BEWARE- This store tries to stick it to you! I drove in yesterday in my company vehicle, I told the guy who told me to enter the center lane "I want nothing but the oil change". Mine was the only vehicle there. I normally go the the store in Arcadia (they are great!) and they only take about 40 minutes. While at this store, one hour went by, then an additional 30 minutes, and finally a rep comes and tells me that it's taking long because they did the oil change, replaced the battery, windshield wipers, did the tire rotation, AND are about to change the rotors and breaks. You can imagine my reply - What? I ONLY requested an oil change, and he replies that it has already been approved. I called my fleet company and cancelled the break Job which hadn't been done yet. Still they charged me over $300 when instead it should have been about $90. I told them that I was very clear about what I wanted upon arrival and it was unethical to simply stick it to me just because going behind my back they could get my company to approve it. I could have gotten all of those repairs done at a shop of my choice - near my house. I am very disappointment and dissatisfied, not to mention the black greasy hand prints on my white vehicle throughout the fenders and the hood and grease streaks on my windshield. I came in today to get my oil changed. I ended up leaving with really taking care of my car. I got my oil changed, my tires rotated, and getting my air filter changed. I appreciated the honest feedback from the employees here on what was important for today and some tips on other things to look into for my car for future services. Sent my husband to get his oil changed in his Chevy Cruz, takes semi synthetic oil, not only did they charge for a synthetic oil change, not sure they actually used the right oil after Google search of product they used. His car is only 2 years old told him he needed coolant charged for that and tried to sell him many other devices he didn't need including transmission service and coolant replacement. My husband is not car savvy but I've worked on cars my entire life and do my research. I can also read a recommended service schedule and have spoken to the dealer in detail about recommended service. Used to love this jiffy lube but the last few times problems, this is the icing on the cake. Car has 20,000 miles on it their recommended services are ridiculous and upselling not appropriate. Makes you wonder if there is any honesty left in corporate car repair places. Will not use another jiffy lube. read more

Needed an oil change and this was a very convenient location for me. Got it done when it was slower in the morning so it took about 30-40 minutes. While it was being worked on, a worker came in to let me know it was almost finished they were just having trouble with taking a filter off because "someone before put it on too tight." This service is finished and I'm told everything should be perfect and I pay and leave. I park my car on my driveway at home and when I'm leaving my house later there is probably about a 2 quart puddle of oil on my driveway?! My car was not leaking before I took it here. So inconveniently I have to go back to the shop to have it fixed. They apologize but take about an hour to get it done now. I did not receive an explanation as to what was done and what went wrong before. I was offered a coupon for a discounted oil change the next time I come in, but with this careless mistake I don't think I'd trust my car there again. I'm very disappointed with all the money I spent for that oil change and the not very apologetic attitude for their own mistakes. Didn't even own up to the mistake, pretty much said there was a faulty piece to begin with. I'd say only go here if you're willing to make to separate trips for an oil change service. Went to get a quick oil change and was ignored or 20 min. , went to the counter and the guy said he would be back didn't tell me he was going to be gone for 20mim, he made it seem like he would be right back so I stood at the counter waiting and waiting and was just ignored by them, they would see me standing thru their door window and just ignore me so I left, guess they don't need the biz. read more

Please, if you are a mature person do not use this Jiffy lube location. Operated by children who do not have customer service skills or respect. After them servicing our Mercedes, the "overage" light for oil came on. We took it back because this could cause MAJOR expensive work to the vehicle. Not only was it difficult to get them to drain the excess it was even more difficult, actually impossible, for them to sign that they had done this (just in case damage was already done). They did admit there mistake, which we forgive. But the attitude and lack of customer service skills are unforgivable. After we became infuriated and demanded reimbursement of the excess oil only, they put a credit on our account. One of the employees walked off angry after making threatening gestures. The young lady who did the administrative work remained calm and professional, even when we were upset, and that is why we give it one star. read more

OMG! Whatever you do, no matter how desperate you are, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT come to this Jiffy Lube. Check it out: Got my oil changed (which is ALL they should do) and suggested that my thermostat from my radiator to my engine be changed. Its a job that takes no more than an hour. 3 hours later, after being given the runaround for 21/2 of them, the "technician" comes up with this doosie" The bolt that was used to hold the housing doesn't fit". Funny, its been working just fine with no leaks. Now you can't figure out how to put back on? Can you say incompetent? Unbelievable! Do yourself a favor. Stay away from here. I always go here to change my braking light. IT WAS ALWAYS SO FAST AND THE WORKERS THERE ARE SO NICE AND TRULY HELPFUL! They really SERVE you and not just sell you what they have to offer. The last time I went there, they were gonna close within 30mins, I thought they would rush me or give me an attitude, BUT THEY DID NOT AT ALL. They treated me as if I was their first customer! Price was right service poor. Waited 35 min before anyone wrote up my vehicle while 4 out of 5 mechanics stood around joking playing grab ass. Other customers passed me by. Oil prints inside and outside of my vehicle. To top it off the oil level was a 1/2 qt low when I checked it at home. I noticed they take parts off without customers consent, Air filters. Should have showed them my business card from the Dept Of Consumer Affairs but was running late and dealing with a bunch of kids wouldn't have gotten far. I got an oil change, new battery and brake pads replaced. I dealt with Louie who had very good customer service as he worked on my car. I prefer to be outside rather than wait in the waiting room. Louie is very easy to talk to and answered all my questions. He even went out of his way, without me asking, to explain the process of replacing my break pads as he was doing it. Just drove up on a random weekday, 5:20pm, and the employee walks up and says,"it'll be a 90 min. wait for an oil change, because of all these cars". There were 2 cars ahead of me, in TOTAL. I went here several weeks ago, I was very restricted on time, I was actually just going to stop by to see what the best time and day would be best to come in for service, the technician asked me if I could wait a short time, I needed to be at an appt. in 45 minutes. I asked if he thought I could be in and out within 30 to forty minutes. He thought I could, so I decided to stay. Well, they did fairly well, got out of there on 50 minutes, got to my appt. late, but was seen with an extended wait, (for my appt. afterward). All in all, truly, the service people were professional, courteous, and I haven't ever had any pressure sales or them taking off any parts, that weren't informed of or asked for prior. Everytime I have been there, I have been treated courteously and with respect, it is the only place I have been for oil changes with my last two cars. Quick lunch stop for a top off. Pulled up, greeted immediately. Advised of my needs, Jeff and Jose quickly went to work. My car is an oil vampire and needed a lot, 3 quarts a lot. Above 2 quarts, $3.50 charge, which I was totally fine with. Much less than buying a quart from a gas station and the time and trouble to do it myself, which I'm completely able to do. Not the point, I go to Jiffy Lube because they do it for me! New Assistant Manager Jim, came out and greeted me and advised that they've brought in new management to improve their customer service. He refused to charge me for the additional oil!!! I'd say this location is in great hands, and customer service is evident. Even if I had to pay the nominal oil charge, the quick service and extra care by all three team players, personalized one on one service, are reason enough to trust this location and make it one of my favorites while I'm on the road for work. Jeff, Andre, Chris, and Samantha were happy to help me and did so in a timely manner. I could not believe how quick an oil change could take. DO NOT COME HERE. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE !. I used to go here a lot. my last visit will be my very last visit. poor customer service. oil leaked around my oil filter. I noticed my driveway full of oil under my car. I took it back. Told the guys that there was a leak. their response " I doubt its anything we did, maybe its the car"..... ok whatever. they look at it for 2 minutes and say " ok its fine, no leak, not our prob". I've been to this Location before and had negative experiences both times. Most recently was 3/18/15, as I was getting out of my car to sit in the waiting for I heard one of their employees loudly ask "is that a boy or a girl?!" Referring to myself. I called back "I'm a girl and I heard that" he laughs and looks away. This will be the last time I ever purchase ANY goods or services from this company. Their manager apologized for their ignorant employees comment. It's not his fault and I do not blame him. But word to wise when you want to bring in business,you respect your customers, not make them feel incredibly uncomfortable. If I didn't have something to do I would have taken my business elsewhere. But alas, I will tell my immediate family members as well as friends not to support this company and I hope this review warns other LGBTQ folks of the ignorance that is here at this store. And if I could, I wouldn't even give this location 1 star. They don't deserve a star. read more

The worst service I've ever received. The guy refused to change my oil after I waited almost an hour because he started to tell me that my power steering pump and hose needed to be replaced and it was no good. I had just went to visit my family in Northern California and had my mechanic I trusted look at my car and fix what needed to be fixed. My power steering pump and hose were fine two weeks ago because, they had just been replaced not to long ago. When I told him that couldn't be possible because I just had my car fixed and had it looked at two weeks ago by a mechanic I trusted, he began to make excuses and stutter. He thought just because I was a female, I would not keep up with the things that were wrong and had already been fixed on my car. Be aware of this place I did not get his name but he is a very heavy set Hispanic male, brown hair, brown eyes and the one with the biggest attitude.Please pick another place to take your car for an oil change, because they will lie to you. read more

Avoid this Place!!! Took my car for tire rotation. One of the service person inform me that I needed a air filter. I told him that I will replace it myself and told him thank you for recommending it. I ask him how about my engine oil because my last oil service was 6 month ago and I drive for Uber. He told me it was still good and oil level was normal. Now 5 minutes later past and the manager is heading toward me with the oil dipstick. He show me the dipstick that oil is over filled and I looked at the dipstick it was over fill by 1/2 inch. I started to laugh and I told him why you check my engine after one service already check it and confirm it was Ok? He didn't answer my question and responded I need to oil change because he was unable to drain it. I laugh again and told him that last service was done 6 month ago and service person show me the dipstick when engine was off and on before I drove off and it was the required level. The manager reply then you need to take your car back to that service shop and manager walked away. I drove off from Jiffy Lube parked my two blocks down check my engine oil and guess what? THE OIL LEVEL WAS MARKED MINIMUM both side of the dipstick. read more

This is my first review, I only signed up so I could let others know to be careful with this Jiffy Lube. I went in for a routine oil change, took longer than it usually does but no biggie. I left the Jiffy Lube and noticed a drop of oil in my driveway the next morning, I checked the oil filter and it was loose. I thought, "ok, we all make mistakes" I tightened it and went about my day. 3 months later I returned to get another oil change, about a week or so later I noticed again my car was leaking a minimal amount of oil. I went to the nearest Jiffy Lube which was in Cypress not the Bellflower location and they told me not only was my oil filter loose but the bolt used to drain my oil was a couple turns away from falling off. I tried to give Bellflower's Jiffy Lube the benefit of the doubt but here we are, they need new employees and a new manager, on a basic oil change they couldn't get it right, unacceptable... read more
