I called and spoke with Tommy, who wanted to make things right. He went above and beyond and sent one of his staff to my home with the correct item, on a busy holiday morning no less! They don't even deliver, but Tommy still made it happen. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast he handled the situation. It's rare these days to find a business that takes immediate action to correct a mistake without any hesitation.
