I have ordered from this location thru Uber Eats many times, never had a problem. Then today I ordered thru Uber Eats at 11:15 estimated delivery time of 11:55, which has been the norm all the other times. From 11:15 until 12:05 the tracker stated the Jersey Mike's was preparing my meal. REALLY??? It takes almost an hour to make one cold sandwich. Well the driver assigned didn't even pick up until approx. 12:10 one hour after I ordered. then it appeared that the driver couldn't read his map, he went the wrong direction. I didn't receive my lunch until 12:25. Bottom line, I will find another sandwich shop to use and hopefully the next driver knows where he or she is going. read more

I love the sandwiches here, but I made a catering order for one box of sandwiches that the employees completely forgot about. I showed up half an hour after the order was supposed to be ready and the employees asked me if I was sure I had come to the right store. After 5 minutes of confusion, the employees found my order taped to the back of the wall. I had to leave and come back to pick up my order later. Despite the inconvenience, the employees made no effort to offer me a discount on the order. Although the sandwiches were delicious, I was tremendously disappointed with the way my order was managed. For some dumbass reason I didn't want to try this because I somehow associated this to Jersey Shore ugh. Also I was more of a Subway regular and that type of familiarity kinda harbors prejudices towards similar businesses. I see their ads on tv and it always intrigues me when they say "It's a Sub Above". Meaning next level right? They're also proud to say that all their deli meats and cheeses are sliced to order which makes me go yeah I do like that. So one day I decided yeah, lemme grab me a sub sandwich - a Jersey Mike's sub sandwich! Luckily they have one at this location, close to home. I ordered their #9 Club Supreme coz it basically had all the shyte I had in mind if I had to make my own sub :). Sure enough they get to slicing the turkey, roast beef, and Provolgne right in front of me. I didn't even mind that they never asked me on what I want on it or if I want the bread toasted! Two things they asked was, white or wheat bread? And Mike's Way? So I go please, I needed to see what that "Way" is! Ordering is super easy, only the customer will make this a complicated transaction for himself. All the ingredients are on the menu board ready to go. I also love this Americana location coz although a bit small and cramped inside, I can sit outside and relax, and watch the crowd as they pass by. The sandwich is as delicious as advertised. It's thick with its robust amount of meat. The veggies are fresh and crunchy and the crispy saltiness of their bacon is the bite that completes the love triangle of meat. The thing that puts this "A Sub Above" is Mike's Way! The tangy vinegrette with a generous shower of spices takes it to the next level in your mouth. You want to kill this sandwich super quick but at the same time you have to hold back and enjoy every bite! A dilemna that I hate and love at the same time. I just love how this sandwich is juicy, super tasty and filling! I was picking the shreds of lettuce on the wrapping paper that is wet with vinegrette and it was finger-licking good. I went to Jersey Mike's today, and all I can say is wow! The service was very good and quick. The guy on slicer welcomes me and asked my order. I had five sandwiches, and they made them correctly and quickly. My favorite is the #9 Club Supreme. I got it Mike's Way with Chipotle Mayo and Bacon. So Good! The employees seem miserable but I don't blame them. The food is good and I enjoy going there on my lunch break. Every time I go I ask whoever is making my sandwich to toast it and for some reason this is very confusing to them. I just want the bread to be more on the crispy side but all they do is look at me like I asked for an impossible task, until they put it on the grill to toast ( which is what I wanted). Last time I went there I asked them to toast the bun and the lady who made my sandwich toasted my bun with the tuna side DOWN. I thought this was very bizarre but I didn't complain. The person who made our sandwich was unwelcoming but the worst part was she didn't use a cutting board. She placed our sandwich on the dirty counter top. Other Jersey Mikes don't do this. What a crappy experience. I can promise that I wont be back here EVER again. Crappy service, no parking, bad attitudes, smugness and absolutely no work ethic with higher than normal prices. Yeah I totally wanna come back here. Lets see, how about these wonderful thoughts: There was no one else in line so the the worker decided to fill some kind of order other than mine while I am standing there. I guess the single sandwich phone in order was much more important than my being forced to wait order in front of them. Ohhh then a worker comes in and begins working on what appeared to be another phone in order instead of waiting on me! WTH! I almost walked out right then, but I had a starving daughter and she had to eat and well I dont know this area very well. Pro Tip: DO NOT COME HERE! So finally the first worker finishes the sandwich he was making and decides to help me. The first thing he tells me is that they wont take my coupons that say that they are good for all Southern California locations. *SMH* You have to love this to the greatest amount I would say. So I explain what I need and that I am in a rush. So the gent makes my sandwich at half the speed as he made the phone order. Way to be a great brand ambassador. I wish I knew the dudes name... but we are not supposed to post it even if I knew it grrrr regardless my sandwich tasted ok from the 2 bites that my daughter let me have as she inhaled the rest as she was starving when I got the sammie to her. This happened a few of months ago and I am still super pissed off about this... totally not a good thing. So yeah dont come here. I highly suggest going anywhere else instead. QUICKTIP: You can order your sandwiches how you like, but they have here what's called "Mike's Way". Mike's Way is lettuce, onions, tomatoes, vinegar, oil, oregano, and salt & pepper. It doesn't include mayo, though I've had people accidentally slap it on, so I always make sure to reiterate that request. They slather on the oil, so beware. The sandwiches here are great. It's not gourmet, but more deli style sandwiches. Their meats and cheese are sliced to order, bread has great texture, and everything tastes fresh and delicious. Their service is 99% of the time friendly and ask you how your day is going. For healthier options, go with their turkey sandwich, hold the oil and mayo, and get a side of their cherry pepper relish. It's delicious! They also have a yummy Kraft low-fat mayo available in packets. The only weird thing is how the line weaves into the aisles between the tables. It's easy to get a person's butt in your face if you look to the side while eating. Maintain eye contact with your food or the person sitting across from you. I've tried Jersey Mike's a few times throughout the years and this is the first time I've stopped by for myself. Location This location is somewhat apart of the Americana. The inside is much more appealing when comparing to Subway or Quizno's, they have a clean and crisp look. The parking is probably what makes this location unattractive. They don't have their own lot and street parking can be a struggle but you can opt to park at the Americana which is free for the first hour or at the in-n-out structure which is shared between the mall and isn't too far of a walk. Service Outstanding. I never got the name of the young lady helping me but she was beyond personable granted they weren't busy but I'm not complaining. Food I got a regular Original Italian on wheat bread consisting of provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni all of which is freshly sliced right then and there. All cold sandwiches include "Mike's Way," which adds onions, lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, oil and spices. The sandwich was refreshing and left me wanting more. I work in Glendale and decided to give Jersey Mike's a try. I am so regretting I did. Why? First the veggies offered are extremely limited. It's actually a joke because all they have is lettuce, tomatoes, and onion. Second the price. $7.50 for that sandwich is outrageous. I rather go to Rayhun just a block north, pay a buck more and get a ton of veggie option plus a potato salad. Third, and worst one: customer service. I order the Veggie and the lady, who made my sandwich, wasn't even looking at me. She just added everything she had from onion (which I don't like), to salt (which I try to avoid), to an INSANE amount of oil and vinegar. I'll try to upload a picture but my sandwich is soaked and I don't think I will be able to eat it. Why wouldn't she ask what I actually want? This place is in Americana, tucked away on Brand blvd. I like this location, it's clean and not too busy! Staff was pretty friendly and food came out quick. Thankfully it wasn't bustling during peak lunch hours so I was in and out of there in 5 minutes (ordered my food online which is such a great feature!) Only downfall is no parking on the street, you have to park in the lot so that can get busy... I always get the #7- can't go wrong with a turkey sub! I never get it mike's way, though, cuz I usually eat the sandwich later and the sauce makes the bread too soggy for me. read more

It almost feels like the order line is backwards. There are a few small tables and enough room for maybe 3 people to be standing in line comfortably. Let me start by saying I love Jersey Mike's subs, at any other Jersey Mike's shop. The sandwich makers have not been properly trained yet. In comparison to other Jersey Mike's, they are way stingy on the meat and cheese. I was literally able to see through the slice of provolone that they put on my sandwich. The girl handling the condiments was just plain awful. She piled on mounds of lettuce and poured on the vinegar yet barely put any mayo on the sandwich. By the time I walked from the cash register to the table and unwrapped my sandwich, the bread was wet and mushy due to the vinegar. I was able to push down on the sandwich and vinegar dripped out. It was gross. Jersey Mike's gets 5 stars, this franchise gets 2. Also, I can't decide if the owner is rude or just socially inept. I think his name was Billy or something like that. Jersey Mike's is flat out the best new food franchise to hit Southern California. It makes "SUBWAY" taste like shit. Whether you want a classic club sandwich or the best tasting philly cheesesteak in California, you won't lose here. I have to say I really liked it here. The servise was remarkable. Those girls were really nice and super friendly. I went during lunch time. It's walking distance from where I work. If you drive there, park at the Americana. I got the regular sized Club Sub and oh my, It was good! The turkey was perfect. The ham was thinly sliced. The lettuce was fresh. The bread was amazing (I got wheat) and the bacon (I don't really eat pork) but the bacon was so crispy. It's not like other places where it just feels like they're stale or rubbery. I've been to this Jersey Mike's location on a few occasions, usually when I'm craving a wrap but am not quite desperate enough to go to the closer and more expensive Panini Kabob Grill or cheap and questionable Subway restaurant down the street. In a single day, however, Jersey Mikes has knocked itself out of the running and lost our future business. My fiancé and I entered around 6 pm tonight to find tables covered in lettuce and crumbs, and one overwhelmed-acting guy behind the counter. I was initially unsure for who he was preparing a sandwich/why he was so stressed, because there were only two other people in the restaurant and they already had food in front of them. It took almost two minutes for him to come around to take our order, a chicken caesar wrap and a buffalo chicken wrap. We then waited about fifteen minutes for our order, toward the end of which another customer came in to order. My buffalo chicken wrap had already been completed, but as a result of the Jersey Mike's staff member's apparent inability to focus on the customers who'd already ordered, my fiancé's might've gotten kind of wrapped, but was far from completed. When we opened our wraps, neither were cut entirely through, and my fiancé's wrap hardly lived up to the name. Having been haphazardly folded at the bottom, the "wrap" completely unraveled on its own, revealing two tiny pieces of chicken amid a heaping pile of lettuce, and none of the promised parmesan cheese. It tasted so plain that my fiancé was pretty sure that the caesar dressing was also missing. I urged him to go get it fixed, but given how long it had taken us to get two subs in the first place, he declined. My sub had slightly more chicken and at least all the promised fixings made it on, but it too was a mostly lettuce "wrap". As we ate our disappointing wraps, we saw what was probably the reason for the server's mediocre food prep -- he went on his break (or perhaps end of shift-- I don't know) and someone he seemed to know came in, for who he offered to go make a sandwich. Hope that comp'd sandwich was so great that it made a loyal paying customer out of that friend, because us people who actually paid for their food wouldn't even come back if it were for free. read more

Thank God there is finally a Jersey Mike's closer to my house!!! I love this place, every time I go the subs get better. They are healthier, fresher and juicier than Subway (eat fresh? yeah right!). The staff here is so friendly, as they are at all other locations. I have never ran across someone rude or grumpy at all. They always have a smile on their face and ready to help you. They are a bit more pricey compared to Subway or Quiznos, but TRUST me when I say it is worth it. Oh, and definitely try any of the sandwiches Mike's way! He said I could call his boss and see if he told me anything different, the manager was worse. He said he didnt care the sandwiches were wrong, they didnt want to remake them (I only asked that one sandwich be remade...) after 5 minutes of yelling at me about how horrible his customers are and how he hates his job (all over a sandwich) he told the kid working to remake it. What a GREAT experience I had! Super friendly employees! I go into this location often, and the other day I went in to redeem a free sub for my birthday. I hadn't realized that they changed the way you redeem a birthday coupon. Unfortunately, the new system does not allow for a free drink to be included anymore, which it was for the past several years. I asked about it, and the nice gentleman said it wasn't included anymore - but since it was my birthday he let me grab a drink from the cooler! As if that wasn't enough, he then let me grab a bag of chips too! I wish I got his name, but he wasn't wearing a visible name tag. Let me just say I love Jersey Mikes subs...except for this location. I have been to many other locations and they usually make the sandwich with plenty of deli meat. This location puts two slices on a mini. When I asked for a few more slices they told me that they "weigh" their sandwiches and that's all they are "required" to give me and I would have to pay more. basically the owners at this location are so cheap that they skimp on the meat so you're not going to get what taste you're used to from regular Jersey Mike subs! read more
