Hands down amazing service. The whole team was on point from the supervision down to the cleanliness of the parking lot and waiting room. We were down here from Denver for an event and needed to change the oil after the 1,000 mile trip down and this location was close to where we were staying. We got the oil changed in quick time and a new battery was recommended. Of course like most, I'm like, "Yeah Sure. I need a battery." In the effort of saving time, I declined the battery with the thoughts of coming back another time. We drove down the street to fuel up at a 76 Station. After that, the Volvo wouldn't turn over. I called the team at Jiffy Lube to see what we could do thinking they would recommend a tow. To my surprise a gentlemen drove down the street to us and gave us a jump so we could get back and get the new battery that was recommended. Save your money and avid this place if possible!!! I went in on Saturday to get my oil changed, I was then told that it was recommended to get radiator fluid needed flushed and I said ok that's fine, then I was told that it had a leak and it needed to be replaced I asked how much it would be the manager said he would look but the mechanic was too busy to fix it that day and he wouldn't be in until the next couple of days and I asked them if it was ok to still drive since I still had a leak and needed to get to and from work, the manager then comes back to tell me the mechanic was able to put in the new pump I said ok cool I'll wait, they place the order and when the part got there, one of the guys that originally started doing my oil change started to proceed to work on removing the pump and replacing it and then left another guy (which looked like a 16yrs kid) finish the work the whole time that kid was worried about a cut he got on his finger while doing the job I was told the mechanic would do!!! After being there for almost 3hrs & half I was told the car was good to go and got my paper work, and left I wasn't more than 2 mins away when my car started overheating (something it didn't do prior to taking it there) I took it back and told them one of the employees yelled as another employee was checking "it's just the fluids that was just put in it'll be alright" like really kid why say that I just paid $271 for you all to fix someone thing that more than likely didn't need to be fixed so there we go waiting for them to check it again and now the mechanic checked it and tried to fix it they replaced the cap from the pump and said to take it back and he'll check it to make sure it's working in a couple of days, now I noticed fluids leaking from the car and I had my father take it to get checked as he told us to do and now all of sudden it's the water pump!!! Mind you I was just there Saturday and they claimed to had checked everything then how come now it's the water pump?????? Now they want to charge me &400+ to get that fixed when I had just paid $200+ on replacing the radiator pump!!! I had to talk to the manger which he was rude at the end saying he's too busy and not being helpful at all to try to make it right!!! I feel like the mechanic wasn't told what was wrong with my car to begin with otherwise he would've work on my car.. these ppl are just looking for a way to take money from you when this issue should've been caught to begin with! Don't claim to be able to fix something when you don't have experience people to do the job and don't just put anyone to fix something if they don't have mechanical experience!!! Very disappointed and now I'm stuck with another problem that I have to take else where to fix due to their lack of experience!!! read more

Mundane chores as having your car oil changed can be as time halting and wallet robbing experience most of the time ( i do full synthetic )BUT if you come to this branch you dont mind it cuz you know they really ARE taking care of your vehicle. Take note: if you are in a rush kinda thing but need to have it done then go to a place where you sit in your car while they do it and off you go. This is not that place. This is a place where you are ushered in to a wi fi waiting area w/ hot coffee and a much appreciated tidy restroom. After which you will be informed of the state of your vehicle and then given the options of what you want worked on. ( still prefer coming here in lieu of the dealership). With that all said -- thank you to the guys who get 1 on 1 on your vehicle and get their hands dirty.
