Review specifically for the River North location 207 W Superior. My wife used my phone to order pizza around 10 pm. They call me back around 1130 saying they don't deliver to our area-guy assured me we would not be charged but we were charged and and are STILL working with Chase to get the fraudulent charge removed, such a hassle. That's our fault ordering from the wrong location but they need to do a better job checking the delivery location and not taking an hour and a half to let us know leaving me with an apartment full of hungry people and no options. REGARDLESS you can't charge people for a product you never deliver, get it together. read more

Absolutely terrible establishment! They are incapable of fulfilling simple orders, no matter if it's by phone or online, on multiple occasions. Incompetent, disinterested, and lazy employees with lots of excuses but again unable to simply deliver correct orders to customers. Today I placed an order using their confusing website at around 730pm- for an 8square supreme pizza and wings- driver arrives an hour later (pizza place btw is only a few blocks away & they charge a bunch of inappropriate surcharges), super reluctant to get out of his car to walk the steps to building door (not sure how lazy someone can be?), I bring the food upstairs only to find it's totally the wrong order!! Pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. Have to waste time getting ahold of real person to complain to/beg for correct order (also order was $60, was is RIDICULOUS for this so-called pizza, def nothing to write home about)- girl who picked up defensive, saying it was really busy- sorry dude if you can't handle working Super Bowl Sunday, find another job? This isn't rocket science, I'm sorry- and the driver reportedly had TWO orders and couldn't figure out which was which, like, yikes??? Oh best part- guy leaves the new order in the cold outside building door and wings without any dipping sauce- pathetic. Will absolutely never ever purchase anything from this place (won't be at all surprised when they close, as there are PLENTY of pizza places- should've definitely simply gotten Aurelios or Dominos pizza or you know a zillion other options) and encourage no one else go there either- you will most definitely be sorry. Detroit-Style or hand-tossed... all were fabulous and quickly destroyed. Ordered on-line the night before. Delivered exactly when requested. All 9 were hot and perfect. Ordered a pizza on New Year's Day via online and website it would be delivered within 90 mins. Three hours later and three phone calls to the store, and we still hadn't received the pizza. After a fourth call to the store I asked for the order to be cancelled and my credit card refunded. The woman I spoke to agreed. Five days later and a follow up to the corporate office, I still haven't been refunded. In short, avoid this place unless you like giving money away for nothing. 01/08/2018 UPDATE: just received a phone call from the owner. Very apologetic and honest about the mistake. I have ordered delivery from Jet's Pizza through DoorDash previously. I think I've done so at least three times. Out of that ratio, they have somehow not received my order at least twice. This resulted in my order arriving at least 30 minutes late for a group of people that I was trying to feed. All in all the pizza is OK but the service is lacking or something needs to happen with their DoorDash orders. read more

I really like this pizza. Got the four corners with wild pepperoni and it was super solid. The sauce is the weak spot- really pretty bland. But the crust is unbelievable as it is nice and crispy/caramelized. The pepperoni curls up at the edges and also gets a little crispy which I like. It is pretty pricey though and they charge $5 for delivery- at least it came within 30 min. Looks like they have a mon-wed special for $11 so I think that is the play. The pizza arrived cold, the mozzarella cheese hardened, and its cardboard crust with flavorless toppings really failed to deliver on the promises of its good ratings. I love this Jets location when ever I come to town from MI. The taste is very authentic to the deep dish Detroit style but best of all is their customer service. Kind of disappointed this time. Usually we order from 207 w superior. Being at a different address we ordered from this location. Usually the pizza is thick, cheesy, and full of flavor (especially the butter crust). This pizza was half as thick, had half the amount of cheese, lack of flavor, and I didn't taste any butter in the crust. I feel even worse because my sister and her boyfriend were in town and wanted to try it and this was not a good representation of the Jets brand. This is a really great location with wonderful customer service. I ordered today and received the wrong pizza, I called and they offered to send me a new pizza. that makes me so happy. I love Jet's, moving from Michigan where I fell in love with Jet's, I was expecting the same here. Boy, was I disappointed! Delivery was fast, but the pizza was inedible. We 4 ordered a 4 corner mushroom and peppers, and there were literally 5 slices of mushroom on the entire pizza. It tastes nothing like the Jet's we love. Plus the ranch dressing which usually is delicious, was watered down and foul tasting. We threw it away half eaten. So sad, wish I could leave a better review :-( read more

The initial employee was argumentative about it but then the owner Vito stepped in, made it right, remade the order and gave us a refund. First of all, I've never been a fan of Detroit style pizza, so there's that. We received a coupon from this location, and since the website showed they make other pizza styles, we gave it a chance. It was a bit irritating that we couldn't get the coupon codes to work for the life of us while ordering online. Seemed like false advertising. We gave up fighting with the website and ordered anyhow. When the food arrived one of the pizza's was not what we ordered. Instead of a specialty pizza they sent a plain cheese pizza. Never been there during normal business hours, but I have definitely popped for an late night snack! There's almost nothing as satisfying as a deep dish slice of pizza with a perfectly crispy crust at 1 a.m. Be warned, the indoor seating is next to non existant so grab your slice and eat it on the way home. read more

The staff here are very rude and disrespectful. They treat customers very poorly. I placed and order last weekend and it was delivered incomplete. On top of that it was about 30 minutes late and cold. As a result, the delivery person apologized and asked me not to give him a tip due to the mistake. He also said that next time I called Jets, my order would be free. Well, the next time I called I explained the situation to the "assistant manager" who really was a nobody pretending to be the manager and literally laughed at me and hung up on me. They also refused to provide a name. I don't have the need to fight over free pizza, I can easily afford it, but the point here is the level of disrespect the staff at this location showed.
