The Puebloan Pizza with lion's mane Recommend eating it there as the crunch and that extra texture would be lost if it got soggy

Not gonna lie: they're no longer doing the side of oyster mushrooms (at least, not for now) that first wrangled my fandom, but this is a solid. But delicious; will try to get a macro of a cross section Bc even tho I don't see the mushrooms, it was so scrumptious. Had a slight heat (arrabiata in Italian) but only added to the senatorial treat And Wren took my call Was honest when she didn't know what was currently available, and asked the kitchen for particulars And when I arrived at the counter, she had it all under control Brava!

Nourishing, delicious, plant/based food at its best. Speedy service with a smile in a fast-casual smoothie shop type of environment. Had a great first lunch in New Mexico - even the frybread didn't feel too heavy! Must return!

Wasn't sure about trying this place, but sooo glad that I did! The frybread special was amazing. Veggies were cooked and seasoned perfectly, the texture of the frybread was amazing, and the sauce rounded everything out. Greenhouse seating area was very cute. Fast and friendly service.

This is a tiny little vegan place near the Indian cultural center in Albuquerque. I am a bona fide carnivore, so I had to keep an open mind on coming here. The place is tiny with only a few tables lining the walls, but it does have several tables outside. You ordered the counter and they will bring the food to your table. There's not much to the decor, but it's nice enough with some live plants. We ordered the Blue Corn Amaranth Waffles with berry compote, the Avocado Zorah Bayla Toast, and the Italian NDN Taco. While the textures could take a non-vegan person some getting used to, all the flavors were spot on and delicious!

It's so rare to find a vegan place that satisfies every person in my little family, especially now that we have a kiddo. This was AMAZING! We got the special, which was an Indian Taco made with potato's, kale, beans, red chile, and squash on fry bread. OUT OF THIS WORLD GOOD! We got the waffle for the little, and it is packed with all the healthy things but still taste like a sweet treat-- she LOVED it, and so did we. Lastly, we got the fry bread plate, kinda like the taco but with less stuff on it. 10/10 recommend and WILL be back!

Itality, WOW glad to see a place in New Mexico that represents PLANT BASED Native American Culture AND cuisine, conveniently locations across the street from the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center. I recommend a nice day going through the museum then finishing the day at Itality! I got the 'Hey-Miss Enchilada' and it was great! The vibes were amazing good energy, from the food to being able to say hi to the owner Tina Archuleta, seeing her passion for the restaurant is another reason to come back! Thank you Itality

I just really like the food here. The flavors are balanced, and personally, this balance of texture and flavor has a power that reminds me of illustrated books. If I could turn small and live in that atole and the avocado toast, I think it'd be really nice. Maybe, the frybread, too, but we had green chili on it-- might be spicy in the eyes. To say the least: It was really yummy. Thank you.

The first time I went here, I got the enchilada plate and didn't like it at all, as it was very dry and not very flavorful, same with the corn bread, even though the ingredients and place were up my alley- vegan, healthier, and the chance to support an indigenous owned place. This time, I loved my fry bread topped with black beans, veggies, and an amazing creamy garlic sauce so much. The frybread was so fresh and tasty and not oily like they usually are- it really did seem healthier. It is a tiny place, but nice light ambience. Staff have been nice. The prices are kind of all over the place- some things seem reasonable, others like the tamale plate seem high. After my last visit, I'm excited to go back!

In a rare turn of events, both kids got the same thing, the Korean chicken bites with the sauce on the side, which was a great decision bc it did have a kick to it. The chicken itself was a bit dry. Both adults also got the pork belly flatbread. I found it a bit unbalanced with too much sauce and not enough other toppings, and the base wasn't as crispy as I prefer. Speaking of crispy, we opted for the appetizer brussel sprouts, and they were a bit chewy and on the not so super crispy side. Service was fine, and glad to have a little break from heavier New Mexican cuisine on this night. Lots of variety on the cocktail and adult beverage menu too.

Crispy Brussels sprouts had great flavor but way too much cayenne pepper (which adds nothing but heat) my husband ate them but said he would prefer less heat. I had 2 bites and gave up. Baked brie was amazing I loved the granny Smith apples! My husband loved them too. We also got the hummus duo which has dates on it and I used a date in the brie that was fantastic! I'll ask for that next time! It was the bomb. Hummus duo was good the watermelon radish was beautiful on the plate but gave both hummus a bitter flavor. Shrimp and grits. We live in Alabama currently and this was our least favorite dish of the day. Shrimp were cooked well and so were the grits but there was just something else it needed. Parmesan cheese and some onions maybe. Greek salad delicious. The flash fried chick peas made it. We needed more dressing and the wait staff was prompt and sweet about it. Spicy Lime Ceasar was ok till he requested more dressing then it was amazing. I was afraid of ordering it but the dressing wasn't too spicy . White sangria I had was disappointing it was more of a 1995 wine spritzer than a wine infused with citrus which is the very essence of sangria. It was ok and had I ordered a wine spritzer I would say yummo but I ordered sangria. Pork Belly flat bread was the winner of the night the tomato jam made that dish. I would love more on it next time but we will definitely be ordering that dish again! Yes we had a lot of left over food! But I love sampling a menu and this menu has a lot to offer. We will be back to try 4 or five other things. I look forward to my return.

I was impressed with the wide array of vegan "proteins" including tofu (grilled or fried), soy curls, homemade seitan, calabacitas, and avocado. I got the enchilada plate (because I can NEVER resist enchiladas) Christmas style. It comes with 1-2 proteins and I added a third so I could try the grilled tofu, the grilled soy curls, and the seitan. It was hard to tell what was what with so many things in there - probably should have gotten an extra side of one of the proteins instead. Nevertheless everything was incredible. Great chile sauce and beans and rice. I was super disappointed that they were out of kombucha during my visit - they typically have both Stargazer and New Mexico Ferments.

We came around 3:30pm so we could catch the masala chai happy hour. I love masala chai and rarely have the chance to get freshly made dairy-free chai. I was disappointed basically from the first moment after walking inside. The server greeted us by announcing, "We are out of vegetables today." I didn't know how this was possible; eventually, she explained that they had run out of the "veggies of the day" that come with certain dishes such as the yogi plate; they were still able to provide vegetables in other dishes like the kitchari. But I was shocked, since I love vegetables, and their veggies of the day are so prominently advertised. I asked if the other location had vegetables available today. The server was unable to tell me. We decided to place our order anyway. I had some questions about the baked goods, since I rarely get the chance to have desserts that are vegan and seed oil-free. I was curious if any of the baked goods was entirely oil-free or at least free of coconut oil. The server seemed very unmotivated to help me figure this out. When I asked about ingredients, she just repeatedly pointed me to the labels on the cookies that denoted the type of sugar each one contained as well as certain allergens, but did not have full ingredient lists. I asked if the chef or manager might be available to clarify certain ingredients, only to be told that "the chef usually only works in the mornings." I was at a loss, and eventually, with some obvious reluctance, the server went into the kitchen to ask one of the cooks about the ingredient lists. The server returned saying "Yes, the majority of the items have coconut oil." Ummmm the majority? Which ones, exactly? At this point, I gave up and just did not order dessert. I tried to order an iced chai which they were out of. I ended up getting a hot chai as well as kitchari and dal. The chai was pretty average. It wasn't particular spicy nor particularly hot. The kitchari and dal were actually incredibly delicious. It's rare to find a restaurant that doesn't use excessive salt; these dishes were perfectly seasoned with warm, nourishing spices and very little (if any?) salt. Even the fact that they were served basically lukewarm didn't detract from how much I enjoyed them. This place seems truly special and I don't know if my experience was an exception. I really wanted to love them, but they made it pretty difficult, despite having great and healthy food.

The soup was okay but lukewarm. When I called respectfully to let them know, I was spoken over and met with defensiveness instead of being heard. Manager: please review both kitchen standards and front-of-house professionalism. You all are better than this.
