There food is excellent and I've ordered many times. Especially throughout the pandemic. Last night unfortunately the food that was sent to me was overcooked and didn't taste right. I called to let them know and the woman on the phone was very apologetic and said she was sending over new food. Unfortunately that food never was delivered and they closed. They called me this morning to apologize and let me know that the late delivery guy did not see my order to take and left without it. The worst regular pizza ever. bread crumbs under the pie and crusts. Too much sauce, which made the "bread part" soggy. I couldnt even take apart a slice without the cheese siding off each slice. Doesnt have support in the middle to elevate box (that little white table stand) so cheese and oil was all over the box lid and bottom. read more

Just moved to the area not too long ago and was in the mood for pizza. I ordered a medium pie with half white, half cheese. The white pizza came with giant dollops of ricotta and the cheese side was really cheesy as well. I love extra cheese. The crust was also soft but crispy and seasoned well. I usually don't eat the crust but this crust was worth eating! I also normally don't post reviews for pizzerias but I was really impressed with the pie I got. They also delivered within 30 minutes on a Sunday evening. I will definitely be ordering regularly from this place. read more

I've been looking for a good pizzeria in the neighborhood since Vic's closed. This place has been around for many years so I decided to give it a try. Ordered chicken and eggplant parm hero's for takeout. For the chicken they put the cheese on the open side of the bread so when it melted and they wrapped it, all the cheese stuck to the paper. There was no cheese at all inside the hero. The eggplant there was hardly any sauce and the bread was burnt and not edible. I was pretty surprised considering the reviews. Don't know how they can serve food like I got. Also they charged more than the prices stated online. read more

I know nyc pizza. I've lived in this city 35 years. They make good pizza here. Yeah the crust is different and it's not a classic nyc pizza crust but I actually dug it. When I first ordered my gut reaction was a bit of buyers remorse upon seeing the crust. I'm not a big fan of these new spins on the classic crust. I especially hate that pretzel style crust many places are going for. But overall the pizza was very good here. The sauces are especially well made. You know you are eating good sauce when you don't feel like you have to add anything to the pizza. The grandma pizza in particular is excellent here, especially when it's fresh. read more

Delivery was a fair amount of time - 32 minutes (yes I kept track). This time (my second experience ordering) the delivery guy was different. And I personally prefer this guy better (he's the younger one, if that's descriptive enough). He was very kind and even told me that he's going to get the $0.02 change. My new favorite pizzeria in Brooklyn! I've been looking for a good pick-up/delivery spot for the longest time. Although they have plenty of seating inside, this is not a gourmet pizzeria. It's a regular Brooklyn-style corner pizzeria. I've sat down here, ordered pick-up, and got deliveries as well. They have a delicious, fresh variety of single slices. Their pies are excellent as well. My personal favorite is the vodka pie, but anything else- including the pepperoni-mushroom and the fresh mozzarella-tomato pies are great as well. i order from italia often not because its anything spectacular, but it is consistent and can trust them to make a good pie for a fair price. delivery isnt thaaat but it gets there. id like to see some improvement tho in the sauce and the salads, that would add a star or two. read more

Probably the best pizza within at least a 10 block radius. Their pizza isn't saturated with oil and they sprinkle these little bread crumbs on their crust that make eating it actually enjoyable. My wife who is from Europe and hates almost all American style pizza loves their slices with mozzarella and tomato. The one thing could do improve on is providing a bigger selection of toppings for their round slices. read more

I've eaten here on a number of occasions. I love their crispy crusts. It seems like they added breadcrumbs or something to give it this extra crunch. They serve wheat pizza and it tastes good. Nice healthy alternatives, even serve salad pizza. I'd brought my friend here and he's not a pizza person but he definitely likes the pizza here. Would recommend to anyone. read more

Rarely write reviews, but read them religiously before ordering food or products. Realized I've been ordering from these guys for almost 2 years. Their Margherita pizza is flawless. Fresh basil, decent mozzarella, crust is ALWAYS excellent --thin and crispy, soft inside, like more expensive artisanal pizzas you can find elsewhere. Delivery is prompt, food is always hot. My interactions with staff have always been pleasant. Once ordered the French onion soup -- wouldn't recommend. But the pizza is great. read more

I've been eating here for about 9 years now. The pizza is still tasty and has that nice texture. The staff is very friendly and works fast to satisfy the costumers as they get really busy. In my opinion, I have tried many pizzas in many different places, and none compare to Italia. I always wondered how they make their food so great.
