Costed $141 dollars for an oil change and tire rotation, because I was charge for the highest price oil after they put it in my car when I told them not to multiple times. So iv tried and tried to contact jiffy lube I've called the number they left in the comment on my last review left 3 messages no response called the corporate office in Sacramento they said they would call me back within 48 hrs it's been a week and three days since no call back... I would really think about not going to this location like I said before a technician broke a part on my car where the cable hooks to the battery they didn't take blame told me I brought it to them like this. It's not rocket science to figure out that if my battery connection was broke in two I would not have been able to start my car to get to jiffy lube in the first place. When I told the supervisor Nico that it was not broken when I brought it to them I was laughed at and told they were not responsible. If anyone wants to risk the same thing I went through with this location don't say I didn't warn you.... For the district manager of this store don't worry about contacting me any further I will no longer be coming to your location and will also let all friends and family know what kind of business you run. I am updating my review as I had a long conversation with James the Manager at Jiffy Lube. James told me he has addressed the matter with his team and assured me the problem has been resolved. I believe James and I am sure he has resolved the problems I had. I am changing my rating from 1 to 3 stars. All previous service at this Jiffy Lube was good. This place is great. I come to this location all the time. Every time I visit this place, the manager is taking care of business. The employees are always professional. You can tell that each car is serviced as if it was there own car. I have recommended this place to friends and family. I'll definitely will keep bringing my cars here, plus I love the fresh hot coffee. read more

I've come to this location for years and always had excellent service but this is the first time I've been here since covid. The staff is completely different. Some of the employees were friendly but the main employee responsible for checking me in, discussing services and oil type was very unfriendly and rude. No one told me what the new covid procedures were upon pulling in, apparently you're supposed to stay in your car now and not allowed inside. There were no signs or communication stating this. So we retro fitted a vintage air conditioning system into my girlfriend's 93 Ford Ranger. We installed it ourselves, and needed an evacuation and charge of the system. We brought it down to this Jiffy Lube. We didn't know what to expect since it was a completely aftermarket unit with a custom installation. I kinda halfway expected them to say "we can't do it because it's custom work." Well let me tell you, it was the exact opposite. They hooked it up to the machine, and nothing happened. The manager came out and fiddled with the machine and truck, got it to work. He filled the system, had us test drive it. We said it was cool but not cold. So he happily evacuated the system again, refilled it, had us test drive again, then finally topped off the system. IT WORKS GREAT! I don't usually write reviews unless I feel someone has gone above and beyond. And that's the way I feel in this case. He didn't have to mess with the truck, evacuate and fill twice, have us test drive twice to see if it was ok. We spent a couple hours there taking up his time, and he was happy to help. I arrived around 11:35 and was told it would be a little bit of a wait. No problem, since I was on my lunch and had time. Was escorted to the lobby where they have coffee and water. Water cooler cold tap is busted, damn. They entered my license plate wrong...so they couldn't find my past history. TV isn't working in the lobby. Lobby is run down and falling apart. Not very comfortable. They aren't in a rush to do anything. I went here recently and it was a very terrible experience. First they told me I'd be in and out within a half an hour. The guy seemed very confident when he told me. It took an hour. Second, they tried to tell me I needed my transmission fluid changed. Which I thankfully didn't have them do, but, if would have been another $300 (WAY overpriced) and I later learned there's no way they could really tell I needed it unless they lifted my car and did a full service inspection. I don't trust their judgment anymore or anything else they tell me for that matter. I like the convenience of a place like jiffy lube but this is the second one I've been to now where I've had a very less than favorable experience. Drove up. Greeted by a friendly guy. Opened the door for me, and told me that coffee and water is available in waiting room if I want some. Opted for the $38 oil change. Filter was filthy so had that changed as well. While they were at it, they cleaned the car windows, vacuumed the floor, checked and refilled tires air. They were busy. Took about 25 min or so. I received a phone call from the district manager who directed me to the manager of the store and indicated they would take care of me and they did . Their staff is friendly and helpful. I've been coming here for years with my car and have always had tires inflation issues with my tires new and older. No one ever took the time to explain that my tires have green caps and needed nitrogen in them rather than oxygen. He took the time to explain it all to me. The easiest place for em to get my car's oil changed They don't constantly ask me to do services on my car, but when they do ask, its to replace certain parts like air filters when they are past their prime. These guys are super quick!!!! I usually come here after work around 5ish and they always finish in 15 mins... I don't ever have to wait more than 15 mins! I have an 07 FX35, I came back a couple times after that since the in take hoses to oil filter werent put on tight oil was splattering against motor and coming in to vehicle. When I go to jiffy lube in Concord and drive thru for my oil change a staff always opens my door for me and lends me to the waiting room. The manager is James Bozeman the reason the staff is so well trained and all seem to do a great job. My old car is in great shape because I get my oil change there as scheduled. They are reasonable, reliable, quick service and friendly staff. You can watch your oil change being done or you can walk next door and have Taco Bell. I wouldn't go anywhere else to change my oil. read more

My original 5 Star minus 1. I'm not neurotic about vaccuming & cleanliness however today, while the service was fast & for the most part excellent I asked if they'd please vac thoroughly & under the rubber mats plus the console where the indented area & cup holders were full of crumbs & whatnot. When I got my car back the console looked like it hadn't been touched & the floor areas in front & to the sides of both front mats had crumbs galore, not just a missed few. Same with the areas under but mainly to the sides of the rear mats, While I realize it's late afternoon on a busy, sunny Saturday they rushed my car through a bit too quickly doing a poor vac job. Vac hose wasn't long enough to reach my car that was just outside the service lane so I waited for another car to he serviced & had my car vacced again. It's in my nature to over-apologize for being a pain yet I should learn that I did nothing wrong. They didn't vac properly the first time around. There honestly were lots of crumbs & some other small pieces of paper on the floor & console. They should have done a better job to begin with. They always have previously & I've been a customer for years. read more

So so disappointed! My husband usually takes the car in for an oil change but this time I took the car in. When the manager was going over the prices he quickly clicked the most expensive oil change without me being able to see the price and then when I asked him to please slow down and go back to the screen, he said in our car record that is the oil change my husband chose last time he was here. I assumed my car needed the premium oil change so I agreed to it. Spoke to my husband after and he said he most definitely did not get the premium oil change last time and that they always do that to trick you, SO RUDE! I'd say the service overall was good, but a little disappointed in all the little charges for things. I typically take my car to Martinez Auto and for $40 I get my oil changed and tires rotated. Unfortunately we have been super busy and we only had Sunday available and needed to get our oil changed, so we figured we'd give it a shot and take it here - I mean we simply need an oil change. After we walked out, for an oil change and tire rotation we paid $100. Going here I had already expected to pay more, but not over double! I will say I was guilty in following their recommendation and getting the "higher mileage" oil since we just now are over 80,000 miles (we're at 81,000) which tacked on some extra fees. They asked if we wanted tires rotated, so an additional $25. Lesson learned and will always make sure to take my car to our favorite spot in Martinez. I will say that the overall service was good and everyone working was very friendly! read more

Oldest trick in the book to fraud somebody out of buying a part that they didn't get and buying the labor they didn't get. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change this evening at 6:40. This jiffy lube advertises that they close at 7:00. When I pulled up a young man came to my car and said they close at 6:30 so they can clean up and be out by 7:00. I noticed the other workers were in shorts and T- shirts. Had an oil change in October 2016. They offered to rotate wheels. Big mistake on my part. The bolts were stripped and worse the threads on the car are ruined. (improper use of imapct wrench) So unhappy. They did not charge me for the oil change. This was a very expensive mistake. Scratch on side of car from wrench handle. They did replace two lugs but just found out they were put in stripped threads and are garbage too. read more

I got my oil changed and my tires rotated here. They were courteous. When I got in my car, I realized that it was not vacuumed. I notified with the attendant who initially told me that I would have to wait 20 minutes to get it vacuumed. When I voiced my displeasure, they made accommodations and managed to get my car done in 5 minutes. I appreciated that, however, when I got in my car, someone had changed my radio station. How did they forget to vacuum my interior but manage to adjust my radio? read more

It's your basic oil change place, I come to this location mostly for its easy access and location next to Sam's club. I've never had a problem with their service as some others state. Besides oil changes, I've only had my windshield wipers changed and my brake light replaced. What I do like is they give you the dealer recommendations but don't force you into them, if you say you're not interested in getting something recommended done they move one. Came here to get an oil change, 3 men greeted me and 2 took my car while the other brought me in and got me all set up in the system. All of them were very nice and they had coffee and a TV for customers while you wait. Saw that they had windshield wipers and they told me installation was free so I did that too. All together it was just under $70 for the 2 windshield wipers and the oil change, great experience, will be back again. read more
