Worst customer service I've ever experienced, Gabriel he did a Uber inspection for my dad about a month ago but he didn't complete the form especially the state certification number so I went there and told him hey you messed up and didn't complete this and Uber rejected the inspection so I just need you to complete that last part, he gave me the whole run around well it has to be the original form and the car has to be here. I told him why does the car need to be here I just need you to complete the last part of the form and he said well you need to buy a new form cause it's been past 30 days. I told him if you did your job in the first place I wouldn't need to be back here following up so it's your mistake that you need to fix but he still said he can't do it. So reluctantly I agreed and I told him I'd pay for the new form, and then an hour goes by with nothing and even then people who came after me were finished and leaving, and I go to see that he's working on a new persons car so then I knew he was just messing with me so I just left. I've worked in customer service for over 15 yrs and I've never seen anyone this bad at his job till I met Gabriel. read more

Sloppy and unprofessional! Keep an eye on them while they work on your car! They did not put the cabin filter back! They lost the brake fluid cap! I noticed after I got home and I had to go back! They put back my old cabin filter that they left on the side (did not call me when they saw it) and they put a new cap! Very bad experience! They are refusing services to us because of the last time we were here...we caught on to their lousy work and even made a yelp review in which probably outraged them. Definitely not coming back and that sucks because I live down the street. I came in this morning at 8:30am for an oil change, no other cars were there. Added tired rotation and some engine filter change. Service was fast. Left home and my husband said they didn't rotate my tires. I should have paid attention but I really didn't. He took it back and the manager there said he didn't help this morning but when he saw his name on the receipt he said "oh ya I just charged the services" but I clearly remember him showing the other guys and coming in and out of the store..? My husband showed him the tires and why he believes they weren't changed, the manager didn't bother to ask the other workers if the service was actually done. They sure did remember to charge me the service tho.. Thankfully I got my money back. But that shows how careless it is there. I have never had a bad experience here until two months ago....I went in for an oil change and left out paying $500+ on repairs. That definitely was a choice that I made but one of the repairs was my front breaks. Junior, the manager was very helpful and said I only needed front brakes and that he would give me an additional discount. I said sure and authorized the repairs. I should have thought it out more, since my breaks were not making any noise so I could have waited. I get the brakes done and the NEXT day I hear a weird screeching/rubbing sound everytime I break. I went back that weekend and dropped my car off at 7 am. I came back at 1 PM and my car STILL was not looked at. They immediately looked at the brakes (without lifting the car) and said I just needed lubrication. They lubricated it and then everything was good. TWO days later, the sound is back and now I am extremely annoyed. So I go back with my boyfriend and they took the tires off to inspect the brakes and said they could not find anything OR hear anything. After an hour, the break specialist saw that the front brakes were "dry" so he lubricated it again and the sound went away. THREE days later no lie, the sound is back. I have a warranty on the brakes but what am I supposed to do when everytime I go back they dont know what I am talking about. The break specialist mentioned that it could be my back brakes but Junior, the manager said my back brakes were perfect. I am at a lost, I dont have time to continue to sit up there but I feel ripped off and feel like I should have never took my car there for brakes anyway. read more

My husband went to this jiffy lube to get the oil changed in my car. After 2 hours and multiple people being helped before him, they told him the brake fluid also needed to be changed, bringing to total to $300. After, we found out it actually didn't need to be changed. My car has half the amount of miles warranted for brake fluid change. So our bill was double the amount for something that didn't need to be done. Will never be returning and do not recommend!! read more

I went in today because my check engine light came on, and I knew I was OVERDUE for an oil change. As soon as I pulled up, the lady who greeted me was soooo friendly. I have back issues, and use a crutch...they were super helpful. My usual mechanic was closed today, but I'm kind of glad that I went to Jiffy Lube. The entire process was a breeze from beginning to end. They helped me figure out what my check engine code was, and recommended a local transmission shop. Plus their pricing was better than I expected. Definitely recommend them. Two thumbs up!!! read more

Listen though, I don't know what type of sorcery they did to it... but they left it driving like a brand new vehicle. This location is on the corner of Woodruff and Alondra. It's really hard to get into the parking lot and its tiny. I went in for an oil change and they took FOREVER! The reason they took so long was because all the workers were young guys and they were goofing off. I sat there watching them huddled up, talking and laughing and not working. Then one guy would walk away and go start talking to another guy and distract him from doing his job. If you are tight on time, I'd go elsewhere. read more

I originally went to the one on Lakewood but that was not a pleasant experience so I left. I waited for a while in my car because that's normally how it goes. No one came so I went inside. The guy acted like it was bizarre I came inside and told me to wait in my car so I did- again- for a while and again no one came. The car next to me left so did I. So I came to this one on Alondra. This is the worst place to take your car. I was given a quote to fix my car of $1600. It was there for 3 days and was misdiagnosed and after 3 days still did not figure out problem. Picked up my car on day 3 still broken and later realized they lost my wheels locks. So I had to spend more of my time to go back so they could get me new ones and they took it to someone else to fix that. They next day I take it to a real mechanic and he fixed my car within 1 hour for $160. Beware of these guys have no clue what they are doing . read more

Came in for a simple oil change. Been here for 1 hour and I'm still waiting for them to change the oil. If I went to valvoline, I would be in and out within 15 minutes. Not to mention, the restroom needs some serious attention. I do have to say great customer service as you pull up and initially go inside. But after that, it's hard to get someone's attention. I came here for an oil change on 10/8. On 10/22 my car began shutting off as I was driving. I had no clue what it was till I seen a puddle of oil leak under my car. I couldn't make it all the way back to this location so I had to go to a jiffy lube that was closer to me till they said that my car had no oil in it due to the leak that was caused by a lose oil filter. My car had the check engine light pop out was not moving forward with speed when I pushed the gas pedal. MI then contacted this location and when I spoke to them explaining what was going on it was basically no help. Luckily I got help from the other location and was able to drive here to the bellflower location and I informed the manager that I would be arriving soon 5-10 min. As I get there an employee approached me and I explained I needed to talk to the manager because he was aware that I would be comming. The manager was in his car on his way to take his lunch break, so I was a little bothered because he knew I was comming and just told the employee to have us wait in the lobby. We waited and waited. The manager arrived from break and didn't even acknowledge that I was there waiting specifically to speak to him. We ask to speak to the manager again and he still didn't help out he was busy putting on some tires when he was fully aware that we were waiting. till finally the Assistant manager Brain stepped in and was actually helpful. read more

When I pulled up I called them first because I didn't want to turn off my car. I wanted to make sure they had a battery for my vehicle and they did. Had to go to this location again today. Ironically because I didn't have time to go to my usual location in Placentia. Sadly things haven't changed. They are very nice people who are very slow. I got there with 2 of 3 bays occupied and one space open. It took 25 minutes for my car to get rolled in. And then 35 minutes to get out. 1 hour total. Compared to the typical 12 minute change at my usual Jiffy Lube, this location is a huge waste of time when you are busy. They are supposed to be "Jiffy" lube right? read more

My car was taken in for a basic oil change on 2/16. On 2/29 the car broke down on the freeway so we had it towed home. The next day we checked the oil and the dip stick was bone dry. The oil filter was new with the date written on it. I then raised the car and drained the oil while video taping it. I drained less than half a quart of dirty oil from the car. My engine is seized and the car is junked. I contacted the store and spoke to the manager about the car's engine getting seized due to negligence on their part. I explained the checks we conducted and concluded the technicians missed the most important step in the oil change. ( fill it back up with clean new oil). The manager came out and inspected the vehicle and took pictures of what clearly was a job not properly done. He told me he was going to file a claim and I would hear back from him once he had an answer. A week went by without an update and I finally stopped by and spoke to the manager who at the time still had no update, I asked for corporate number and was given the Area managers number, which I been calling and left a messages and still no call back. Later the store manager called me to let me know my claim got declined due to tampering ( by draining the old oil that was left). Apparently the warranty gets voided if the vehicle gets tampered with. I video taped myself draining the oil for this reason. But the issue I'm having with this decision is how is it tampering when the services I PAID for were not completed. That alone is a breach of contract. The receipt says 5 quarts of clean new oil were added and I find it impossible for a car to go through the whole 5 quarts in just a little over a week. I am very upset especially being that I been a loyal customer here even after a few bad experiences before. I have yet to talk to anyone regarding their decision to decline my claim and I'm stuck with an inoperable vehicle because of this... terrible experience just terrible read more
