The manager was very kind. I was having a tough day and this attitude made my day better. They were fast and food was good.

I came late at night and got only a small and medium fries and a large drink. Don't get me wrong the workers were very nice but they didn't repeat my order and or give me a receipt. Okay went again today and was hoping for same awesome experience. Different crew today. Went through drive tru mobile order. Got home and missing items sauces and utensils from order. Tacos had a few shreds of lettuce and the sausage breakfast Jack's seemed old egg tasted like overcooked yolks my son wouldn't eat it. There's a lot of negative reviews on this one but everytime me and my stepdad go it's always great we ussaly tend to go late at night sense it's open all night which is super cool and the food is always warm. I like this location a lot. They are straight to the point and always get the order right. Plus the lines are never that long and when they are, they get through it really quickly. So far I've been to this location several times and I haven't been disappointed :) the staff are all very friendly and courteous, and they have been doing a great job at complying with all of the COVID-19 restrictions. I ordered my food through the drive-thru at 11 am. Ordered a chicken fajita pita and when I got home I was pissed! The lettuce was not fresh and had brown spots on it and the entire pita was ripped apart. No tomatoes at all and I paid $9 for this crap! The woman at the drive thru must be related or is the owner, not sure how she can still be employed there and not be. She was gone for a little while which was nice dealing with the other employees but she is back. Goes and speaks way too fast and rushes you out (to the point where it seems rude). Same issue with me as with others, I ordered southwest salad and from what I was told did not have the ingredients so received plain chicken salad. First of all they don't have a sign out front thiat says Taco Bell second of all their bathrooms are filthy, there is no soap, no hand sanitizer, and when we asked for the code to get in the bathrooms to wash her hands they would not give it to us. We're not eating here, six of us are leaving right now and going to Jack-in-the-Box. This place is a joke. It's in a really good part of town in a wonderful city but they act like there in some horrible place where they have to look out for their safety. If you don't provide a place for clients customers to at least wash your hands you should not be open for business. Used to love going to here for breakfast on my way to work then they started having cones at the drive through and locking the doors so I quit going there for about a year. As I drove by this week I saw that there were no cones, went through the drive through lady said computer is not working. So I went the next 2 mornings this week, same thing, computer not working. If they are advertising 24 hour service they need to be open. Hopefully they fix this and get people who actually want to work. read more

I can't tell you how much I love Jack in the Box. It's like McDonald's but with taste and food I want to eat. My buddy and I stopped here on the way to the coast. When we walked to the counter, there didn't seem to be anyone to take our order. As I saw later, there was one person handling a lot of different jobs and she had been wrapping food when we entered around 11:30 a.m. You'd think during the lunch rush, they'd double up on staff. In any case, I ordered a Grilled Breakfast Sandwich combo and my buddy got a Breakfast Burrito Combo. We switched our drinks from coffee. There is a premium for orange juice, even though it's Minute Maid, a Coca-Cola product, and hardly premium. At least, it wasn't expired. They were busy in the drive-thru, so it took a while for our food. The taste was good, but my sandwich was not hot, although the potatoes were. This is an improvement on most of their locations where I end up getting a complete set of lukewarm food. read more

Horrible service. Got my Munchie Meal AND we.had to wait another 10 MINUTES for my friends sandwich and the bread wasn't even warm and it's supposed to be toasted sourdough. Didn't receive a receipt. I had to remark that I would need a new meal because it was getting cold and we were still waiting. Finally got the bag with the sandwich, no napkins, and she dropped the bag! No line. First I would like to say n for most I love jack n box but this one off industrial was my favorite one for my daily commute . I stopped by today for my coffee n my grande burrito my usual until I came across a male employee he was very rude and had a attitude he even thru my change at me ,talk about service ! -0 not only poor work ethic he looked really scruffy Unshaven n tired looking and he honestly had a really bad odor coming across from the counter who is hiring these employees who are handling my food . I was watching from a distance and this guy just handled money and ran to the fryers without gloves then he was gonna scratching his head he did not wash his hands that's like by far unhealthy and unsanitary - 0 I drank my coffee but threw my food away n went to McDonald's . This is the worst experience we have ever had here! Doesn't even deserve the one star! I'm not a prejudice person but please this is America, managers should only have people working the drive thru that can speak clear English. Last three visits, service keeps getting slower (and ruder, or cashier can't understand what is being ordered), food prep slower, and quality going downhill. Today, only one cashier for counter and drive-thru; after being told "just one moment" numerous times, while cashier only focused on drive-thru (we were at counter), after 15 min of no service, we left. Drive through took a very long time even though they were not busy, only 3 cars. Once we made it home we found out that they gave us the wrong burgers. Had to drive back and have them fix it, they still missed one fry on the fix and still had to ask for that. I ordered a meal thru door dash as well as 4 tacos. My order came short 2 tacos, a minor thing but I called anyway. I explained that I was shorted two tacos, the lady one the phone said "ok, you cone, 2 tacos" I informed her I could not right now because I am at work, hence why I used door dash, She responded "you come, get tacos" I again informed her that I cannot right now due to being at work. I orders the southwest chicken salad at around 12:00 today. The lettuce is discolored and has a moisture texture. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I believe in 2nd chances which is why I returned. Hoping this time I would have a much better experience. That wasn't the case.
