rental so, stopped here on our visit to the keys for a late lunch. Seated right away by the water, it is kind of off season. Ordered a margarita with tequila. Was very strong...loved it great start to our stay. Ordered blackened Mahi Mahi tacos that came with rice and beans. My wife had Tuna nachos. Both dishes were excellent. We gobbled it up. Fish was fresh and tasted great. For dessert we ordered key lime pie. It had a good tart flavor and wasn't super sweet. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. Will definitely be back again.

Food was very good as was the service. Clean bathrooms. A chicken quesadilla and snapper sandwich and 2 drinks came to $80 A bit excessive.

Sat in the indoor space as it was a bit windy and don't like sharing my meal with the flys. I ordered the fillet mingon (med rare) with seared vegetables and a house salad. The fillet was a little under but melted in my mouth. The veggies were mushy but tasty and the salad was a salad. All in all a really good meal. Finished it off with their key lime pie which was delicious. I'd go back.

The vibes were immaculate, beautiful outdoor seating next to the river and it did not feel too hot. The noise level was great and the waitstaff were very attentive and all around friendly and willing to do anything to make the experience better. The food was out of this world and fairly priced. Highly recommend for a casual night out or a special event.

Nice open air restaurant on the channel that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had the normal breakfast that was good. Only slightly negative thing I could say is when we first arrive everyone seemed like they were not in a good mood. No one smiled at all, maybe it was too early and they are not morning people, lol! Had we been greeted with a welcoming smile I would have given them 5 stars.

I don't know what anybody's talking about but this place deserves a five! The ambience is amazing. You literally have the ocean right next to here was boats tied up to the dock at the restaurant. Emily was our server. She was great! Helped me with my picking mess. We ordered the purple bowl, chicken, Cobb salad, island tacos, and crunchy grouper sandwich. Amazing! You will not go wrong being here it is outside, but it's cool enough that it won't make a difference. Come in whatever you're wearing they don't care. See you guys again soon thanks so much for a great hospitality.

Island Grill is a great spot in Islamorada if you're looking for seafood. It's waterfront too and shaded! The service was a bit slow and forgetful towards the end of the night, it was a weekday when my family went so that might have a part in it. Hopefully it's better during the weekends!

    Fun times

Poke Bowls are excellent, conch fritters are great, fish sandwiches are good enough. Staff is attentive and fast, drinks are good. Recommend .

The view from the outdoor seating at Island Grill is beautiful & breezy. We enjoyed watching the marina traffic pass by and park. We ordered two items: the tuna nachos and the coconut encrusted snapper. We would suggest the tuna nachos which were flavorful & fresh. Unfortunately, the snapper dish is not recommended. The fish and no flavor & the beurre blanc was also flavorless and unappealing. The broccoli was decent, but the French fries were old and tasted like the heat lamp that kept them warm.

Lobster Mac n cheese. Thats it. Soo creamy, beautifully cooked lobster. Star of the night. The live music entertainment was great, average service. But their lobster Mac n cheese can't be ignored. We also had some stone crab chowder which was good as well. I would return to try some of their other dishes

My aunt and uncle live nearby and are frequent customers. Today's visit this afternoon was my second time and just as enjoyable. The Islamorada Roll was delicious, and our server, I think it was Shane, was excellent! Despite being very busy he was attentive, kind, and a great ambassador for this restaurant. Highly recommend!

The Tuna Nachos are amazing and as good or better than people had told me. If they have Hog fish in, the Crunch Catch Sandwich is a must!

Sort of the tropical-island-themed seafood version of a greasy spoon diner. Nice setting. Servers are a little too brusque.

Good food but terrible service. Gave them two chances but the service was bad again. Won't be back.

From Southern California, visited friends out who live in Key Largo this is one of the last of…read morenumerous restaurants we went to over the course of a week out in the keys. And yeah while I gave it 3 stars. It's actually a good 3 stars. Mainly because felt as though most of the food in the keys was pretty average. While it kind of was here as well, good things I can say was the place inside was nice and a good size considering it looked small outside. But inside it was nice, our service was whatever. Waitress didn't seem like she wanted to be there. But did her part to take care of us. The sushi was good and more on surprising side . The food is reasonably priced, especially compared to how most things in the keys are little more but it's understandable. Price didn't really matter too us but was something I noticed. It was a safe bet and glad we actually enjoyed it compared to a lot around. So yeah lean towards recommending if you are in the mood for sushi.

Easy parking, handicap accessible, clean bathrooms nicely decorated restaurant, this hit I all the check marks We were quickly seated for lunch, and our server brought over menus, and a fresh picture of water. My friend ordered the shrimp fried rice, and I ordered the chicken stirfry hibachi. The shrimp fried rice is self-explanatory and was a generous portion. My chicken stirfry hibachi consisted of about a cup of chicken, diced, a little overcooked, along with some delicious fried rice and some soy sauce based fried vegetables. These fried vegetables were delicious, the rice was sticky enough to use the chopsticks with. Sarah, our server suggested an angel roll, which consisted of shrimp and some other goodies, including avocado on top with fish roe. This was on point and absolutely delicious Sarah was very kind, and answered all my questions, thoroughly. So if you're traveling through the lower keys, looking for a lunch spot, this might hit for you. I really enjoyed it. My friend really enjoyed it. So this lunch was about $43 and I left a 25% tip because she one of the best servers to help me in a long, long time
