So there's a supposed $26 off Yelp check in offer, so I call to verify. The guy says he needs a code, I tell him it's a check in on yelp there's no code. He tells me and I quote "well I can't magically apply it if there's not code". Well then you should take it off your Yelp if it takes fucking magic to apply it. I don't understand how as a "professional" who has the responsibility to take car of people's cars how you idiots made such a stupid mistake. My oil change turned into a 400$ repair because this jiffy lube location forgot to screw the metal panel underneath my car after replacing the oil, I noticed the next day driving something was off and the repair shop let me know jiffy lube didn't at all screw back the metal and also somehow missed a nail in my tire and didn't let me know that. Thank you for damaging my car, I will never be back. Make sure when you guys are working you're focused because this is absolutely ridiculous and negligent. read more

Today's visit was great! I had never been to a Jiffy Lube before today. The first come first serve service was speedy and efficient. I love that they also checked the air in my tires, washed my windshield, and topped off my coolant. I went in for an oil change and also took care of replacing my air filter. A lot of these maintenance items were things I'd been delaying for a while. So the fact that I was able to take a quick trip to my neighborhood Jiffy Lube to take care of it all makes me feel more at easy.
