Horrible experience here. Staff seemed overwhelmed. Parking is very limited; too many drive throughs in small area. Cashier was not helpful. Credit card machine is a swipe only; out of the dark ages, and kept declining our cards! Crazy! Finally asked cashier if she would swipe our card, and it worked. She never offered! Many other customers had the same issue and it slowed the line down a great deal. Also and this is crazy the paper towel dispenser in the bathroom did not work! I feel bad this place has only 3 stars. That's not reflective of my personal experience. We come here frequently and always have good service. Just picked up two subs on 03 Sep Saturday and they were perfect. One of them was a full-sized Italian and the leftovers were even good the next day. Service was very professional and polite. This place is a joke. I love Jersey Mike's but I refuse to come to this one especially after today. I usually place my order online but the last 4 times I've done that they screw it up and my sandwich is wrong. Today I go to order in store and they have the door locked to anyone wanting to order in person because they received an online order for 30 sandwiches and now can't serve people in store. Then when the people outside ask questions about how long it's going to be, they get an attitude and continue to keep customers locked out. Ridiculous. Love me some Jersey Mike's Subs, however the ladies in this place are not so friendly. They have sour puss faces. They are not consistent with the quantity of meat they put on the subs. You pay for double and it barely looks like it is a regular. Then the grumpy lady doing the sandwiches is taking her sweet sub time assembling it. I wanted juice on the side because they soak the shizzz out of it if you don't so by the time it's time to eat it, it's soaking wet. Before I could let her know she soaked it. I said, I was wanting it on the side and she just carried on like no big deal. I have had many odd issues with these ladies and I finally wanted to share my thoughts. They also chat and chat instead of making the subs and it's like I don't have time for this being it's a lunch break. Oh and the ordering online didn't work today. Do they have the option to turn that on and off? If so it's because they don't want to get slammed with takeouts it seemed. Today it was off! Make those ladies smile and put some care in their job! The guys are at nice and put a lot more pride in their job along with the correct quantities of meat. Not as inconsistent as when the ladies are on the line. read more

A few weeks ago I came in and ordered a Philly cheesesteak and they left it on the counter and didn't call my name for 10 minutes until I came to the counter and asked for it. Today I ordered the same thing there was no one inside and I left with a less than satisfactory Philly it was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. This was my first time here and Sam and James we're awesome. Great customer service and very clean restaurant. I ordered the famous "Stickball" sandwich. Sounded just as great as it tastes! I most definitely recommend trying it out! As a kid I grew up on Togo's & subway. Time to try something new. Jersey Mikes is on a different level. I'll most definitely be back like the terminator! Order was 15 minutes late. The man wrapping the sandwich rubbed his face and then went on to wrap the sandwich. My order had been sitting and was nearly inedible due to soggy bread. My fiancés sandwich was the wrong order and our chips were not included. If your looking for a good cheesesteak this is not the place. I ordered the same giant size cheesesteak 3 times now. It's s been different each time. The only constant is no seasoning, overcooked and no consistency. This meat is very thin and has a somewhat of a narrow flavor profile. Once you go past that temperature the flavor changes drastically. This time I asked for it to be "medium""... The girl ask medium well, I replied NO... medium and explained that it's over done by the time I get back to my house.. It was still HOT to the touch when I got home, which means the grill is TOO hot... Besides the seasoning issue, last time thay smothered in a mayonnaise mix.. YUK. As an additional this time approximately 75% of the veggies were at the bottom of the second half instead of mixed throughout.. Proper training and quality control is the issue.. I am VERY disappointed in this business. They never seem to get online orders right. If you want what you ordered you better go inside and watch them make it. I stopped eating there for a long time because of this same issue. During the pandemic I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But I must say tonight is where I draw the line I will never eat there again nor will I recommend them! It is one thing to forget to put on a condiment or pickles, but tonight I ordered two sandwiches online and they completely swapped my sandwiches the bread the condiments EVERYTHING THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ON ONE SANDWICH WAS ON THE OTHER EXCEPT FOR THE MEAT! Great sub. Good job to the staff on handling the crowd through efficient ordering and delegation of duties on a busy opening week dinner rush. Meat and veggie quality is excellent. Beautiful tray of bright red tomatoes. Love the finely cut lettuce and Mike's way (Onions, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Vinegar, Oil and Spices). Meat and cheese are sliced in front of you to order. Bread quality was strong. Giant sandwich is huge. $14 Location is bit smaller than most with limited seating. Parking and driving around the lot with a Taco Bell and Starbucks is a bit painful. read more

This place used to have the best bread, excellent sandwich meat and great employees. Covid is no excuse to be out of bread, or to be serving bread that is unacceptable, and certainly no reason to not greet customers appropriately, if we were lucky enough to be greeted at all. Yes, my name is Karen, but damnit!!!! Last week, they were out of all bread at 7:30 pm. Today at 6:30 pm I got the last and only rolls (wheat) ALL they had and it was not only skinny and oddly shaped; it was STALE I don't mean a little old, I mean like it tasted like three day old left out, dry and no taste stale. I don't know where the managers are or have been but someone needs to step up and pay attention because this place is going to hell in a pretty shitty hand made bread basket!!! I am really disappointed in the downward spiral they seem to be in, and please... covid is NO excuse! There are plenty of businesses that are making it work. I won't be going back to the one in Vacaville anytime soon, it just seems to be getting worse each time I go. We paid $26 for 1 giant and one small sandwich that probably would have been served on fresher bread in jail! I will not be going back to this establishment ever again, they completely messed up my order. I don't eat Beef, so I only order the Chicken Philly, every time I go there. Yesterday, I when't there and ordered my usual, I paid for my sandwich and waited for them to let me know it was ready. They gave me my sandwich and I when't home. When I got home, and sat down and ate my sandwich. I unwrapped it, and took a bite. I noticed right away, that something was not right, it did not taste the same. I opened up the sandwich and realized that it was Beef, not Chicken. I immediately wrapped it up, and drove 15 min back to Jersey Mikes. When I arrived, I told the manager that they had mixed up my order and that I don't eat Beef. He then asked me if I wanted to keep the original sandwich, and told me that he would make me another sandwich. I again stressed to him, that I don't eat Beef. He made me my new sandwich, but never when't out of his way, to make up for my inconvenience. He didn't even offer me a drink or a bag of chips. I am completely dissatisfied with this Jersey Mikes, and will not be boing back there anymore. I don't recommend this establishment!!!!! read more

I have to give a shout out to the staff working at the Vacaville location Saturday afternoon/evening 11/20/2Steve, Ava and the third staff member on shift about 430pm (sorry I didn't get the name) offered exceptional customer service. I ordered through the app, and while there was an initial little "hiccup" with my order, Steve stepped up and did his best to rectify the situation. Then Ava stepped in as well, offering continued service recovery. All while working the line of customers in the store and remaining friendly and helpful to all. The end result was receiving tasty sandwiches and an overall pleasant experience. These three staff members are an asset to your location, and I hope they continue their great customer service going forward! read more

6/21/20 I'm giving them 2 stars because I do like the quality of meats & cheeses, staff is friendly & courteous I do believe that the care. However after a short drive home (5 mins) from picking it up all of our sandwiches- the bottom of the bread was soaking wet. Disappointing when you're hungry & you've paid $30 bucks. Their lettuce does float in water I don't know if that's always or just today. I threw the bread away & picked through it. My husband likes Jersey Mike's so maybe we'll try again...? read more
