Rub a dub dub, three subs and a club. After the shocking discovery that our favorite local sandwich place was now defunct, we finally gave Jersey Mike's a try. We had a lot of mouths to feed, so we ordered the GIANT sized ones, each approximately the size of an aircraft carrier. Well, maybe slightly smaller. These have got to measure between 18-24 inches, and when thoughtfully cut into 4 pieces each, can feed a shipload of hungry mouths. A GIANT will run you in the $12 range. We ordered several different sandwiches, mine being the best, of course (the #8). #8 is a Club Sub, with turkey, ham, crispy bacon, cheese monstrosity. It was full of other good stuff (onion, lettuce, tomato) as well. They of course make it to order. It was so good! The bread was quite fresh, moist and not heavy. Very tasty. But then there was the #6, Roast Beef and Provolone and the #43, Hot Chipotle Cheesesteak. Sadly both the #6 and #43 failed, and I suspect the roast beef was the culprit. "Just didn't taste good", "Flavorless", "Bland", "Meat was dry", were the comments. While I was at it, I loaded their app onto my phone, with the intention of accumulating "points" from our large purchase (I am 3/4 of the way to a free mini already), and joined their email club. Good deal. The email club membership will get you a freebie sub and drink on your birthday, among other things. And the app even has a feature that allows you to register complaints. Even though this was not a completely positive experience for a first timer, it did give us a good idea of Jersey Mike's potential. Good enough we will come back. read more

Although I like their sandwiches, I'm tired of addressing the employees who don't change out their gloves at this location. The girl went from handling meat to pen & handed me a wet receipt. Wth??? I even had to tell her to please change out her gloves before handling my food. That's a health and safety issue. My son and I ate there but the floor, tables & trays were all dirty. Such a disappointment. My #17 was a sloppy mess. I felt like it was on purpose too. Just because I asked her to change her gloves. I counted at least 4 employees. I used to go to Jersey's Mike's a lot b4, haven't been in a while. My husband wanted a sandwich so I went to get us two. . Girl helped me no hi no smile, stoned face. They only had white bread and cheese bread showing behind window so I assumed that's all they had available. She was making my sandwich someone else opened warmer full of wheat and other bread. I said oh I didn't know you had wheat bread, she looked up no smile do you want me to change it? She was almost done I told her that's ok. She gives other employee sandwich to wrap she asked only one she said yes, I told her no I'm getting another sandwich. She said ok just tell the other girl next time. I told her she never asked. Moral to the story is just bad customer service girl barely said anything if she did she would've known or asked me how many sandwiches today? Was not impressed with their subs or service... I went in to try them because I got a coupon for a free sub in the mail The glass is really tall so it's hard to hear the employees and the music was really loud could barely hear the people behind me so it had to be hard for the employees to hear the customers. I did like that they sliced the meat to order, but then they got confused when I asked for mayo on both pieces of bread. So I have left a 5 star review for this place, but that was when they opened in 2013... I had never experienced a bad sandwich or bad service until the last week or so. The first major no no that happened; the girl slicing the meats was asked for a bathroom key from another customer and when he didn't see it she handed it to him, gloves and all, and then continued to make my sandwich. I asked them to make me a new one, they were not happy and when I got home my usually delicious sandwich tasted like it was thrown together. About a week later I called in 2 sandwiches to pick up, a #6 mayo on both sides and banana peppers, and a #8 both mikes way. When we got home the #8 was in the #6 bag and vice versa.... But the 8 had extra mayo, no bacon and the 6 had no mayo at all and no banana peppers....and not mikes way. Service (Hunter) this day was great.... execution not so much. Today just topped off all of my anger the past few weeks. I went in to order my food and while at the register (to no fault of the restaurant... Mr. mini #7.... 0 STARS!!!! 2:50 PM Saturday April 27 My fiancé and I had the WORST experience at Jersey Mike's. We walked in and waited in line and when we got to the front to order, we noticed how unsanitary the workers here were handling the food. there was bread on the tables touching the machines and the workers were placing receipts on top of the sandwiches. When we got to the front to pay, we were told that the ice machine was down so we could either get a bottle or fountain drink with no ice. We asked if we would still get charged for the price of the fountain drink since the ice machine was down and the cashier was very rude and shrugged her shoulders at my fiancé and didn't give a clear response. The cashier was wearing a bun, had dark hair, had a bit of a darker skin complex and looked about 18-20. After we pointed it out, she ultimately changed it. When she was reading back the order I noticed she charged one of the drinks a fountain drink and one of the drinks a bottle drink so i pointed it out to her so that she could change it and she rudely said "thank you for pointing that out, i didn't see that" in a sarcastic tone. When we asked for her name, her and her coworker refused to tell us. I said that there's no need to be rude. she then proceeded to tell me that she can go slower and when we were walking out she yelled "suck my d*** b****." I have never experienced such horrible customer service at a food place. We will never be coming back to this location. read more

For this to be my first time visiting this place is crazy!!!!!!!I just wanted to bring my experience to the attention of whoever is in control of this location I was treated so rude and nasty tonight. Let me start by saying I'm completely aware that I came in a little over 23 mins until close but I would expect to be treated just as nice as the first customer of the day regardless of the time. I was never greeted then never was I asked how could I be assisted the two females and the one male that was on shift continued to talk amongst themselves and acted as if I was invisible. Once I decided that I wanted to order two California Club Subs I asked what was on them and the girl continued to just look at me but never answered then as she was making the sandwiches she was throwing things on them and honestly the sandwiches were disgusting and I trashed both. This is very disheartening and I will never return to such a place with such a rude unwelcoming environment. Also i noticed i wasn't offered my receipt(total of $21.20) which doesn't surprise me because they knew i would have a complaint of my awful experience. I am not interested in another meal it will not be accepted i honestly would like a full refund and actions to be taken against those 3 workers such as additional customer service training. The management and employees have all ways honor my request happily a family member is extremely allergic to avocado and they honor it and respect it which not all of the stores have done and use a clean knife and clean counter . I am on the road every day with my business and one of the places I love to stop for lunch is Jersey Mike's! I have been to JM's all over southern California, but I gotta say the one on California Road in Corona is my favorite! Today for example Julisa cut my turkey and ham while politly asking me how my day was going, and then Joseph built a perfect sandwich. I asked for one half of the regular oil and vinegar, and Joseph confirmed that I wanted half as much rather than oil and vinegar on half the sandwich. I appriciate his checking. The store was busy, always a good sign, but they worked quickly and the line moved right along. Chris was handeling the phone orders but made a point to get me the bathroom code when he saw me looking for a key. Placed my order on the app, when my wife came in to pick it up they told her they burnt all the white bread so she would have to pick another type! So instead of calling my number which is on the order, they waited until we got there to say something. This actually was one of my best Sandwich experiences ever! I brought an Italian and a Club for my daughter, husband and I to eat and share we all loved it! The two boys that were up at the front last night were both very fast, warm and pleasant. They had me in and out without breaking a sweat. Feel good shout out.. I went to Jersey Mike's on Ontario today btw had amazing service. While waiting for my sandwich, I saw a woman come in and this older gentlemen walked up to her with a gleam in his eye. She was talking about a coupon, he just smiled never taking his eyes off of her.. it could have been white linen dining at the top of the Eiffel Tower this gentlemen was having lunch with, I think his daughter and nothing was going to take away from that.. my eyes were filling up.
