This is the 2nd Jersey Mike's location we've eaten from so far and from both locations every sandwich we've had so far has been pretty great. The regular size is about the size of a 6" Subway sub, but since the sandwich bun has more of a bread consistency you get satisfied with the regular size. read more

It's bad enough that anything located near the Glendale galleria is hard to get too...but I walk into this location and wait there for about 5min before I was even greeted as the girl behind the counter is busy making sandwiches....and the manager is sitting down at a table enjoying his break with his friend. He had to call her name to let her know I was even there. She tells me it will be just a minute. No problem so 5 min later she comes back to me and states I'm almost done with your order...mind you I haven't even ordered yet....and I stated that to her and she looked very confused. She said yes this is your food right here? No it's not I just walked in I haven't ordered yet. So I ask for a turkey wrap and again we get the shocked lost look. She looks to her manager on break and tells him she wants a wrap I don't know how to make those....at this point the manger is still sitting not even attempting to help her....so I've already wasted about 20min of my lunch at this time and say forget it...I'll just go to in n out....as I'm walking out and past the window the manager is finally getting up! Will never go to subway again. The ingredients here are fresh and high quality. I usually order the turkey with provolone(#7), Mike's way...and they put a good amount of all of the ingredients including the turkey. Don't forget the pepper relish, it's to die for.......you must try if you like a bit of a kick in your sandwich. Also, the service is friendly and fast. I always leave happy and satisfied. read more

This place is a chain so they could afford the rent at the Americana, but to be honest the subs aren't anything special. Kinda pricy for a sub. I got the Veggie and felt like I was eating bread and lettuce. The server was nice and it's definitely a clean place. read more

Place was not clean, all the eating area was dirty and staff practiced poor standards (saw one of the employees take an old sandwich spread more mayonnaise on the sandwich and put it back into the mayonnaise and leave it there), Also only Jersey Mikes I've been to that weighed the sandwich after every item was added. I give this place two stars for having attractive and enthusiastic women working there. The sandwich was so bad I threw it out. What seemed to start off as a great sandwich quickly ended up as an oily, soggy mess. The young lady making it told me that it was 'Mike's way' as she passed over it for the fourth time with an oil bottle (when I finally asked her to stop with the oil). Now I understand why this place was empty on Saturday night when all the surrounding places had long lineups. Bottom line: Friendly attractive women serving soggy, oily sub sandwiches. Very disappointed in this location. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken wrap, which was served on a horribly stale tortilla (cardboard-like texture), with an abundance of water -logged lettuce and almost no spicy Buffalo sauce. And the melted cheese that was supposed to be on it didn't seem to be, although maybe it washed out with all the water that dripped out. I've had this wrap several times at the other locations and it is usually spicy and delicious. Today I wish I'd saved my $8 and gone home and made a PB&J. read more

I was helped by Emil, he greeted me with a smile and treated me like a friend, not just another customer. Last night was my first visit to Jersey Mike's. And, I should preface this review with observations that I do not go to either Subway or Quizno's because I find their presliced processed meat to be oversalted and underwhelming. It was nice to see that there is a chain that is fresh slicing their meats, although the meats are not of the caliber of your neighborhood Italian deli. DH and I shared a giant (15 inches) Original Italian Sub with no cheese mike's way (lettuce, tomato, onions, vinegar, olive oil, and seasonings) with easy juice and pepperocinis added. The sandwich was $13 by itself...once I had two beverages and a bag of chips, this quick meal was now over $18. Sure, it is better quality than Subway and Quizno's, but it is not quite on par with local Italian delis slicing better quality meats, which are similarly priced. It seems to me that their prices should be more midway between these two extremes. I was particularly impressed by the friendly staff. The team works together to get you out of there, and they certainly make you feel welcome. For those of you who want to check this place out, try a weekday evening. There is NO ONE there. read more

When I stepped out of the restroom Adam directed his attention to me with a very annoyed angry face and directly told me that I couldn't return because I have in the past clogged up the toilet . I remember going before and having trouble there toilet doesn't flush well . We come here sometimes for dinner when we don't feel like looking. It's a small sandwich joint with no street parking near by that makes it convenient to run in and pick up a sandwich so we always park where in and out is. The sandwiches here are made fresh and the staff is pretty nice. It's a chain but one I had never tried before until it came to glendale. I like it better than places like subway. I love their chili ( I dont know what it's called but the guys has told me the name a bunch of times) mix that they put on the sandwich. read more

I've h ad Jersey Mikes at other locations which was good but this one was..... Terrible. If a so called sub shop doesn't know how to make a Italian sub you know that's a red flag. I walked in asked for a Italian. Some young kid started to make my sandwich. Everything about it was bad. The bread didn't seem fresh, he overloaded it with way to much oil and vineger, and to make matters worse he forgot the mayo. Cmon now it's a Italian sub who forgets to put mayo? I have been eating at subway for a while. After eating at Jersey Mike's I have found my new deli. For couple of dollars more you get better tasting everything. The store just opened earlier in the week, I already have been here three times. I love the old fashioned Italian sub done Mike's way and chipotle cheese steak is incredible. I order my sandwich from this location at least once a week at work. I customize my sandwich online and pick it up. Always on time and always accurate. I've had so many bad experiences from other restaurants that mess up my order, but that's never the case here. Keep it up ! read more
