Everything promised was delivered on time and as contracted for. The project ran as if it were a well-planned military operation. The electrician, plumber, cabinet installers, painters, and drywall installer excelled at their craft and took pride in their work. Dor is the consummate professional and a terrific guy to work with. Our designer, Candace, has an excellent eye for detail and was very helpful in making our vision come to life. Short version - Jerezee Construction did a great job, was done on time and the work is stunning! The communication with this Team was outstanding! We would use them again and again and again! Long Version - We didn't plan to use a construction company for our remodel, we were planning to use LVT over our existing tile, replace our counter and sink, then have the cabinets painted in the kitchen. The problem with this plan was what we didn't know: our 2002 cabinets were beginning to fail, didn't have the craftsmanship to endure another 20 years, we had several dead areas and we needed additional storage. Adding LVT to our existing tile floors would have been fine, but we had different levels of flooring between tile and laminate which had been carpet 13 years ago, that would have led to two transitions into our bedroom and into our bathroom. We wanted a smooth floor to avoid tripping hazards. After meeting Roye and understanding his vision, we knew our self-managed plan was not the vision we wanted, but we would have never realized our vision without the professional assistance of Roye and his team. They introduced us to suppliers who had product in stock that shipped within 2 days at the most. The semi-custom cabinets have storage solutions we would not have thought about on our own: pot & pan drawers, lazy Susan's in corner cabinets, extending out cabinets, moving the microwave to leave room for the hood, a cabinet over the refrigerator that is reachable, a pot filler and in countertop pop up electrical/usb outlets so everyone can charge their devices. Jerezee Construction assigned us Cisco as our Project Manager, he was on site every day we had someone working in the house. This kept everyone on schedule and on task. He also made sure every trade was cleaning up after themselves. Jacie was our material assistant, she helped us pick out materials - she went to each supplier with us - flooring, tile, counter tops, sinks, faucets, towel racks and so much more, we think all these items look good with each other and she kept us on track with the brush nickel finishes we wanted. We removed the upper countertop that used to be bar height, dropping it to counter height, leaving us a very large countertop to cook, entertain, and space for four people to eat or snack. Everyone gathers in this area. We also added three additional cabinets under the new counter to store holiday and special occasion items. The lighting in the kitchen is stunning, the vent lights shine on the granite that goes up the wall. The lighting supplier sent by Roye worked with us on the 'color' of light that looked best in our kitchen from bright white light to a tint of yellow, we took his advice and are delighted with the results. To say that our kitchen is exquisite is an understatement. A family friend who is a realtor in Scottsdale thinks we increased the value of our house by $80K, but we are not going anywhere, we love this house! In our primary bathroom, we removed the jetted tub that NO ONE ever used, enlarged the shower, lowered the step into the show to make it easier as we grow older, added grab bars that are helpful now, and a bench. The countertop has top undermount sinks, the medicine cabinets are both mirrored inside and out, but the best part is the vanity station for makeup, hair, and jewelry. Additional lighting was added to make the bathroom very bright when needed but also added a dimmer when we didn't need the bright light. Everything in the bathroom is very efficient to get ready daily. Jerezee Construction did a wonderful job to get our construction done on time and on budget. Our neighbors love the new look and since we all live in houses built in 2002, they have new construction ideas for their own homes. We are planning to retire in this house so these changes will get us to the next chapter of our lives in comfort. There were bumps in the road, but for each bump Roye and Cisco were on site with a solution better than the ones we thought of ourselves. Their knowledge of the science of construction and the construction of our house saved us money that other suppliers may have missed. If you are considering any type of remodel, call them first. Save yourself the month of talking to other suppliers. We plan to use them again on a couple more projects down the road. read more

Company staff were totally professional in every aspect of the project, from design help in redesigning the space, consultant help picking out materials, to daily on site management working with the various trades involved in completing the project. Extremely pleased with our entertainment wall remodel! The workmanship is excellent - nothing is done half baked. Shon was the project manager that made sure everything was handled and kept in touch daily with who would show up the next day and what time. Jerezee Construction did a truly outstanding job for us! We were in need of a remodel of our master bathroom shower, due to a broken shower door and tile that was pulling away from the wall due to water intrusion. Since we were doing this remodel, we wanted to eliminate the almost 6 inch curb at the shower entry, and, instead, have a curbless entry, where the shower floor is level with the rest of the bathroom floor. From our initial meeting, through the final visit, Jerezee could not have been more professional, personable, and just generally fantastic to work with. We were amazed at the thoroughness of the planning for our project, even though our shower project appeared to be a relatively small scope for this great company. Several pre-construction meetings with a variety of personnel assured us that all aspects of the job were going to be addressed prior to any work beginning, down to specific locations for grab bars. The first day of work began with a wonderfully thorough protection of our floors and sheets of plastic covering every inch of walls, cabinets, and even freestanding plastic walls with zippered 'doorways' to prevent dust and dirt from getting out of the construction area. The demolition work only took a few days, including jack hammering the concrete floor to accommodate the curbless entry. We were most concerned about that aspect of the work, but it went quickly and without incident, assured by using x-rays to prevent damage to the rebar in the slab. The workers were always on time, and always kept us informed about the next day's activities before leaving each day. Many of Jerezee's managers regularly stopped by to check on the status of the work, and they were always available to answer questions. We are unsure how Jerezee could have improved their performance. They worked at least 8 hours each day, sometimes longer, and the work, save for the glass, was completed in about 2 1/2 weeks. The glass was provided and installed by a separate company, and they gave us several options, including the frameless option we chose. Overall, the experience with Jerezee was fantastic, and we have already decided that if we ever have any future construction needs in our home, we will use Jerezee. read more

We decided to go with Jerezee construction for our bathroom remodel after contacting 2 other companies for quotes. One did not call us back, and the other seemed very good, but Ilan from Jerezee sold us on some ideas and extra details we had not thought of. This was a complete remodel that included: complete demo of old bathroom, building a walk-in shower where the old tub was, building custom drawers and cabinets to fit where the old shower was, new vanities, sinks, quartz countertops, flooring, lights and plumbing. The team at Jerezee was very helpful in helping us choose samples and get together everything we need at build.com with Ferguson, which is probably the best website ever for finding anything you can think of for a bathroom! The project was to take 3-5 weeks, and it was slightly over 5 weeks with some details at the end getting worked out. The communication with Ilan and the team was very good, and they showed up when they said they would every day. Most importantly, my wife felt comfortable with the workers being there without me there. The craftsmanship and detail that went into this was unbelievable! If we had a problem with the smallest detail, Ilan would take care of it. It's really important to him to make your vision come to reality, and there were a lot of moving parts to this remodel. We are extremely happy with everything we chose, and still can't believe we have this resort-style bathroom in our home! Allow yourself a month or so to gather all the things you want for your project, because nothing will start until all the things you want are ready to go. I'll start by saying we haven't yet chosen our contractor, but we've had a consultation and pricing appointment with Jerezee and have had an awesome experience! My first interaction was with the scheduler, Ian. He was SO helpful, from the very first call. I walked through everything we wanted to do, shared a bit of ballpark pricing and bent over backwards to get me on the calendar quickly. He even called back same-day as soon as he found out there was a cancellation that would get me in even quicker. PLUS they text for communication which is SO much more effective than email! When Roy came out for the consultation, he was thorough, gave me ideas I hadn't thought of, showed me some things we could do to save cost, and estimated the pricing on the spot. The following week, we went out to their office to get detailed pricing and everyone in the office was great too. I don't know if we'll use Jerezee yet, but I would certainly recommend them to everyone! They won't be the cheapest bid you get, but the pricing matches the level of service for sure. Some notes about their process: They have customers buy finished materials (flooring, granite, cabinets, vanities, etc) directly rather than marking them up and selling as a part of their package. I wish I had taken photos prior to the renovations, after living in our home for 16 years it was time to give it a major face lift. Trying to design and pick what one wants can be overwhelming , we'd pick this and that , change our minds and so on, we gave up and after a long search we contacted Jerezee, Roye quickly responded and came out to see our very dated kitchen and guest bathroom , I told him what I wanted just didn't know how to put it together . He set us up with their designer Heather and she quickly became my bff.. selections were made and the renovation started .. With all the dust , noise , mess and 3 dogs in the house we some how made it through !! Five stars is not enough for me to recommend Jerezee construction. From the moment we met Ilon, we were very impressed, the initial walk-through he gave us some great ideas we hadn't thought about, and when he came back with his quote, it was presented in such a professional way, broken down to individual items with full descriptions on what would be done. This is the first time we've ever done any significant remodeling and did not know what to expect because so many times you hear horror stories, but that is not the case with this company. The work was done and in the timeframe promised, the communication between our "team" was amazing and kept everybody updated and in the loop of everything that was going on. All of that aside what makes Jerezee Construction so special I think is that they don't just have a bunch of workers who are qualified to do everything, they have masters of their trade, specializing in each aspect of the job. The person who does tile, that is all he does, and you can tell by the quality of his work that he takes pride in his job as do the rest of the people who worked on our bathroom. Everybody has a specialty and the quality of work is impeccable. We were also impressed with how well everything was communicated on a daily basis. Every evening we would receive a text message telling us who was coming and at what time the next day. If ever we had a question we would send a message to the group and within minutes we would have a reply. My parents are in their 70s and found this company on Yelp. We were looking for a good company but also an honest contractor. The ratings seemed great so they reached out for a quote to for their small kitchen remodel. The guy came over, seemed nice enough and then my mom went to pick up the quote in person at their office. The quote for a tiny (I mean TINY) kitchen remodel was $12,000. Just one row of cabinets, no island or anything. He hands my mom a quote that is not even itemized so she has no idea of individual costs. Then proceeds to tell her that amount does not include hard costs for cabinets or counter tops, so it's basically demo, install and some touch up paint. The idea that you can't simply itemize your proposals, nor even put a license # at the top seems totally unprofessional to me. And if you didn't want the business, just say so!! We've since gotten 3 other quotes for 12k that included the cabinets so "no thanks". read more

I don't have much to write so I'll let the photos below do the talking....After Roye and his crew at JC remodeled our entire downstairs (2021) kitchen, family room and guest bathroom we took a year long break, when we were ready to update our master bathroom without hesitation we called Roye. Once we went into contract we got to hang out with Heather again and shop for the finishing materials which is always the best part. Dumpster arrives and work begins.. Cisco was new to us from the last remodel, he was at our house so much checking on the progress that we almost adopted him. Roye came frequently and I think our shepherd Thor finally warmed up to him. Seeing the transformation was amazing, the work was quick and all went well. Finding hidden gems behind the walls from the builder was amusing both times (insert slapping forehead emoji here..) Our bathroom turned out better than we expected, the mess was minimal . All we can say is "WOW"!  We are so happy with our remodel by Jerezee! We had our kitchen, main bathroom, and guest bathroom completely gutted and renewed.  We spoke with two other contractors and picked Jerezee based on the quality of their quote presentation, staff, and our main contact Roye.  Also, their pricing and contract documents were very fair. Upon leaving their office after our initial consultation, we definitely felt we would be in good hands with Jerezee.  They have a great team of people to help you through the remodel process. Jerezee Construction was as great as an experience as anyone can have. Yaneer was the project manager and was easy to work with. He checked in every day during the project, indicating what had been done and what is going to be done the following days and was present during most days. Our home is 2389 sq ft. My remodel consisted of pulling all the carpet in the 3 bedrooms and office, re-laying laminate, painting the entire house except laundry and 2 1/2 bathrooms, and painted an accent wall. They were able to match the existing paint from the bathrooms and paint a 3rd bathroom. They put wainscoting in all the bathrooms and added grab bars in the showers. They pulled all the existing granite and replaced with quartz as well as in the master bathroom and did not damage the cabinets. Pulling the granite in the master bath they damaged the wall mirrors and both sinks. They did tell me in advance this would occur; however, not during the contract signing so that was a lot of money I did not anticipate spending to replace them. They added tile backsplash in the kitchen. They removed existing baseboards and replace w/5" baseboards. They moved the furniture and replaced back the furniture and rehung drapes in 2 bedrooms when the job was done. I went $7865 over budget. Not their fault. When signing the contract I was told materials would be about $10,000-$15,000 depending on the materials I selected. Materials were $16,865. ADVICE: For the expensive materials; ie: quartz, tile and floor, select them first before signing contract so you get a better idea of your budget. I would definitely use them again. We interviewed 4 contractors. They and another contractor were the highest (estimated the same amount) and well worth the money. The demo start date was Oct 9th, 2023 and the job ended Nov 9th. They do not start the job until all the materials are in. ADVICE: Communication is extremely important. Never assume anything and be very clear on what you want. We had Jerezee do a huge remodel and could not be happier with the whole process. They renovated all first floor flooring, two full bathrooms, redesigned the entire kitchen, two fireplaces, lighting and paint throughout, as well as some repairs and upgrades. The process was well managed from start to finish. From the first call with Ian, to the consult and bid with the owner Ilan, to the final walkthrough we were thrilled with the whole process. The team has strong, frequent communication both with each other and the clients. Their workers and subs are friendly, respectful and hard workers. At the start of the job you will be assigned a materials specialist to help you select everything from flooring to lights, to kitchen cabinet pulls to decisions about how to re-invent the shape of your walk-in shower. Heather was our go-to for all these decisions and she was fantastic at understanding our style, helping us pick out what we needed, "holding our hand" when we felt overwhelmed with all the decisions and suggesting improvements to flow, layout and function that we would never have though of on our own. A site manager will handle your project once you begin. This person --we had David and were super happy with him-- and the owner, Ilan, were always available to answer questions via text and/or phone, clarify details of the renovation on FaceTime if you can't be there in person and would send daily photo dumps of the progress. Even though we were out of state during the remodel we felt our house was totally safe and like we were included in the process every step of the way. Called today to arrange for a quote on building a Rv garage on my property. Ian is the person I spoke with although he answered the phone in a very pleasant manner. He said he wanted to be upfront with the costs because "most people don't know the costs to build an Rv garage". In attempt to make me feel like an idiot. I gave him the measurements of 40x 50ft he quickly gave me an estimate of 900,000 starting minimum without even discussing the height or type of material I wanted the garage built out of. What a joke! I'll pass on this company definitely wouldn't recommend. read more

Ilan and his team completely transformed our backyard! It went from an unusable desert landscaping to an opened up area that has a lot of green and flowers! They also redid our side yard by replacing the existing rocks , expanded our gate, and created a path for us to push the trash bins to the front yard. All of this work was done in 2 weeks! My favorite part was the communication throughout the whole project. Ilan was extremely quick to meet in person to talk about changes as the project progressed. Once they get your money, they will keep putting you off; they don't show and make promises but never follow through. They are still working on my Kitchen, and this the 2nd day in a row they have promised to show, no call and my calls and text messages go unanswered. Very frustrating, no communication. Update after getting communication issues resolved did get the job completed to my satisfaction. I would have to give them 4 stars the only area lacking was communication at times was very frustrating. read more
