I just received an order on Grub Hub from this store and let me just say, (I love subs and I am from Jersey, the sub capital of the world) and this is, by far, the best Italian sub I have had in YEARS...maybe even decades. Jersey Mikes in the Fee! This is really the only Jersey Mike's I go to regularly. 1. The staff is always nice 2. The sandwiches are delicious! I've never been much of a sub sandwich person but since Jersey Mike's, their #9 Mike's way is the only sub sandwich I get. In reading other reviews, I saw that some had a negative experience in dealing with the staff, I've been fortunate to not have had this experience and we go there at least once a week, not on any specific day or time and whether it's Ciara (I hope I spelled her name right) or the nice gentlemen there cutting the deli meat, we've always had a positive experience. I just wanted to mention that more often than not, Ciara is the main person I see at this location and she is always pleasant, listens to what you want and you don't feel like your in a typical grab and go place where the workers don't care about being polite. (I only know her name because I finally asked when I was in this past week.) The location is always clean, fast and hassle free! Thank you Menifee crew! read more

Terrible curbside service with a serious lack of common sense! Ordered 4 sandwiches using curbside as the option to pick them up. Arrived at 5:50pm which was the estimated time the order would be ready. I used check in "I'm here" which prompted a message that our order would be out shortly. Parking is tricky but I managed to get a spot where I could see anyone walking out and they could see my car easily. After 10 minutes waiting I hit the I'm here button again and received the same message. At 6:15pm I had waited long enough and proceeded inside. As soon as I walked in I was asked if I was picking up an order. I gave the name for the order and what do ya know....! The order was sitting right on the counter with the 5:52pm on the receipt. I ask is there something wrong with curbside or if it's an option. The employee looks puzzled and says no we do curbside. I reply well this order was for curbside and I've been sitting in the parking lot for 20min. The employee apologized and said oh we usually get a ticket that alerts us. I follow up with does anyone read the receipt they tape of the bag that says in bold letters Curbside? The employee just apologized again. Strongly recommend looking into the curbside process or getting rid of it if it's too complicated. read more

I'll give 3 stars because the food is good. The severe understaffing and extremely long wait times (both in line to order and for food to be made) are unacceptable. This isn't a one time thing. We really enjoy the food and have even tried ordering ahead of time to pick up in store. Unfortunately after arriving to the store 15-20 mins after ordering (app said 10 mins for food to be ready) we still waited in the store for another 15-20 for sandwiches to be ready. So basically if you're not going to be hungry for an hour or so, then go ahead and walk on in. If you're hungry now, don't go here. read more

I went into this location on a weeknight at 7pm, It took 40 minutes to get my order. I'm giving two stars because the employees were nice, but they prioritized online orders/door dash orders over customers in line. I know these have deadlines but there HAS TO BE A BALANCE OF HELPING CUSTOMERS IN LINE AND THE ONLINE ORDERS. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap as a tub, essentially a salad. I made an online order, and was given the wrong order. My husband went to go pick up our food when it was supposed to be done. They had not even started it yet when he arrived. They rushed to get everything done and as they were rushing, completely messed up our order without giving him a receipt. By the time he got home with out food, we both realized it was wrong and the store was closed. This establishment has incompetent associates who do not know how to follow instructions. It is getting harder and harder to find a business who will hold their employees accountable for their mistakes so they may learn from them. After calling Jersey Mike's, I was told that they are so busy on their end that they can't keep up. So that places the blame on your end. Yepp, it's still the same! We tried this location in the past (been about 6 months or longer) with online orders that took forever and not ready when promised. So we gave them another try, but went inside to order. Mistake AGAIN! There were nothing but young girls working, at least 4 of them, only 1 other patron inside and he had already ordered. We ordered, they gave us a ticket and said they would call us when ready. Oh did I say nobody else was waiting to order? Hmm. So I figured they would make our sandwiches right there in front of us, nope! They made them on a back counter near where they were cooking bacon and the girl making my wrap even came to the front where the sandwiches are usually made and grabbed the lettuce and tomato and carried it back to where she was making the wrap. My husband ordered a meatball sandwich that was an absolute wreck and barely any cheese! Normally, we get pretty decent service and food here, till tonight. My wife called in an order of three sandwiches (reg. turkey, Italian, big kahuna cheesesteak) at 6:50, and I arrived at 7:15 to pick them up. I stood at the pick- up window for almost 15 minutes before the young fair -skinned girl finally acknowledged me-even though she had glanced at me occasionally. She told me it was "being made." I stood waiting for an additional 20-30 minutes, while at least 4 or 5 people in the order line had their food made, while 3 or 4 people came in and got their food at the pick- up window. I also noticed that one gentleman who walked in the door was acknowledged almost IMMEDIATELY by that same girl. Hmmm? Eventually, I was the only one in the place, and behold- same girl started to prepare my food after telling me "it was being made." I watched her make the sandwiches. Slowly, very slowly, she spread mayo on the bread. Slowly, even more slowly, she put condiments on the sandwiches. Hmmm? Naw, couldn't be, not here in Menifee in 2021! Was she....? I'm not going to say it, because I would never use that as an excuse. But it sure felt like it. Anyway, after being there for almost 45 minutes ( by the way my wife has to eat at a certain time for diabetic reasons and this delay screwed it up), I finally signed to pay for the food. I cant really give my own personal review on the food as a whole because I get this for my boyfriend while I wait for my white meat order next door at the Flame Broiler. Here is what I do know...the service and quality of produce and meats is stellar!!!! The prices are a little higher than that of a Submarina but you get what you pay for here...quality. The four stars is because of the consistency. Sometimes the same sandwich is two inches shorter than the day before. Sometimes, even though the order is always the same it can be too dry or waaaay too soggy. All in all though, its great and pretty cheap, boyfriend loves it do much!!! And its convenient. We had the pleasure of trying the new Jersey Mike's store near the Menifee Marketplace this evening... Jason took two of the girls in to report back to me on the cleanliness of the new place and the friendliness of the employees. All three of my family members came home impressed: "Mommy, everything is so clean it sparkles!" "The bathroom wasn't all smelly!" "The worker actually smiled at me!" I figured the place would be clean, as the entire building is brand spanking new, but hearing positive remarks about the employees was a good sign. Apparently, the employees greeted my loved ones immediately, asked how their day was, introduced themselves, and asked for my children's names. There is nothing better than personal customer service. Except exceptional service paired with great product! The pricing is comparable to Submarina -- a few dollars more than Subway, but more than worth it. Six of us ate full meals for about $40, which isn't going to break the bank, and I can't complain. My buffalo chicken wrap was scrumptious! It looked a little small at first, but I was full after eating only half. It tasted so amazing I somehow pulled through and ate a few bites of the second half to boot. The buffalo sauce was too good to resist, as it had a little kick to it but wasn't irritatingly spicy. The chicken was juicy and cooked well, and the tortilla mercifully remained in one piece despite the messy sauce. Hubby's Big Kahuna cheese steak was even better, and as we call it, the cheese was "melty". The bread was warm and soft, and the meat had a wonderful flavor and texture. I ordered a turkey wrap along with 5 other sandwiches I was with my family, I said were you going to ask me what I want on my wrap and the girl cutting the meat went to the back girl to ask her and she said no it comes with what is stated up on the board and I said oh I always get asked what I would like in it and they both became rude by staring at me and my family and then making my wrap the mikes way I don't understand why it was such an inconvenience for your employees I spent $30 today and it makes me upset that those girls were so rude.
