Great NYC pizza and Michigan style pizza. I love the pizza here! It's the one of the best chewy fluffy crusts in Chicago. They also donated so many pies of pizza for the 1st annual bed for the Chicago furniture bank today on September 28, 2025. Great business and people. I love seeing the logo and corporate identity on everything including the plates the plastic insert for the pizza pies and everything else. The sauce is very fresh also with all real ingredients. I placed a preorder at Jet's for a hamburger mushroom pizza. From the few Jet's I have been to, they all seem to be consistent with the food and service. I was in and out within a few minutes. I ate the pizza at home and the Detroit style buttery rich crust squares did it's job as usual. read more

My work catered jets pizza this week for a company event. Since we were tight on budget we went with jets. We got about 8 different flavors, the dessert, and chicken wings. Quality- it is what you expect from cheap pizza. It is greasy, cheesy, filled with toppings, and hot. I thought the dough was a bit tough to bite into and the sauce in each dish really overpowered the taste of the cheese and toppings. If they could tone it back a bit on the sauce and not leave it in the oven as long (maybe a few mins less) it would make for a better pizza. Quantity- a lot came for the cost. Got at least 2 dozen pizzas for a few hundred bucks. Atmosphere- the inside of the store looks nice. Service- the pizza was ready pretty fast. read more

I live within 5 minutes driving of Jets Pizza. I had friends over for a football game, and we decided to get some wings delivered. The wings hadn't arrived by the quoted time of 45 minutes, so I called to make sure our order was on its way. I was originally told by someone that the driver took two orders, and that I was the 2nd order is his route (Fine by me). I was informed that it would be another 10-15 minutes before the driver got to me (No tracker on their website deliveries). We waited 25 minutes and still didn't receive our order, so we tried calling again. The person on the phone sounded confused and had to put me on hold a few times to go ask questions to the Manager. He came back and said that their driver got back a little bit ago, and that he left the wings with the front desk lady.... We have no front desk lady at night. I asked if I could get a refund and some wings still, and he said the best they could do for me is remake the order, or just refund me (Not both). I asked if I would receive a confirmation of the refund, and he told me just to look at my bank account in a few days. Overall, I feel like the wings were either delivered to the wrong place, not made, or the driver decided to take the order for himself. They should keep people without social skills in the back. I'm referring to a rude and disinterested woman at the cashier. Apparently my coming in interrupted her distracted banter with the workers in the back. From laughs and smiles to a glare upon noticing she had to address a customer trying to pay for something. What I didn't like is that it's pretty difficult to eat it neatly. You are going to have oily fingers but the cheese pull was pretty impressive. I ordered online and did pickup. They have a 3 person limit in the space. You have to go past two doors and it's shared with some psychic reading in the basement downstairs. I think the ratio of toppings to sauce was pretty good and I was stuffed after 3 slices. The rectangle slices are uneven so it's hard to judge though. read more

I usually get a pizza with one topping. But since I was having a few friends over we settled on getting four toppings on one pizza. Each topping is about $2.49. When we got home we saw very little of each topping compared to if you just got one topping you would get more of it for the same price. It seems as though the more toppings you order, the less of each you get even though you are paying the same price for each topping. Needless to say, we definitely felt ripped off and that Jets was cutting corners - pun intended. An obvious flaw which I hope Jets will address. read more

Heard good things about this place so we wanted to check it out. We placed an order online with delivery as soon as possible. After about 45 minutes or so, they called and asked if it was a timed delivery, but we said it was supposed to be ASAP. He said they would send it out right away. The pizza came, and we got inside with it and it was the wrong pizza. We ordered pepperoni and sausage, and it was just pepperoni. I'm not sure if it was the right size either. Overall the pizza was good, I think they need to work on their delivery orders. I didn't bother calling to report it, but maybe next time we will just pick it up.
