When I tell you that I have never written a bad review. It's that bad. I come in, expecting to immediately be greeted but I get it, maybe the worker was having a bad day. She comes from the back and dumps her water and with such stank attitude rings me up and looks me up and down. Why? Because I'm Hispanic in a very predominantly white neighborhood? No. Maybe Im just thinking too much. Keep in mind, I HAVE WORKED AT THIS LOCATION BEFORE. I'm waiting for my drink to be done and I know it has to be under 3min, it surely was and I loved my drink. BUT the only issue I had was not being greeted and being looked at like I didn't belong. 1st time here in years.. i ordered my birthday smoothie.. i always order medium with my whey protien because i know it expands and i think its wastefull (food and product) for the rest to be dumped... SERENITY is spooning the excess out if my cup back in the blender.. she gave me my medium drink and i asked why i was not given all of it. "You ordered a medium" i said i k.ow and i add weigh protien that expands it that's why i do not order a large that is wastefull, is it typical for this jamba juice to waste money and product.. she responds sarcastically sadly yes.. and rolls her eyes as another lady was.complaining her last few.drinks were made correctly.. i sincerely hope the owner of this jamba reads and takes this very seriously. I've always been a fan of Jamba Juice...I heart orange dream machine =) but sadly I haven't been in awhile since the weather has been cold, until a few days ago when all of a sudden it got hott as hell out of no where! Decided to stop in with my bro the other morning. To my surprise...they started making hot drinks!! (some of you r probably thinking, "ah duh, where have you been!?") I go to this Jamba juice regularly. I like to get their Oat Meal with fruit topping the blueberry or banana one. On the sign it says its offered til 11am, but I asked the worker and she said its served all day, til like either 5 or 7. So if you are wanting to try it out, ask them even if its past 11, they should have it. If i don't get my oatmeal, i like to get a smoothie of course. My favorites are anything with peaches or mangos. I don't think I have ever tried a smoothie from Jamba Juice that tasted bad. I stopped by today, cause I was feeling like a cold smoothie to cool me off in this heat wave. My drink kept getting messed up and they had remake it 3 different times. They felt bad cause they made me wait, so they hooked it up with a free smoothie card and a refund. That's some excellent customer service, I would've been happy with even the free smoothie card, but they took it to another level and gave me a refund. This is my second time coming here and both times were amazing experiences. I came here on my lunch break (beware, the parking lot is often very crowded during lunch hour) and I was in and out of there. When I walked up to place my order, the cashier was very pleasant, friendly and she continued to smile - that's what I love about this place. It didn't even take 5 minutes to make my favorite smoothie "Red Gummy." When it was time to pick up my order, the girl who actually made my smoothie was extremely pleasant as well. I proceeded to walk out as I sipped my red gummy and it couldn't have been made anymore perfect! The service and the smoothie was great! I love this location! Not only is it next to Costco, but I have my options of different cuisines to choose from as well. (but yo... it's Costco, so like... free samples and sippin' on some Jamba. #win) Not once have they disappointed me. The moment you walk in, you're greeted with a friendly hello and small talk. Also, not that I'm THAT lazy or anything, but I like how they walk the drink over to you sometimes. It adds to their customer service appeal. The service is usually fast, even with promotions such as BOGO. From smoothies to pressed juice and ginger shots, they've never failed me and I promise you'll think this location is the best! This place has Horrible customer service skills. i stood in line to order for what seemed like forever. maybe 10 minutes. During that time, no one greeted me. Not even to say, I'm sorry , pls give me a minute. Workers just walked right pass me like i wasn't even there. Pretty shocking. I love this place! My friend and I went to go get some smoothies and at first I ordered the Mega Mango first and the consistency was good but the flavor was not to my taste. I went here today with my sister and ordered two drinks with the only cashier there. There were two transactions ahead of us. Those people got their drinks. Two more employees are making drinks at this point. A big party comes in and a few more. They order their drinks and half of them got their drinks before us. I went to the counter where the cashier that served us was. I patiently waited for her to finish an activity and said excuse me. Then I kept trying to get her attention after each new activity she started and she just ignored me. Her coworkers instead saw me and asked me what I needed and made our drinks right away. I ordered the the Orange Dream in two cups. The taste was good but the consistency was a bit too watered down. Could've been thicker as typical at some other jamba juice's I visit. As typical sometimes though, the person making it didn't notice the two cups on order and puts it in one. This time though the girl puts it in regular size cup, the other worker tells her two cups so she starts pouring it from the original cup it into another cup. The other worker then tells her that cup will be two big to split so the girl then proceeds to pour yet into the smaller cups. I figure I lost some jamba juice along the way on its journey. Service was good overall and everyone was friendly. Parking is plenty ample but depends on how crowded Costco is. Although good tasting, lose star each for the journey from cup to help and then for the consistency of the drink. I would still go back to this place, since closest nearby, and perhaps would luck out on a better made drink next time. read more

Be careful if you come here wanting something off the secret menu or want to try something off the secret menu. At other Jamba Juices that I have gone to if the associate didn't know how to make the drink they would be upfront and say they didn't offer it or they would check this handy paper that some places have and see what goes into the secret menu item. For some reason the girl claimed that she was positive she knew how to make it, unfortunately she didn't and I got this funny tasting drink. I would have asked for a refund but was in a hurry. Overall, they're not a busy JJ so if you don't want to wait too long I'm sure this would be a better one to go to and it's the same as any other JJ. read more

Overwhelmingly sweet fruit smoothie. Too sweet for my daughter; I didn't know such a thing existed. But here's the part that ticked me off: The prices are in a very small print on their menu so I asked for a printed menu that might be easier for me to read. It was easier to read, but there were NO PRICES on the printed menu. Fine. I change out of my prescription sunglasses to my regular prescription glasses and make the effort to read the tiny prices on the menu board. (Really, I'm not THAT blind.) With effort I can read the prices, but then I note that the prices are posted in a different font & style than the rest of the menu and that when you look at the price at even a slight angle it becomes blurry & essentially invisible. Staff here do not attend to the customers fast enough. There were 5 employees and on one at the register and one blending the drinks. I walked in 25 minutes before my shift and now I'm in jeopardy of being late and my place of business is less then a mile away. Instead of staff standing around with their arms crossed helping and picking up the other orders would be appreciated. Great customer service, very friendly staff (at least in the morning). I had never been to a Jamba Juice before and I went last week before a doctor's appointment and ordered a drink that was HORRIBLE. But, Qua (I hope I'm spelling it right) was very nice and informed me of the process in which I ordered my drink. Because she was so nice and friendly I decided to give it another try. Besides I fell in love with the turkey/egg wrap...yummmmMY!!! And the wheatgrass shot is a little cheaper than Whole Foods, so that helps as I'm doing wheatgrass shots 3-5x a week. So, I made another Jamba Juice run this morning after my Zumba class to order a wrap and wheatgrass shot and Qua was there again and remembered me from last week. She asked me about my drink and gave me some very insightful and informative information. See, I was thinking I could have one of the blended drinks as a regular juice (my mistake). They were out of wraps but I tried the steelcut oatmeal and nearly licked the bowl. This is definitely one of my favorites now. Especially in the morning when I know Qua will be there. I wanted to go get breakfast, but not something super filling and unhealthy. Oatmeal from Jamba Juice? Never had it, but sounds good enough. Despite my boyfriend's rebuttal, we hopped in the car and were on our way. After driving to TWO Juice It Ups ("I know where I'm going! I don't need your passenger driving!" Really?), we finally arrived at our destination. We get to the counter and I ask for an oatmeal. The girl tells me they're out and I can feel the death stare from my boyfriend boring holes in the back of my head. She must have felt it too because then she added "...but we have a yogurt parfait that's really good!" I settled for a strawberry one. Fast forward 20 min. and my boyfriend has eaten most of my parfait and is saying things like "This is bomb!" and "Duddee..." in between bites. Fast forward 2 weeks and we've both gone back for breakfast about 5 times. Satisfied? I think yes. Happy that I can now rub it in my boyfriend's face he is introduced to the parfait because of me? Well I ordered a mango a go go and an apple n greens smoothie. The first was flavorful but was very chunky. The second was lacking pizazz! Bland and boring (and I've had great ones before). They must have been in a hurry to get orders out. Wrong!!! It took 12 minutes and I had two people in front with one drink each! Oh did I mention that the what appeared to be lead person spoke rather rude to her employees? Unprofessional. Horrible service! I walked in with my 2 children along with this other gentleman and no one was in here to greet us. So weird! We were just standing for a couple minutes trying to get someone to come out of hiding and finally this girl comes out with a lazy looking face. So annoyed! Didn't have time to go anywhere else. Nothing works before 7am. They don't answer the phone and nothing is ready. One time, the store wasn't even open and a lady (employee?) outside told customers that the person that was supposed to open didn't show up. The redeeming quality is that the employees are friendly when they do work. I recommend they change the store opening hour to 7am and have employees arrive at 6:30am to set up. read more

I don't really like reviewing popular chain restaurants because people usually know what to expect already. But this was one of the first Jamba Juices I ever went to, so I feel some slight obligation. My biggest tip is just sign up to become a Jamba Insider. They have BOGO deals pretty frequently, and most places allow you just to show the coupon on your smartphone. You also get cool nerd points if you use google wallet to pay too! ;D But to be completely honest, I wouldn't get Jamba if there wasn't a BOGO deal. The price for one smoothie is kind of a lot, but I'm a stingy cheap-ass so take that with a grain of salt! read more

It takes a lot to get my attention and better yet, a 5 star review. At 7:30am I am not the sprightly-est but Joe and Carina were able to put a smile on my uncaffeinated face. I had a "free smoothie on my birthday" coupon and used it. It said "small" (the Insider Rewards program that is digital) but she told "Joe" and he made it a medium and said, "Come on, it's your birthday!". It was unexpected but very sweet indeed. No my Orange Carrot Karma wasn't horrible, but it also wasn't made correctly. Maybe it's because the two young workers were to busy talking to there friends who kept coming in or maybe they were new.
