Got an oil change here a little over a week ago. Went early. It was empty and process was quick. I was asked for my card before I was even told the total and then when I asked for the amount it seemed like it was pulled out of his head as if he didn't pay attention to what oil service my car had (I asked for full synthetic). A week later, I realize that there is no oil in my car and when I took it to my mechanic he has no idea why. Do not go to this Jiffy Lube! They will mess up your car!!! I went to get a radiator fluid replace, something they recommend when I got my oil change, and cracked my radioator. The very next day my car started overheating and coolant was leaking everywhere. I was lucky I was not stranded on the freeway. I took it back to Jiffy Lube and they told me that they are not responsible and wanted to charge me over $500 to fix something they themselves broke. I would suggest no one goes to this Jiffy Lube. This location is scamming by saying your vehicle needs something when it does not. They said my brake pads needed to be replaced immediately or that that I would damage my discs. They said that the pads were down to the metal and would start grinding into the disks. I drove the car bought new pads and took of old pads they still had over 85% left. Came in for oil change, last week on my lunch Break at work. Greeted outside and Left car with greeter. Instructed him i was Interested in how much for a oil change? Told to go inside. Inside i was ignored as Sole indoor employee finishes business with others. Watch as person i left my car with Fiddled with positioning my car , forward, back, and left and back and forward and right ect.. for 2 minutes to move it to next stall! 20 minutes has past they finish inspecting it Pulling out my air purification filter in my glove box, taking off air filter for engine ect... Still waiting for a quote on a oil change... Finally i am helped as everyone else has left. Told my car has missfire code on spark plugs? Just had them replaced 3 months ago and my car showed no signs of missfire, told my Radiator fluid is low, told them i had a complete flush 3 months ago, was told Needed brake job, told them i also had complete brake job 3 months ago, all my Service was done 3 months ago at my Subaru Dealer! At dealer now, six days later, they checked every problem jiffy lube reported as issues and each one turned out to be false.
