I love Jack in the Box, but I do not go to this particular location because they do not have 2 tacos for 99 cents! In fact, everything received a price hike, and no one can tell us why. The last time I was there (several years ago), 2 tacos were $1.29. The last time my husband was there (few months ago), they were somewhere near $1.49. That's just wrong, Dublin Jack. Worst service I've ever seen for a drive thru. I have been here about 10 times and I think they have gotten my order correct maybe 2 times. If I order Root Beer, I get Diet Coke. If I order chicken wings, I get egg rolls. Really?!? And they are always running around like they are short staffed or something. Won't be going here anymore. read more

This is hands down the shittiest jack in the box ever. Back when I was in highschool in the early 00's it was good but now there are stingy little assholes. They are more expensive than any other jack in the box in the area. They get orders wrong, the food comes out cold. Eff this place. If u are in that parking lot just go to Los pericos. They nailed it! My family of 11 came through at 1am after a 5 hour flight from Maui... all of us tired and hangry! We expected our orders to be all wrong and the order of 11 meals to be met with attitude but we were so pleasantly surprised! They were friendly in the drive through, thorough with our orders (triple checked to make sure everything was right), hanging things to us in separate bags making it easy to hand to each person and ensure we had everyone's food! My girlfriend and i didnt want to come to this jack in the box at first, because we had a bad experience before. We decided to go to it anyway, and glad we did. An okay place. Nothing different from other JIB restaurants, at least the drive-in part. Kinda of a strange set-up to drive-thru, real narrow. They always got our order right, though it was difficult to understand the person taking our order. I only go here (to JIB) if there's no other place open. read more

What can I say? This is a typical chain with OK food. Very bad for you but in a rush grab a snack and go. Restrooms are clean but there is a creepy homeless guy who stares at you when you order from the drive-through window. read more

Disappointing customer service. I asked for egg sandwich without meat in drive-thru. Double checked on monitor to confirm order and it was verbally repeated to me as well. I received sandwich with ham. I went inside store and mentioned the mistake. Sandwich came with bacon this time! After 45 minutes, they finally got the sandwich right. Noticed that orders we being conducted improperly after me while waiting as well. Customers were starting to looked stressed while waiting for their orders to be corrected, especially those with young children. read more

They get the orders fast and correct on the screen but make sure you have everything that you ordered because they might short you but will still get charged. Dont come to this one!! I ordered fries, and they put them in my bag,cold. Plus the 1 fri I ate tasted a day old, at least. The Coke tasted odd. The staff is very, very slow. And they could not understand what refund meant. I got refund on my fries. But I had to tell 3 people. Also, it is extremely difficult to understand what they are saying and I believe they don't know that fries should be hot. I'm serious. My suggestion is drive a bit the Pleasanton jack in the box. Stay away from this one if you are seeking an overall positive experience expecting your food to taste like true jack in the box food. read more

This could easily be the grossest place I have ever eaten at. I drive through the drive through at 8am very surprised that there was no one in line, I ordered a breakfast sandwich meal. I waited at the drive through window for nearly 10 minutes, then grabbed my food and drove to my office, when I attempted to eat the hash-brown it was limp and full of oil, I then bit into the ultimate breakfast sandwich, after I took a bite I noticed the dried egg yoke was green. I spit it out. This is such a shame because the location is great but the food is disgusting. Waste of 6 dollars, the Diet Coke was also flat! Now I know why place was empty at 8am on a very busy intersection. My advice, save yourself a food born illness and stay away! I will never go there again! read more

The food was O.K. but the two T.V.s were blasting the Spanish language channel which I did not appreciate. Clearly Mexican wrestling was on for the entertainment of the Spanish speaking staff and not the enjoyment of the customers. Also I was called "dear" by the employee who gave me my burger, which was strange. The first table I looked at wasn't clean and there was no excuse as the place was completely empty. In all, not an inviting environment. Update: Was there yesterday and the food was not O.K.. Sourdough Jack was not toasted, the bread was cold and soggy. I went to this location today.; I always get the big breakfast platter the commercials say $2.99. The sign never reflects this. I just say the $2.99 when I order. So today the person on the intercom says this is not the price anymore. Then I order the breakfast jack. The were 99c then $1.29 now there is a big jump to $1.49 WOW. Now I know there is a new owner & they got rid of all the old employees & I think they have family replacements that don't know there jobs very well. I just think these new people are greedy. Have used coupons before & it was a hassle. Again new workers don't know how to do coupon's.
