I realized I only needed 3, so I immediately went back to the store with my receipt to return the extra one. That's when I was told they have a no-return policy, which was never mentioned at checkout. Refusing a same-day return with a receipt for an unused item is ridiculous and shows a complete lack of customer service. If they're going to enforce such a strict policy, customers should be clearly warned before paying. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. This experience was frustrating and completely avoidable.

The employees are always ready to greet me every single time we've walked in. They ask us what we are browsing for and point us in the direction we need to go. We also needed a mouth guard and he gave us his recommendation on what brand to get. They sell pretty much everything and anything pertaining to physical activity. We get to see the flags! Our country let's not forget; aside from politics! Non sense in my opinion! But the staff and community rally together and come and see the flag display here at Bass on Memorial Day. Let our freedom ring and be heard.
