This place is a nightmare this is the absolute worst experience I've ever had in the automotive place in my life! Are usually get my oil changed at Jiffy Lube in the city I live in but today I was in there to get a vehicle expection for being a rideshare driver and even though they are free of charge At Uber facility I went jiffy lube because it was closer and paid the $23.00 charge for vehicle inspection but after I got the inspection done the form that they gave me to send into the rideshare company was the wrong form and totally unacceptable missing vehicle registration information so I went back into Jiffy lube just to speak with them and give them the correct form which Ride share company had given me after I sent their Incorrect bad form in from Jiffy lube But the gentleman at the counter that charge me for the service would not help me told me I had to wait one hour to see a manager and was really nasty about it and did not offer a refund at all for giving me an inspection certificate that was invalidSo I asked him if I could just leave the form with them so they could correct it and he told me I have to wait one hour and get the hour and stop bothering him in a very vicious nasty voice ! This assistant manager service guys name is Tony I would stay far away from him and this Jiffy Lube their service is horrible they are dishonest and very nasty specially this guy Tony even though I was polite tried to help them they wanted to tear my head off I have never seen worst Treatment of people in the business and my life! And if you're a rideshare driver I suggest you stay far from this place as their paperwork is worthless they will charge you keep your money and throw you out!!! read more

when i came in the front desk , and asked for a estimate, for oil change an older gentlemen told me in a rude way that they were going to call me . after fifteen minutes he called me and explained that my vehicle had various problem , and I told him , I was only there for an old change . He gave me a price that I think it was too high , and told him I want my car back, and they told they already emptied the engine , why do they start working without an approved estimate, I'm never going back . read more

Do not go here! I came for an oil change and a brake/router job. When I got home my car leaked out the oil and as far as my brakes they changed them twice and they still sound horrible, as if I never even had them done. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO JIFFY LUBE! Do not get a coolant flush here! A different store previously put in the wrong coolant color into my Toyota 4Runner. I asked this Jiffy Lube for a full flush and to replace with red coolant, but instead they didn't do a full flush with water and driving the engine so old coolant was left in somewhere. Long story short, the old coolant and red coolant reacted and created solid parts which clogged the water pump. They replaced the water pump and thermostat for $700 more dollars and when I went to pick it up, guess which color coolant they added back in? Greeen!!! The exact thing I went there in the first place to get taken out! They argued that it was universal and good for the car and red coolant was cheap, but ask any real shop, they will tell you to go with OEM red for Toyota's. Now other parts of my cooling system are clogged. So a $100 coolant flush has turned into a $1500 issue and they won't take responsibility. read more

I wen to get a vehicle inspection, and I noticed that the guy in charge had a really bad actitud, he not even look at my car and he said that my car will fail inspection. And I will have to pay for the Inspection The funniest part is That my car was parked he not even checked at my car. Today I brought one of them in and this guy named Tony tells me we can get the oil change and brake job done in 40 minutes. Mind you I have an hour cushion to get to my next appointment. Over 2 hours later I was still waiting to leave. Not only did coming here come out to be a waste of time, but I lost business plus paid over $700 dollars for a job I could have done on my own for under $200. OMG!!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to get your car serviced! First I went in for an oil change and they told me I needed brakes, so I decided to get them. It took over 3 hours to change my brakes and my oil! Apparently because they sent the wrong part! I was so late to class at that point I said forget it I will come back tomorrow. I go back the next day for them to finish what they started, this time they were faster but they forgot to do the fluid flush that I paid for! About a week later my brakes started squeaking worse than before!!!!!! So I had another mechanic look at it, he said they out the cheapest brakes possible on my car and that's why they were squeaking! Finally, I realized when I went to get my tires serviced that they forgot to put my wheel lock back!!!!!!! So now, not only do they have to FIX the crappy work but to get my wheel lock back! AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!!! Not to mention they are so unprofessional just messing around talking and joking with each other instead of working! If I could give this place one star I would!!! read more

People are very helpful and service is very fast. They have coffee inside while you wait for your car being serviced. 4 stars because, as they are trained to do, they give a whole list of things that "must be done" or you'll have "problems" with your car. I usually come here for my oil changes. Some of the people can be pushy when they tell you that you need additional services. I have said yes to them in the past but most of the time I tell them "NO" to any additional services. I've been told that my car needed a new battery ASAP because it was about to die and it wouldn't make it for another month. I declined, left it as is and came back in for my next oil change and had the same exact battery. Nothing was done to it. They than told me that my battery was perfectly fine and that it didn't need anything. After that, it made me question the integrity of Jiffy Lube at this location. So from then on forward, I just do the basic oil change for my car. Nothing extra because I don't trust them. They're pretty quick with my oil change, sometimes it takes them 15 minutes other time I've waited for 45 minutes. Nothing longer than that. I usually come in the mid afternoon so from 12-2pm is a good time to stop by. read more

I decided today to get my oil changed while I was here in Downey at my daughters house, killing time until she got home from work. I live on the Westside and normally go to Valvoline there but I came across a coupon $20 off for Jiffy Lube and thought well it can't be that different. Well I was wrong, the person that help me either does not like what he does or seriously needs some customer service classes. Not rude but yet not making you feel like "thank you for choosing us". I don't expect over the top treatment. First of all the oil change was done like really fast, I assume new technology siphons it out and then pumps it in? On my receipt everything was checked off that I did not see it being done. Yes, oil was changed but did he change the filter? No. Did he check my windshield wipers? No. I did not decline washing off exterior windows because I was never asked. Lighting system checked, No. Front light checked, No. Rear lights checked, No. I had to ask for him to check the pressure on my tires and to tell you the truth not sure if he even did that. And if they quote you a price that's different from what was advertised, you can object or walk away.
