My husband and I came in here after our movie today. I was not greeted at all nor did anyone offer to take my order. I saw a kiosk that said order here so I just assumed that this was another establishment that was doing self ordering. So I proceeded to place our order. In the meantime, she took the order of someone younger who walked in. Didn't even thank me for the order just called my name and walked away. I ordered my pumpkin smoothie with no granola as I am highly allergic. Walked across the parking lot to go grocery shopping and took one drink of my smoothie to realize that there was granola blended in it by the time I got to the second aisle in the grocery store I needed to grab a water off the shelf and take a Benadryl quickly. I didn't have my EpiPen on me. I think that when people place orders, they need to verify if there's any customization instead of just looking at what they ordered. read more

The place is consistently sanitized and easy to access given the ample parking in the strip mall. It's always sparkling clean thanks to the dedicated staff. I go there for the juices which are fresh and delicious. I love the Orange Carrot twist which is no longer available, sadly. But every other offering is great, like their smoothies. This location is great! The people who helped us were so nice and gave us great service even when we were taking a while to order! We got a medium orange dream machine and a medium pomegranate paradise. They made a little too much and ended up giving us larges! The service was the worst I have ever experienced. It's the day after Christmas and we took our kids to get a smoothie. There was only one female worker there and she was slow, unfriendly and unenthusiastic. She didn't want to be there and made it very obvious. As people were lining up, she did not acknowledge anyone at all. She would take an order, walk slowly to the back and began making drinks, then she would take another order, not make eye contact with the rest of the people in line waiting and walk slowly to the back. She was absolutely miserable. I watched people walk out. We waited a total of 38 minutes for her to take our order and go make our 2 drinks. I will never come here again. Terrible customer service from the manager Justice and employee Kayla. I ordered online 20 min prior to arrival, when I arrived no one was in the store, completely empty, never seen anything like it but terrible on jamba juices part to just have no one available said they would be back in 10 minutes and my drink was not made or ready. I came back hours later around 6:30pm where I spoke with Kayla first, she did not believe me and asked for proof which I provided, did not apologize or even say have a good day, just an employee who seemed unhappy in her job and did not provide any type of good customer service, neither did justice. I was about to to give the one rude employee the benefit of the doubt but I'm so surprised to see other similar reviews. Went to this location for a green juice and they were all out of apple juice. So employee helping us suggested any of the orange-related juices, so I chose the carrot-orange juice. What happened after that was not something I'd seen before at any Jamba Juice or literally any other juice location. But let's just say if angry juicing was a thing, that was it. Oranges were tossed, appliances were thrown around. I thought maybe she was having a day, or maybe was upset about having to prep the juicer close to closing. My friend and I were pretty much exchanging glances and watching the circus go down, just repeating .. man she is p*ssed. I will say that even tho the juices were a little less than full, even with ice, that they were pretty good. But for that price and the general experience, it might just be worth it to go to Vons. In any case, I also really hope that employee/manager figures out what's bothering her. read more

I only gave 2 stars because I felt sorry for the 3 young girls working who clearly have been thrown into the trenches with little to no training. Otherwise it would have been 1 star. Ordered in the app. Drove to this location and walked into an absolute cluster. There were 11 customers inside either waiting for an online order, or waiting to place an order. The 3 girls working were all frantically running around making smoothies with no method to their madness. After 10 min of waiting for mine that I placed 18 min ago I finally was able to get the attention of one of the girls. I told her I was waiting for my app order. She asked my name and I told her and she said they haven't started it yet (it showed completed on my app) I wait another 10 min. Smoothies are piling up on the counter. THERE ARE NO NAMES OR TYPES OF SMOOTHIES LISTED OR WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE CUPS. After spending 24 min in this place I walk up to the frazzled employees and say "I'm waiting on my watermelon Breeze from the app." She looks around and grabs a drink from the 10+ cup pileup on the counter and says "here this is it" I still have NO IDEA what or who's smoothie I'm drinking. Management... pull your head out and train your staff!!!! Great location on a Main Street and easy to get to. It is located in a shopping center with open parking. This a very clean and good size shop with 1 gender neutral bathroom for customers only. There is stool seating (see photos) inside and plenty of chair seating outside on their patio area(see photos). On arrival I was greeted by 2 very friendly staff members with a "Hi. Welcome". (ACKNOWLEDGEMENT A+) that's a biggy for me. I did get my order in a timely manner and it was made perfectly. This is definitely a great place to casually eat/drink and hang out with friends. I love Jamba Juice. I remember when they announced we were getting one in La Verne. I was there on opening day. This place was great with their customer service for a long time. Lately, its been like playing roulette because you'll never know what you are going to get. Some employees are super nice, others talk to you like they don't want to be there. In the past I've been able to order by phone so today I called and wanted to place an order. They young lady who answered the phone stated they only take orders online. I told her that I ordered by phone last week and I asked if this was a new policy. She hesitated then answered "Yes, it was just started". I am quite sure that was a fib and she just didn't want to take the order over the phone. Well let me tell you, about the app. It sucks. It won't save my payment information, you can't add a gift card to your payment option, pay with PayPal or Apple Pay. Terrible. Here is the good part....my smoothie was great like always although a little too much chunky fruit at the bottom of my drink but of course I'll be back. The paint is peeling from the ceiling, open electrical boxes, front doors that are continually messing up, and a toilet that has been "out of order" for 6 months. The employees will make your food. The employees do not care about the issues with the store though. When these issues have been reported to them they have said "there is nothing I can do" this is the same thing from all employees including the manager.
