I would give them 0 stars if i had the option. I took my car for an oil change in December and i thought they did a good job but... i had driven a few miles when the filter pops!!! yes, the filter POPPED/CAME OFF in the middle of the street while driving. I called them and they sent a "technician" to check. He checked and went back to get some oil and a new filter. He took a report and said i would get a refund in the mail. Until today, i haven't received anything. Never going back that's for sure. read more

I've come several times to this location in the past without incident. But not this particular day. I came to get my fluids topped. They shop guy tells me i need an oil change, i tell him i don't(the last oil change was done using Jiffys high mileage oil and they said I could go past 3k miles). We go back and forth until i show him the receipt from my last oil change and it clearly has the mileage i need to be serviced at, which isn't today. He final goes about topping my fluids. That was about 3-4 weeks ago. Today I had to call AAA for an unrelated issue, service my dead battery. The AAA tech asked me if i've had my car serviced lately, i say no. Well, he pulls out a RED SHOP TOWEL, they left under the hood. I don't know how or why someone could forget a red(flammable, was dirty with motor oil) towel inside my engine. read more

Shady employees , i had work done on my car that im sure i did not even need, they said i needed a radiator flush and new valve during a routine oil change , i told them i would get it next time and the estimate was 150. So i come back the next day w the same ppl and some other douche tells me its 225 , i was like whoa your coworker said 150 and he said that was not the price and he would even knock 10% off 225 . I got the other guy to admit he agreed on 150 so i had the radiator flushed and the valve replaced. As soon as i pulled out and the had done the job , my car overheated when it NEVER overheated before they worked on it. I took it back and they told me it would cost me more money bcuz it was an UNrelated issue. Really??!?! These ppl are rats and EXTREMELY deceitful i would not be surprised if the sabotaged my car to hustle the 75 they couldn't steal from me the first try. read more

Worst worst place, by far!!! They had me waiting For over an hour and all The different staff gives you different information when asking about your vehicle. It's so unorganized and frustrating trying to deal with employees like Raquel. I have brought all my company cars here for years due to them having my oil change history, but with this type of service I rather find another place to get my service on my vehicles. read more

WOW! This company stalked my house claiming that there was something done wrong with the service. This scared the crap out of me since my husband got his breaks replaced there and something done wrong there could be serious. Once we contacted them they claimed that all that was wrong was our credit card was declined. So we provided them with new card to correct this error. THEN come to find out they charged the original credit card plus the new card we gave them. Now they are not returning our calls and deny that our card was charged. Do not go here unless you want someone making an error on our credit card and then not returning your calls to fix it. shame on them and horrible customer service. read more

Came in for an oil change, power steering and coolant TOP OFF. Employee conveniently misunderstood for power steering flush and coolant flush. Originally planned to spend $30 and had to pay $200 for services I didnt even need or want. Never coming here again. Crooks. read more

I just bought a used car so I went in for a 52 point inspection the service was ok what I didn't like was the lady in the front desk was a grumpy person , and when the service was done I went in my new car only to find my car matts full of what looked like oil stains . When I asked the worker if we can do anything about it he said " you can take it off if you use a scrub " what the hell !! The matts on my car were new like 2 hours new .. It would of been ok if he apologized but he didn't even do that .. In my opinion the lady in the front desk and the person who dose inspections are not very professional. read more

I've been coming to this location for years. Previous experiences have always been ok but nothing major to complain about. Not always a friendly person that runs down the information of the car or time issues as well. Today I waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes just for an oil change. I was told the wait was 45 minutes due to the amount of cars ahead of me. Which was understandable. But when the 1 hour and a half mark was reach and there was 3 people that came in after me were helped before and got to leave before is when I had to say something. Then the no service with a smile guy told me it would be another 45 minutes due to the amount of work the car in front of me needed. They should've recognized that issue and moved my car to another station. There was no apology or discount offered for such a failure. When I told the guy that I always come here and they dropped the ball today his only answer was "I don't know what's going on today" and they put in the computer that I declined my windows washed and declined a vacuum service. When the car in front of me got the full treatment. Don't ever give this location your business. I also asked for the number or contact for the district manager and they brushed it off like they didn't know where the information for the manager was. I didn't appreciate being treated like I was. No professionalism or customer service. I would like to speak with a district or regional manager. read more

Horrible experience last night. Went in for an oil change only. Not a coolant flush, air filter or new wiper blades. Just an oil change. Somehow these guys figured out a way to almost screw my cars air intake sensor. Won't be back again, amateur hour. read more

This is a prett solid place to take your car into for basic car service. I've had my oil changed here for more than 5 years and it's always been a good experience. The only thing I'd like not to happen when I go in is not be pressured into getting more work on my car than what I went in for, it's kinda annoying, besides that everything is good. read more

They treated me right. The mechanic is pretty good. I had a leak coming from where they replaced one of my radiator hoses & although each time I went back they couldn't find the leak, they still took my vehicle in & took care of me best they could. No complaints. I'll still go back. read more

Went there for uber activation from West Covina, since it's the closes inspection site. The customer service at jiffylube is terrible. They don't even greet you or thank you. The u er girl was nice. But come to find out I needed to go back again the next day on my on gas and mileage because the jiffylube guy wrote the wrong VIN number. So I went back and again received unprofessional service from another JL guy and he didn't even write a new inspection form, he just added the missing vin numbers to the original. When I went to the uber rep, she had to rewrite the whole form. Just a waste of time and mileage read more

We asked if they can do a car diagnosis and they asked eachother all around and no one knew wth we were talking about SMH..after driving from south gate to Downey we wasted our time as they had told us over the phone that they did do it and it was $50 when we got there they were clue less had no what we were talking about all kids dumb ass fools.
