I've been coming to this Jiffylube for some time now to service my van, I keep coming back because they always keep it real, I don't know much about cars but when I do some research I find I'm getting a fair deal and because I keep coming back sometimes even a bit of a hook up. They also give me advice on what I should be doing to maintain a good vehicle without what I can only describe as "pressure". I don't feel uncomfortable or ripped off which is important. I talked to Tony there and he was real cool about giving me some tips and things to look out for. Just a few extra things that would be cool to some people is that they always have water and coffee on deck and free WiFi, the waiting room is usually at a comfortable temp also. So to conclude, since I've been coming here for a while for oil changes and such, I thought I would write a review since they've earned my trust. read more

My husband and I have gone to this location faithfully. We go in this morning and the "manager" had the nerve to say we brought in the vehicle with a damaged dip stick. ONE, we dont touch the damn thing because we dont have too. Jiffy Lube is the ONLY personnel that touches it. TWO, she blames us, the customer as if we did it, and THREE, notates my account as such. THEN, long story short, says she is going to purchase a new one (no charge to me), install it for free, give me an $18.99 discount on my oil change AND tell me it broke when they went to pull it out. If I brought it in damaged, why would you do all that!?!?! NEXT TIME or for the next customer (because we will not be returning) ADMIT YOUR WRONG and do whats right. I needed my filters changed and the technicians where wonderful but the customer service I recited was mediocre. The man at the front desk was rude, when my car was done no one let me know. When I proceeded to find out if it was ready the man at the front desk was condescending. I just had simple questions and he gave me attitude . Again the technicians where very polite and helpful. I had been coming to Jiffy Lube since I bought my first car and I gave this location a try and that was my mistake. I was so upset with the service I received. Due to the pandemic I was told I had to stay inside my car at all times which is fine I understand so I put my trust in the staff with my car and they turn around and brake some things and don't even tell me. The employees were careless with my car and broke my prop rod and broke a clip that was attached to my ac hose. I was shocked because after they broke it they left it in a random place underneath the hood which could potentially have messed up my car. I ordered the parts that were broken through the dealer, but I can honestly say I will never bring my car to a jiffy lube. It's minor things that were broken but the fact that they "finished" service and didn't even tell me makes me so upset. My thing is if they didn't know how to handle my vehicle they could've asked me and avoid this carelessness. read more

If I could give them a 0 I would!! I took my truck in for oil change. They said it's "recommended" to get radiator flushed. Now the radiator is cracked and I had to pay $250!!!! Horrible manager and customer service. I couldn't even see a crack. They rip you off anyway they can. Especially if your a woman!! I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube location ever since I moved from AZ in 2016 and they always satisfy. They tell it like it is upfront. I know some places rip you off and charge more. For example, today I went to go have my oil change done at Downey Hyundai and I was dissatisfied. I mean yeah they did a good job but they charged me more and I felt like I was getting mixed answers on what needed to be done. Plus at Downey Hyundai the prices are soooo much!! I spent $105 on an oil change and at Jiffy Lube it's like what 89 bucks. Yeah still expensive for Synthetic Oil but at least the prices here are reasonable... When you come to Jiffy Lube, look for Raquel and my boy Jesus! They'll take care of you. read more

Used to love this place because I could get my oil change without pressure to buy anything I didnt need. Now it seems things have changed. Tried to tell me that my vehicle was sending a code about a misfire and that I had to spend $180 to fix but guess what? I was in luck because they had a special and it would cost me $150 if I took advantage now. I went in for an oil change and engine air filter but kept coming back with specials so ended up spending $140 in total without getting the misfire fixed. My plan was to go get a smogcheck after changing my oil and engine filter but now thought I should wait to get this misfire fixed. When I got in my car I didnt see my check engine light but gave him the benefit of the doubt that my check engine light might be broken. Was going to wait to bring in to my mechanic next week but still decided to take it to the smog shop because if I failed I would have been able to do a re-test for free. Please note: I used to be a smog technition for 3 years. I know that two scenarios would happen for failure of misfire that would send a code. 1) Fail with check engine light on (but couldn't see because my light is broken which would have been a failure as well) or 2) They cleared the codes with their OBDII scanner which would have result in a failure in the smogtest. Depends on vehicle but takes around driving of 100-200 miles to completely reset. I took it to the nearest smog shop 0.2 miles away so no way they would have reset by then!! I passed with flying colors! **When you go just be careful of the "specials" that they have for your specific problem.** Heard this line 3 times while I was there! Happy that I passed but upset that no code was sent, I immediately went home to see if they even changed my filters. I was ready to call BAR incase they hadnt with evidence of pictures and service form. Luckily they did change my filters so was happy with that which is why I gave them two stars. Trust me, I completely understand upselling but their is a difference between selling your product and taking advantage of a customer. This used to be the place that broke the mold of the "usual, untrustly worthy mechanics" and had my trust. If I needed something I believed that my car needed it. Now I will just change my oil myself which I should have done from the beginning. Lesson learned. read more

This is my second time leavin a review. I came here back in April and my cap was left loose which caused he oil to spill in my driveway and all over my engine.... When I brought it back I was told I'd receive a free oil change Didn't receive it Then I waited and yelped about 2 months ago. Again was told by the manager to give my address and I'd receive a free oil change Still nothing. Is it just for looks that they respond and act concerned. This place SUCKS!!! read more
