DON'T GO HERE! I went to get a regular oil change about 6 weeks ago and 3 weeks after my oil change I noticed my oil leaking so I came back to get it fixed. There was no communication between the technicians so instead of just checking it, they changed my oil completely (which I didn't mind). But another 3 weeks later it started leaking AGAIN. That's TWICE. And this time it was A LOT! It was leaking so much that it started burning some of the rubber hoses in my engine causing it to smoke up noticeably while I was driving. It was still within the 90 day warranty so I took it to another jiffy lube and they told me that the filter wasn't installed right. How do you work at Jiffy Lube and not know how to install an oil filter?! Save your time and money, go somewhere else!! Hoping I won't have another problem with the new jiffy lube.. we'll see. read more

Went, took around thirty minutes to a hour for an oil change. Wanted to use the check-in coupon, I was told I could use it by one of the employees. The manager rings me up when everything is finished and told me I couldn't use it, so the employee told me the wrong information. I ended up paying more than I expected! To top it off they installed the battery and tell me it's not the battery it's the alternator and your most likely gonna come back in a month because the battery won't last..So why the hell would yall continue to install the damn battery? I came here for an oil change a few months back, being that I didnt want want to bother my boyfriend or wait until the weekend. An older lady that I believe was the Manager helped me.I was told by her that I should replace my Serpentine belt ASAP. She let me know she wasnt trying to sell me anything just trying to inform me about necessary repairs my car needs. I let her know I would have my boyfriend do it.Even though he said he didnt have the tools for it.I personally wanted to look into it and ask friends and family.Fast forward a few months later to Sunday,October 13th.After driving with what I believed a bad Serpentine belt for a few months. An employee informed me that my Serpentine belt did not need to be replaced.That the employee at the other location obviously she wanted to sell me a new one to make money off me. I went there for my oil changes since I moved to the area, and every time I go there I feel like I'm going to battle to try to fend off unnecessary services. I kept going because I got very good at fending off their sales tactics, which includes LYING to me like I'm a complete idiot. I admit, I would not have known I had been lied to unless my father--who is an auto mechanic but not in the immediate area--told me about what happened. The first time I was there they sold me some engine flush that my father gave me absolute grief about since it really DOESN'T DO ANYTHING for your engine. Every other time they would tell me they vacuumed the floor but I would see that it's pretty much the same as when I started. They would rotate my tires one time and then the very next time (3k miles later) try to sell it to me again. I only remembered that time since the last time they FORGOT to give me back my wheel lock key and I had to go back and ask for it (that would have been expensive, since you cannot buy replacement wheel lock keys, you'd have to break the things off and buy an entirely new set.) and it was a very big deal. Even with the new cameras that are supposed to show you whats going on it's impossible to see what's going on since the TV is set up at a bad angle and you have to strain your neck to watch and it rotates between the different bays so you can't see your car the entire time. Every time I go they try to sell me new engine and cabin air filters (they actually BROKE my glove compartment since my father discovered this when he changed my cabin air filter.) I would ask if they have genuine Toyota filers to replace them with. EVERY TIME they would tell me yes. Then I'd say how strange since I don't see the Toyota boxes in their bay. They promised they had them. I told them once I was here and they replaced it with some generic one. He told me the had them now. I asked to see them first. NOW he tells me that they don't have them and the generics are better anyway. (Yes, just because I'm a woman I'm fair game to be lied to about auto repairs?? I think not!) All that I could deal with since I was a savvy shopper now, no thanks to their sales approach. The LAST STRAW was when I was there last and I tried to use my discount membership card, which when it was sold to me they said it's good for 2 years but then I tried to use it they said it was only one year AND the clerk got really upset at me and was very rude. I told him that's fine, that it would be the last time I would go there. He said that I could call back and talk to the manager. I told him I would not bother. I'd had it with them. And you know what? They left paper towel stuck in my front grill. Never going back again. Will pay for more to go to dealer. I'd rather spend more money and time than to EVER go back to these people again. read more

I will literally never visit this location ever again. I drove in for a routine oil change. They quoted me 35 mins. No problem. So I walked next door to El Pollo Loco to have some lunch. I had to be at work in an hour and 45 mins. I had some time to kill minus the 20 mins in traffic I knew I had ahead of me. Once I finished eating, I took my time strolling back. By the time I arrived, 45 mins after they quoted me, they hadn't even done the paperwork for my vehicle. Additionally, it turns out Uber was there giving complimentary inspections for vehicles, which slowed down their production efforts. Then, when it finally came for my turn, I was given a freaking lecture by the man in charge of my vehicle. His body language and demeanor all indicated disappointment when I didn't want to give my email address and denied all their recommendations and upsells. It was almost as if he was intentionally trying to make me feel bad about my car, like I didn't care enough to spend the money to take care of it when ALL I WANTED WAS AN OIL CHANGE. Total time at Jiffy lube....1 hour and 30 mins. OH, and I was 15 mins late to work. Do they care? Absolutely not. What a waste of time, oh, and my oil change cost almost $70 for a freaking Chevy. Careful of this Jiffy Lube. I went there today to get an oil change for my van. I usually do them myself but this time I didn't want to go through the hassle. When I ask the price on my oil change, they quickly quoted me for $89.99 (plus an extra charge for an extra bottle of oil, which I already knew). Why? Because my car apparently NEEDS synthetic. After many oil changes, this is the first time anyone has told me this car needs synthetic oil. I checked the manufacturers website and my car manual and there is no mention that it requires that type of oil. Be careful of these scammers and their upsell tactics. Good thing I already knew but imagine being an unsuspecting customer and they tell you that? A normal jiffy $49.99 oil change literally doubles. And their extra cost on that upsell? About $15 on the oil. Edit: according to the Jiffy Lube comment, they say that they go based on manufacturer recommendations but like I said, NO WHERE on the manufacturers website and car manual does it say synthetic is required for my car. read more

Jeff gave me a reasonable quote and I had the time, so I had the work done. The waiting area was clean and spacious. Coffee and cool water readily available. I went to drop off my drain oil a couple years ago and they were very rude to me and said they did not accept drain oil. After talking to the city of Bellflower they highly recommended me to drop off the drain oil to this location because I live in Bellflower. I decided to give them a second chance today. After making me wait 20 minutes, they rudely told me they would not accept my drain oil. The workers told me that the manager will not accept drain oil and to try and take it to another Jiffy Lube location. They never vacuum my front seat. On a few occasions they leave the mat they lay down when they do a service for the workers to place their feet. I was here one occasion and they forgot about my car and just had it parked to the side. Very very slow here always expect to wait at least 45 minutes. The printer they use is terrible. I took my car in a about a 3 weeks ago then when I was driving my oil light came on so I stopped immediately because that's not a good sign at all, checked my oil and it's really dirty and it was extremely low on oil l, I'm more than positive they never even flushed or put in anymore oil aside the fact that I requested my parts back (Oil Filter) and they tell me in the end they already smashed it and if I still wanted it I told them can I see it at least and the guy at the bottom just grabbed any filter he saw in the pile and showed it to me then I laughed and walked away because he showed me a black one mine was white worst service ever. I took my car in for an oil change, Santiago told me it would be about an hour so he recommended I leave the car and he would call me when it was completed! I dropped it off at 1:15 pm, this was yesterday Wednesday, I called around 3:25 to see if it was ready for pick up and the guy who answered told me yes that Santiago tried calling me twice I told him I never received a call from him. I decided to go in to check on the car and Santiago told me it was ready and proceded to charge me for the service, I asked him if he was going to explain to me if the car needed and other services and if he had topped off the other fluids which they usually do as a complimentary! He said yes so I told him I was gonna check well to my surprise they hadn't topped off the wind shield and power steering fluids and the transmission fluid was almost empty smh! I spoke with Jose that was in charge and he apologized and said he would take care of it! Not sure if they were being lazy or that's the crappy work they do all the time!
