This location is terrible. How can you be expected to go in and spend $36 on two Giant subs to leave with nothing on the subs, stale bread from yesterday, and tomatoes that are old as crap too. My Giant Turkey Sub literally had 8 pieces of thin turkey and when I asked why there was so little turkey on it was told that if I wanted more that it was double meat. Are you KIDDING me!? The gentleman cooking at the hot station was obviously pissed that he had to work today. He never asked if I wanted anything on my sub which resulted in a very nice gentleman having to open my wrapped sub and add it. The cook station gentleman (brown hair, bad beard, and glasses) kept asking what time it was and when the other gentleman let him know it was 7:10pm he mumbled "f**k). The same gentleman expressed how pissed he was when another customer walked in. I'd say if he doesn't want to be there then you should let him go. Don't bother ordering online. Tried to order a sandwich online at this location. Showed up at the time stated it would be ready after pre-paying. Found 2 18-19 year old males doing nothering. 12/23/20: My husband ordered two sandwiches inside the shop and brought them home. I had ordered the #8 Club Sub. My Club did NOT have any bacon on it! Bacon is what makes the club sandwich! We ate there a couple of days ago. The only other time I have eaten in a Jersey Mike's was in Texas, where my experience was much better. On the plus side, the place was quite clean. On the minus side, there were many problems. 1. The sandwich maker didn't know what he was doing. Perhaps he was new. This is not a crime. However, when he was in trouble, he should have asked for help. He did not. He put the veggies on top of the bun ...not in it. As a result, the sandwich was a real mess. It was easier to wear than to eat! 2. The place was almost as cold as a meat locker. When I courteously asked someone to warm the place up, she smiled at me, but looked at me as though I was from outer space. Of course, no temperature change was made. 3. The "music" was abysmal. It was bubble gummer music at a high volume. Good for the employees; bad for the customer. Had the music choice been better, and/or the volume much lower, our experience would have been better I won't be going back to this location, nor any other Jersey Mike's. Really great subs! They slice the meat and cheese for every sandwich. Great Italian subs. Especially "Mike's Way"! Which is lettuce, tomato, onion, salt, pepper, I believe oregano, and oil & vinegar. Looks like i came at a wrong time today! I came in and the gentleman with the glasses was very nice and professional and asked what I wanted. Ordered the club sandwich. I noticed that they were also in the middle of putting together a big order. I could tell the girl making the sandwiches was stressed out. I did feel sorry for her until one of the employees asked her a question about a sandwich in the big order and she says loudly 'I don't fucking know!' Like really?! Luckily I was the only customer that time. The poor guy in the glasses looked so embarrassed. Plus, the girl didn't put bacon in my sandwich, which I did tell her that it's missing bacon and wrapped it anyways. Maybe she didn't hear me or dismissed my comment. At this location the roast beef has never been rare and today the employee refused to add more meat without charging me extra. The pros: Quality of food is outstanding and a huge variety. The chicken on their sandwiches is fresh and none of that weird rubbery pre-cooed stuff like most sub places. So why 2 stars? The cons: Pretty bad customer service. I went in one night 20 minutes before they closed ready to order a hot sandwich and was told there was no white bread (I like wheat so no biggie) but was also told the grill had been shut off for cleaning. I understand people want to get out of work in a timely fashion but I am sorry the grill should not be shut off 20 minutes before the place closes. The lady at the register was very polite about it though and so I just decided I would come back the next day. The next day I order buffalo chicken sandwich on whole wheat. The guy taking my order did not seem happy to be there and actually groaned when writing my order down. After he was done writing my order I made sure he knew it was whole wheat and he said yes. On the receipt it said, WW, which I assume was whole wheat. Then as I see the same person who took my order getting my order ready it looked like he was making the sandwich on white bread but I thought maybe it just looked white and I was wrong. I get home and sure enough it is white bread. I usually would not care but for $15 at a fast food place it is ridiculous that I could not even get the bread I want. It is true I should have said something when I saw the bread, but I thought maybe I was wrong and I also should have brought it back but I was just hungry. I had a coupon for a free sub from this place (I know, AWESOME!), so stopped by to spend it up. I was immediately greeted by the friendly and engaging guy behind the counter, who kept up a cheerful conversation with me throughout the preparation of my order. Didn't even bat an eye at the coupon. Love that! The sub I ordered was the Turkey provolone. I had it "Mike's Way", and it tasted great. The meat is sliced when you order it. The bread was fresh, with a crispy exterior and a soft interior. Friends who know me know that I refuse to eat at or even enter a Subway because I just can't handle how it smells in there. I love the food and have had jersey mikes cater multiple company events but after tonight's experience, I wont be giving them my money again. There were 2 employees female and male working. The young lady was nice and gave great service however the male who I presume was the manager on duty made an unnecessary comment. While purchasing my $10 sub, I kindly asked if I could also get change for one of my $20 bills. The young lady saw no problem with it however the MOD felt it was necessary to yell out "you need to check those" to his employee from 15 feet away. It feels great to have 6-8 other customers stare at me in the dining room as if I was about to pay with counterfeit money. The service floor is no place to call out loyal, paying customers. If he was so worried about his employee checking customer money then he should have made sure to include it in the employee training. read more

Jersey mikes used to be one of my fav sub shops. The service has REALLY gone downhill. A year or so ago they had some of the best customer service.. They would greet you upon entering and small talk with you, not to mention they would make your subs in a TIMELY manner. I went there on Saturday and there was a mom and son in line in front me me. Great i thought! I beat the rush! ... Or not. The gal slicing the meats who is the first person to take your order, doesn't even register that there are people standing here waiting to order. She must have been doing an online order because she was just chopping those meats up without a care in the world. Finally after literally 6 or 7 minutes, she looks up and says "I'll be right with you".. Well ok at least she acknowledged us! It only got worse from there.. The guy putting the condiments on the sandwiches was one of the slowest workers I have ever witnessed. He just couldn't get it together and took a few minutes to put on a few condiments on each sandwich. The lady in front of me turned around and gave me a "what the hell, this is taking so long" face. There was now a line almost out the door and a few people left because it was taking so long. By the time I got to the register it was about 20 minutes since I came in. 20!! That is ridiculous! The subs are great I love the food. But for the quality of service and prices, I'll head to jimmy johns where I can be in and out freaky fast. read more

Okay, so it's a "chain restaurant," but you'd never know it by the quality sandwiches and welcoming staff. I always love walking in the door and being greeted by a laughing, singing, and altogether boisterously friendly crew. The quality of the sandwiches is above any other "chain" sub shop. We loved Jersey Mike's before but Tyler, Cody and Taylor were so welcoming and positive that we will go out of our way to eat there more. As we ate, the team continued to help each customer with extreme professionalism and great attitudes. Even when the crowd left, Taylor went out of his way to see if there was anything he could help us with and even took a minute to make my son's experience extra special. He is a winner and now he has a loyal customer because my son can't stop asking to go to Jersey Mike's. I couldn't leave without getting their names to make sure they got recognized. Excellent job! I was left pretty disappointed the last two times I went to this location. Last time I went with my boyfriend, he got his sandwich and started eating assuming mine would be out shortly after. When he was pretty much done with his food, we asked where my food was. They forgot my food completely. Today I went and there seemed to be some confusion on what I meant by extra meat. Took my boyfriend here (who was completely dedicated to ONLY getting his subs from Jimmy John's) and he is now converted! He's always asking if we can go. The staff here is really nice and welcoming. Horrible. Walked in on a Saturday evening to a completely empty and filthy store. There were 3 employees behind the counter and no one said a word to me. I stood there awkwardly, waiting for a least a hello, we will be with you in a moment. Nothing. As most people who must eat gluten-free know, it's extremely difficult to find a fast food option, other than salad. I can unequivocally say, THIS is not the sub we have been looking for. Forget rosemary or cheddar cheese baked bread or even a different gluten-free bread such as Schar, which is decidedly softer & tastes more like the 'real' stuff we used to be able to eat. On the sign board you are advised your only option for gluten-free is Udi's. So Udi's it is. I placed my order & I have to say, even if the food had been top notch, I doubt I'd return. I don't go to businesses looking to make a new best friend but at least smile, greet me & act (at least halfway) as though you are happy to serve. If you are not that good of an actor at least dim down your resentment of the fact that you're there, I came in & added to your misery. The server's ire a being corrected was obvious. I'm sorry if tuna fish sounds like Big Kahuna (cheese steak) to her but I wasn't going to be stuck eating meat in order to stay on her good side (which I don't believe she brought to work). After the 3rd repeat I felt it was very important to watch what she did with my sandwich from that moment on. I was not overly impressed with the condiment selection having seen better at Jimmy John or even Subway when buying subs for friends but I was only going for the basics so that was not a huge concern for me. I will give this location their due. I may have only asked for lettuce, tomatoes & onions but they were all fresh looking unlike many fast food places. I'd ordered a 'regular' size sub which the server quickly finished & sliced. Turns out it was ALL moot point. Meat vs fish, fresh, evenly sliced veggies all the available sauces/condiments in the world...I could have had the meat & tuna comb w/bacon & cheese heavy on the mayo not worried about a thing. The kind of sandwich someone who has waved goodbye to 70 normally wouldn't even dream of eating. Having the sub sliced into three instead of two slices turned out to be not important as well cuz that FIRST bite was the ONLY bite & IDK if I even got any tuna in the bite. That bread was so STALE I could barely chew i! I am SO NOT exaggerating when I say I began to worry about choking on it before I could spit it all out! Of course I attempted to contact the store...at least a dozen times that day & the next but as others have noted, they just don't answer the phone. I could've salvaged this almost $10 sandwich (taxes) by scraping everything inside onto a Schar sandwich roll & finding out if the tuna is edible but you know how it is when someone /something turns you off ? A food place which CONSISTENTLY doesn't answer their phone does that cuz they are DUCKING all the screw ups they have ZERO INTENTION of making right. They rightly figure few, if any of us, are going to drive back for a remake. At this point, never mind the garbage, I'd really like to take the sub & recreate an old Discount Tire commercial where an actor (little old lady, coincidence I think not) throws her sub par tire (no pun intended) through the shop window. I believe the sandwich would have no problem breaking through the safety glas. Long story short (little late for that huh) I can only speak for the gluten-free sandwich & even then only the bread ...which is so hard & dry as to be INEDIBLE, not practically but actually. I cannot speak as to the tuna I ordered because I honestly don't remember tasting any. The bite I did take had lettuce & onion but the overwhelming taste/feel in my mouth was of dry, crumbly bread which had already absorbed all my available moisture. I can also say that if rude, dismissive service doesn't bother you'll be okay. I don't expect employees to kiss my ring (even pre-COVID, promise) but I also don't want to feel like you saw me kicking the puppies at the shelter last week . It's a tough world right now and it's great just to see businesses open. But I'd like a company to show they appreciate I brought business to them not a competitor. ANY company can have problems at any time & a smart owner stays on top of the info so...reviews aren't just for customers. Sadly, based upon the similarities/dates of the reviews, attitudes of employees, & most tellingly the food, the folk who work here are assured...upper managemen/owners are either aware of the situation or just don't care . Ah, the smell of bean counters in the morning...how much to fix & MAINTAIN these issues vs to ignore? I guess Jersey Mike figured there's plenty of sheeple where we came from. Came here with my wife for lunch today Star 1 is for the food quality. I got the chipotle cheesesteak which was to die for. I love how they cook their meat fresh in front of you and their bread is amazing. Star 2 is for the excellent service. Everyone at this location was very kind and helpful. Star 3 is for the atmosphere. We ate at one of the tables outside because it was a beautiful day. The inside was nice too. Star 4 is for the food being worth the price. The total cost for both of our sandwiches was $16 which was very reasonable considering the freshly cooked steak, peppers, and onions. Star 5 is for the WOW factor. I was looking for a good drink and went to starbucks. Well next door is Jersey Mikes so I decided to check it out. Right when I walked in I was greated with a smile and friendly hello. I have never heard of this place so I let them know and then gave me a run down of the menu. Needless to say it sounded delicious so I had to get one. I went with the Original Italian, Mikes Way (the recomendation for all subs). I had to take it to go because I was pressed for time, but I got a free cookie for my first time...yum! Awesome cookies. Went in on Fathers Day for a sub sandwich and when it was my turn they did not have the bread I wanted. I was like ok I can live with a different opinion. So it was my turn to get my sub toppings put on, they did not have any onions, no tomatoes, and the last bit of lettuce. I asked if they had more and the sandwich maker said no we are out. Mind you this was 4 in the afternoon and they were open for a few more hours. So I said what is my wife going to be able to get cause she was right behind me and they said well we have more in the back but we don't have time to slice it. So you are just going to lie to me cause you have no time to do your job? Mind you there was three workers on the line and one of them couldn't go back and get some veggies ready for the next couple hours of orders? I've noticed that this establishment has been going downhill within the last year or so but this was a new low. Well we finally tried Jersey subs, having seen many commercials for the cheesesteak, we had to try! We tried the Big Kanuna and a regular one! They were not great, the big Kahuna said extra cheese, eww it was not a good taste. They were just not very good tasting, for over $23.00 for 2- 6 in subs not a bargain either. We did have ice tea too, which we love the brand they serve and it was good. Now this was my rating on this sandwich alone so may have to try another one to see if it's better. I was surprised at 11 A.M. that only 2 people there and all the tables were not cleaned. I wiped off the seat and table we sat at but could have used a wet cloth cleaning. No one wiped tables while we were seated as more people came in and looked for a clean table. Not a sign of a good place to eat for sure.
