He gave us chicharron which is deep fried pork and pork belly. They corrected it to calabacitas which is a vegetarian meal made with summer squash, tomatoes, cheese and pinto beans. Yum! In the back of the store you can see a tortilla making machine. We'll be back! They have their own parking.
