This is my experience Order sandwich at 558 with a time of 613 pick up. Was meeting my girlfriend at restaurant to eat before her 7 o'clock shift in the same plaza.Showed up at 620 and was told I'm waiting on my cold sandwhich. Didnt receive my sandwhiches until 638. I could have got in line and ordered sandwhiches, they helped the people that arrived after me before completing mine. Upon getting mine I did not receive the correct order, one sandwhich was completely wrong , and after handing to the rude employee the bag of sandwhiches he removed the correct and gave back the wrong sandwhich...I only noticed that while waiting for my hot sandwich which was my girlfriends. When I asked the employee about getting my refund for the completely wrong order and hour wasted and night ruined and was greeted with you can come in tomorrow, asked if there was a number for manager card to contact and was told no so I said I'll come in and the employee started aggressively saying good everytime response about coming back. I've only been to this location twice the first time they made my sub, and when I went to tell them what I wanted, and if they said you needed to tell us before hand on your hot sub what you wanted and now we can't change it. Now I just went down there for the second time I asked for my sub Italian bread I get home and it's this cheesy garlic whatever bread, I called him up and they say I'll just drive back down and give us a sandwich and will remake it so I need to go 20 minutes each way so I can get the sandwich remade that you guys screwed up. I put in an online order and in the special request area I ask if they could bring it to my car. I explained I have 2 sprained feet and a sprained ankle. The company I work for often gets Jersey Mike's Subs for us at corporate lunches. I've always thought they were quite tasty. But nothing I've ever felt the need to go out of my way to get. Tonight, by the influence of my coworker I went in to grab some dinner and, wowza! I got a Pastrami Ruben and the sandwich was out of this world. I wish I had gotten a bigger size (not that I needed more food. Just didn't want the goodness to end)! I felt like for a sandwich they hit everything I look for. The perfect combination of meat, sauce, Sauerkraut, and the bread! Oh that bread was just delicious. Lots of times if I order whole wheat as opposed to white I get a very dense sandwich. This was the perfect combination of crispy on the outside to a fluffy light inside. Man I was thrilled. Here you can order cold sandwiches "Mike's way" which would give you extra veggies as well as a vinegar sauce that I head is very tasty. That's what my coworker got. He reported that it was perfect. Been here 2-3 times before, with same results. They offer good food, enough options and friendly staff but are pushing you thru the line so fast they miss steps. This time I arrived at 11:45 on a Wednesday and there were 12 in line. The line normally moves quickly but right when I got to the counter, the manager went in the back for more bread. That was a good thing cuz he's usually the guy who rushes the most. When I got to the cashier she ran out of register tape. It gave me a chance to inventory my lunch, which was missing one component. I didn't order them, #44 doesn't get any, but they decided to put them in it anyway. That was a good mistake! My beef is with the online ordering system. It is faster to come in, get in line, and order. The older gent whom I stole my parking spot from, who took longer to get to the location, was able to slowly walk in and get his sandwiches before me. Perhaps the staff is slow, but I'd rather think the algorithm isn't synced to this store's order stack and cooking times.
