Went in early on a Saturday for an oil change. Paid $172 for an oil change with synthetic oil, tire rotation and they cleaned my K&N filter. Great service, no pressure. Wow! I am impressed!! I was not expecting that great of customer service! As soon as I pulled up I was met with a smile and a "welcome to jiffy lube. How can I assist you today?" Told him I was there for an oil change and he escorted me to the lobby while offering water or coffee. Jesse was super helpful and informative. After my car was assessed, he told me what's in good shape and what's not. Not once did I feel pressured into buying something else. He was extremely polite and broke down the charges to me which I appreciated it. I told him I wanted to use a coupon I had and he was happy to help with that. After 20 min, my car was done, Jesse handed me the keys and i walked out to my car. Before getting into the car, the gentleman who worked on my car showed me the oil level in my engine and gave me a timeline to come back for the next one. I thought that was very professional.
