When I came into this place, that's exactly what the situation was :D. Thankfully, I wasn't alone. I brought a Korean American friend with me and let me tell you, this place is as authentic as it gets. The combo (short ribs with cheese) was the main star of the show. It was too much food for just two dudes, so me and my friend just decided to get the combo (beef short rib soup), and the soup , but as luck and divine grace and favor would have it, right next to us, a group of three sat and they ordered and as they randomly made small talk with us, they offered us a bit. My friend declined it but being the shameless extrovert that I am, I took them up on their offer and helped myself to a small short rib. That small piece of heaven convinced me that I should be back to this place sometime in the future (hopefully with a larger group so that we can actually order the sushi myself and we can all enjoy it with gusto!). The bulgogi sandwich stole the show with its mouthwatering meat and perfectly soft bread that had just the right crunch without being too harsh on the roof of my mouth. They supply big containers of sauce (sweet, tomato-based) on the side, but it's good to eat without, too. The potato salad was a chopped style, which I think I really like. The beans were pretty good, too! Chicken and Brisket Combination Dinner: Also served with a roll, baked beans, and potato salad. So much chicken! Smoked chicken can go dry, but not this one. There was a mix of moist and lean brisket; tasty, good texture, and a good smoke. I look forward to trying the rest of the menu.

No.) I wanted sauce on the side but they put the sauce on there. The lady asked if that was ok, I said I preferred it on the side and she was like, "well that's the last one." SO THEN WHY TF YOU ASKED ME? They fumbled for 5-10 minutes finding my order. I told you my name. If I was the last customer, why would it be this hard? Maybe put down the ribs you're scarfing down and focus on giving me MY food. Food: Speaking of sauce, jokes on me. It needed it. The brisket was SOOOO dry. Literally how do you make a fatty brisket BONE dry? I did not order jerky. The ribs were ok. The hot link is just a hot link. I don't think I ate the sides. This was 26 DOLLARS. Yikes! Go to the Smoking Pig or Jackie's Place.
