    Bibimbap Burrito
    Hannah M.

Popped in here to grab lunch while running an errand out of time. I got the bibimbap burrito and it was really good! They put the perfect amount of the spicy sauce in the burrito to not be overwhelming but included an extra little cup on the side if you want to spice it up! Service was also great. The guy who took my order was ridiculously polite and they had my food out in 5 or so minutes. This place is tucked away in a business park area, but don't sleep on it! I come to the area semi regularly to visit a pottery store around the corner so I'll definitely be back!

Omg in town for short work trip, this is the best sandwhich ive had in years! I had the bulgogi sandwhich and if you are in the area and dont try this, you do yourself a huge injustice. Wonderful fella behind counter made the perfect sandwhich!

Wow!! Simple, good food!! Had the Bibim Wrap. So much flavor in that wrap!! The service was phenomenal as well. I love small, simple places, so this place foots the bill. It's in a light industrial and office park, so parking was not easy, but a bit of a walk is good! I will be back.

So glad I found this place. I ordered the bulgogi sandwich, one of the best sandwiches I've had in a while. The man running the shop was an absolute baller and so kind

So so good! Best chicken teriyaki in San Jose. Perfect portions and reasonable pricing. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and good quality. Great customer service as well.

This place is so good. If you work in the North San Jose/Santa Clara/Milpitas tech circle, you've gotta stop by on your lunch break. I ordered online for pick up (they close at 1:30, so be sure to go before then) and I just grabbed it off the counter when I got there. Cute little shop located around autobody and small warehouse stores, you might miss it. But you shouldn't. Parking gets a little tough, but I just pulled my car in front real quick and hopped out. Onto the food. I got the bulgogi sandwich because some other Yelper had a very appetizing photo...and I did not regret it. Seriously, it smelled so good that I had to whip the sandwich out at the stoplight on Montague Expressway to catch a glimpse. Perfectly tender, salty, sweet bulgogi with the nice sour and spicy jalapeño- it couldn't be beat. I couldn't even wait to get back to my desk at work to eat it, I finished it in my company parking lot. Everything in San Jose is expensive now and this isn't the exception, but this is definitely going on my lunch time rotation- sorry Mendocino Farms.

Best time is lunch time. ~ My friend and I shared a Bulgogi sandwich ($15) and it was so filling! The sandwich is simple, good, and HUGE! It was bigger than my hand. The bread is thin & there's a good balance of meat, cheese, and lettuce in the sandwich. The meat is flavorful and not too overly sweet. Tip: If you're unable to eat it right away, highly recommend putting it back in the oven or airfryer! It tastes so much better and gets that crispiness back :)

#51 on Yelp's 2022 Top 100 places to eat in the Bay Area list. Unfortunately, I didn't have the same experience that many other Yelpers have, and could have gone on an off day. It also could have been because I went towards the end of the week, at the end of the lunch rush- It's Lunch Time is only open on the weekdays from 10:30am-2:30pm. I stopped by around 2pm on a Friday, and called in my order ahead of time (they estimated 10 minutes for my order to be ready). It's Lunch Time is a small shop located in a semi-industrial area. Make sure you follow your GPS so you don't miss it! They have a small menu, but they had a lot of chips and drink options to go along with your meal. It wasn't busy when It wasn't busy when I picked up my order, and I tried their Bulgogi Sandwich (Onion, Cheese, Lettuce, Jalapeno, $14.99, https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=6suH8C-eIGTp08F7ow9QnA&userid=76vIFZcC7owykCBjMfGVXg). I liked the flavor of their bulgogi, but it was a little too salty overall and slightly dry. I also didn't like the bread they used (an Italian roll?), since it added to the overall dryness of the sandwich. The ingredients were fresh though, and I would consider coming back if in the area for lunch. Their staff was really friendly, and they had hand sanitizer at the counter. Only indoor seating options were available. Parking was easy to find at the time since there were a few spots available in their shared lot.

Wonderful staff and customer service, great food and generous portions! I found this place because it was on the Yelp's Top 100 Places to Eat in the Bay Area list and they had great reviews and the food looked yummy so I decided to give them a try. They are located in an industrial area and could be easy to miss. Upon walking inside I was immediately greeted by one of the owners and he was so nice and friendly. He asked me had I been there before and explained the menu to me. I asked for some of his recommendations and he also told me what the popular items were. I really appreciated this! The menu is not too big but you do have options and there's plenty of variety. They offer sandwiches, Bibimbap, teriyaki plates and wraps. I decided to go with the Bibimbap which came with Bulgogi, rice, veggies and a hot chili sauce. The portion was huge!! They definitely do not skimp on the portion size or the meat as it as loaded with Bulgogi. The meat was so tender and flavorful, the rice was cooked perfectly, the veggies were sliced thin and very fresh. While I'm not a lover of spicy things, the hot chili sauce was definitely a nice addition and took the flavor over the top. I enjoyed the food and my entire experience here. Please support this 2 person local restaurant that's serving amazing food cooked to order! I highly recommend and will be back!

Service was good. food was delicious! the bulgogi was generous portions given the $$. The kal bi was delicious. We got the lettuce wrap (aka leaves) glad we got it because it made it feel healthier. banchan: came with: square little rice paper wraps (not as healthy as lettuce but something), kim chee, sprouts, marinated onions with peppers (spicy! but I'm a wimp, any spice is too much for me), jap chae I didn't like the self-order on tablet. (at least it wasn't order off phone, I really hate that) at other restaurants if you order enough, they "service you" free steamed egg. Here I had to buy it myself. negative, there was a dripping pipe on the floor, and we had to point it out for them to wipe it, but then it dripped more. was that water? or grease? who knows. we had to suggest they put a towel so I didn't have to stare at it creeping towards me all night. fun korean pop music in background. cheaper feeling ambiance. definitely coming again for the food and minimal line. didn't like that tip defaulted to 20% minimum (then 23%, 28%) but at least they calculate that pre-tax.

It was actually the perfect group to test it. One of us had marinated crab in Boston and loved it, another tried it in Busan and wasn't a fan, and I was a complete first timer. We ordered the Soy Sauce Marinated Raw Crab, Beef Short Rib Soup, and the summer special Hwe Naengmyeon (Spicy Cold Raw Fish Mixed Noodle). The restaurant is spacious, and seeing that most of the customers were Korean definitely gave us high expectations. Service was friendly and our food came out in about 10-15 minutes. The raw crab came with a bowl of rice, quail egg, fish roe, roasted seaweed, seaweed salad, and pickled daikon. My friend mixed everything together for us like a pro. Soy marinade was well balanced, the crab had a soft, jelly-like texture and tasted really fresh, not gimmicky at all. My friend who didn't enjoy this dish in Korea actually ended up liking this version, and my other friend even said it was better than the one she had in Boston. As for me, I really enjoyed trying it for the first time. That said, it's definitely an acquired taste and probably not for everyone. If you're not ready to eat raw crab, I'd actually recommend trying the soy marinade with soft tofu or boiled eggs first because the sauce itself is delicious. The Beef Short Rib Soup came with tender meat, but the broth was just okay. Not bad, just not something I'd order again. The Hwe Naengmyeon, on the other hand, was really refreshing. It definitely had a spicy kick, the noodles were soft yet chewy, and the raw fish had such a unique texture that I honestly don't know how to describe it. Served cold with fresh veggies and half a boiled egg, it was perfect for a hot day. Also, banchan were delicious and free refill, our favorite was the Konjac noodle mayo salad and Gyeran Mari (Korean Egg Roll). Overall, I'm glad I finally got to try soy marinated raw crab, and I can definitely see myself ordering it again. Such a fun first experience, and I'll be back to explore more of the menu.

The bossam took a while to come out, and by then we were already pretty full off of the pancake, soup and bibimbap. Service sizes are generous, and this definitely would've been enough for 4+ people to share. There was a great assortment of different banchan - my favorite is the jelly! The pancake was nice and crispy, with a good amount of seafood, the bibimbap had a great amount of crispy rice at the bottom and the tofu soup was comforting and exactly what we were looking for. The bossam had a lot of meat - I kind of wished there was more radish and napa to go with the meat, but it was tender, not too fatty, and satisfying. We had plenty of leftovers to take home. Jang su jang is still a classic staple, and has a delicious offering for almost any korean craving you could want. It's a little pricey, but comparable to other options in the area with consistent quality that makes it worth it in my opinion.
