Just spent 10 mins sitting in my car trying to log into the app, had to reset my password to get into the app on my new phone... wanted to use my $3 coupon but this store can't accept coupons from the "new system" ... what a complete waste of time. Went in today to get some smoothies. Ordered and gave the girl my debt card. She asked me for my id. I said to her "no one has ever asked me for my id before." This b!+ch claps back with "I'm the manager and I'm following protocol." Well if you are "following protocol" then you need to train your workers to follow it. She then went to make the drinks. My daughter and I ordered the same thing and my other daughter ordered something else. One of the same drink was way to full and the other was an inch from the top. I have never encountered such a rude person. How could Jamba Juice employ someone like this??? After reading the reviews I'm surprised she still has a job. She obviously didn't want to be there and work. How did she make manager with that attitude I will never know. She needs to go. I hope Jamba Juice reads this and takes action. read more

Excellent service. Drink was made very quick - short wait. Why do drink prices keep seem to be going up? It is almost $6 for a medium drink which is almost equal to a meal! I would come more often if the prices were less. My favorite drink will always be the strawberry surfrider. The hours are also different! I posted an update on yelp and hopefully will be fixed soon. Totally a Jamba fan - but can't stand lackadaisical customer service. I don't need to patronize any store or location, I choose to, based on the level of customer service I receive. So...... I ordered a large smoothie, online and went to pick it up from the LaVerne location, when I arrived I was advised they didn't have any large cups, a warehouse issue, however, not mine. I was offered the additional smoothie in a kids cup, which I refused as how inconvenient. I provided feedback and the manager of that location called me with about 10 excuses and a stinking attitude - gurl bye, don't call my phone until you take some management courses in deescalation and how to provide excellent customer service - rememberer this, every customer is responsible for your salary, humble yourself and go above and beyond to satisfy your cash cows. read more

Horrible customer service! We don't plan on coming back! The associate who took care of us was just so rude. I asked her a question about the watermelon breeze and I guess she didn't hear me. But instead of asking me to repeat myself nicely, she said it with an attitude, in the most annoyed tone, "Huh?" It's like she hated her job and didn't want to deal with anyone. I used to like this location but after my last visit I will not return here. I ordered over the app and upon arrival the manger justice let me know they ran outta cucumbers however they had pre made the drinks and they just needed to be blended. So I tell her instead of the cucumber chill make it a orange supreme I guess she was mad bcus I asked her to re make but how do u drink a cucumber chiller without the main ingredient. The other drink I order I said a substitution was ok. So they she processed to remake the one I asked for but now that she's mad she's slamming things around attitude was horrible!! Beware this place is the worst. We just left and vowed not to come back. Here are the reasons: ALWAYS HIRING this means your drink order is NEVER consistent, you never get the same drink ever because they are always hiring new people. With that said it's 915 and only one worker and line out the door. I was the third to walk out. It's this way alllllll the time it's not just today. When we do get the drink they are so rushed that unless you ask them to double blend you will get a chunky drink not smooth like the word SMOOTHY. This was my last straw. The manager megan needs to tighten up. She had was wearing no hat while she was making everyone smoothie and didn't have one on When she made mine. When she says have a good one it doesn't sound genuine. When I walked in and was trying to order I had to wait like 5 to 10 minutes because she decided to wash dishes before helping me order in addition to normal wait time. Went here today for a fruit bowl and orange juice. I know... I know ... people go for fruit smoothies but damn they have good orange juice! It was pretty slow in there so they were quick with my order which is nice but, the price wasn't so nice. For 2 small orange juices and a mango medley bowl it was 18$. That pretty pricy for 3 things. The mango medley was okay but I can get a better fruit bowl for cheaper at Pepo Melo in Claremont. Same menu same prices but Customer Service is horrible. Went in yesterday to order 3 drinks. No Thank you .... no acknowledgment. Asked for a drink holder and the clerk asked the other worker if they had any left. She went to the back to check and continued to place my 3 drinks in a paper bag. I told her that I did t want a bag because clearly the drinks would make a mess since the bag would not hold 3 drinks tight enough to not move. She never communicated that they did not have any drink holders just gave me the drinks without any words. No thank you no have a great day nothing! Always nice people working behind the register. Nice and cool every time you need to get out of the sun. Generally always clean, and the drinks are pretty good. Haven't really tried any of the other things but friends of mine always ask me to. Everytime I've gone there's more than enough seating for me and those who come with me. Worst Jamba Juice I've been too! Restrooms been down for over 4 months machines are always down, manager is pretty racist(Megan) and doesn't even hide it. She wasn't even wearing a hat while making my drink and when she handed it to me I noticed she wasn't wearing shoes. Don't even know if that's legal. I placed a phone order for pickup and asked for a large protein smoothie and another drink but when I go to pick it up the lady (didn't ask for her name but she was a Caucasian redhead) had a medium protein smoothie for me. When I told her the order was incorrect she got an attitude and said I asked for a 22oz (btw I never order by oz) and I told her again I asked for a large. She then grabs the drink and repeats that I ordered a 22oz and throws all the ingredients together as she remakes it. I just left it alone because I wasn't about to go back and forth and let it be. Hopefully my drink was measured and made correctly but I just don't think the attitude was necessary as I rarely ever make complaints, but the store looked dead anyways. I come here a lot and everyone is usually very attentive. I walked in today and there was one worker , he literally told me to wait and went to wash dishes and then proceeded to make someone's order, mind you he didn't even know how to make the drink and kept looking at their cheat sheets. 10 minutes later I'm still waiting I get my order taken or even be greeted and my break is almost over so I walked out and went to work without any lunch or a smoothie. Hannah was just the sweetest and could not have been more accommodating... they were out of large cups (not her fault by any means) and she offered to put the rest in a smaller cup for me. Many businesses are suffering from supply issues due to Covid. I respect any employee who does what they can to make up for these issues any way she can. I love Jamba Juice but today's experience was horrible to say the least. I ordered the Acai Primo bowl without honey. The guy at the register told me that they were out of strawberries but that they would give me extra blueberries and bananas to make up for the strawberries. When I received my order I noticed that it had honey and let the employee know, she apologized and said that she would make me a new one. Less than 2 minutes later she gives me my order, which was suspiciously too fast. I was in a hurry and didn't really get a chance to look at my order until I got home. When I pulled my order out the bag, I realized that it had been skimped. There wasn't any extra blueberries and bananas to make up for the strawberries and there was hardly any granola and pumpkin seeds. As if that wasn't bad enough, the base was also skimped and there was still a little honey on my order. I ended up having to throw the whole thing away. What a waste of time and money. This location doesn't even deserve the one star that I was forced to give it. read more

One of my favorite Jamba Juice stores in Southern California. Staff are always courteous and friendly. The juice menu is a great addition, as are the all-fruit/veggie smoothies. I don't eat dairy, and the employees are very accommodating! As far as parking, there's always a spot but it can get busy. In my opinion it's best to go early mornings before "the rush." read more

They do everything possible to make it look like they're closed so no one will bother them. They bring all of the outdoor furniture inside and stack it in the eating area and block the indoor seating so there's absolutely nowhere to sit.
