I was looking for a valvoline shop when i made a wrong turn and ended up at Jiffy Lube. there was no other customers there which was great because i was on my way to vote when i noticed that my "service" icon was showing in my console. I was immediately greet by a tech who was very polite and courteous. He showed me the way to the lobby area, offered me coffee and where the ladies room was and told me they would take care of my car and someone would be in to assist me. I was then greeted by Rachel the manager and she was awesome!!! She was helpful and courteous as well and had patience extraordinary. My car was a bit more then i was expecting to pay for an oil change but she did provide me with some discounted coupons which was a much appreciated help. My only complaint was that they did a rush job on my windows after Rachel told me that was one of their special services, when i started to drive off my windows were filthy. I in the past have had a good experience with this location but my most recent trip has caused me never to want to go back to this place first thing all they want to do is up celluon service second I was quoted $62 for an oil change and it came out to be a hundred and five how did the sales person missing $40 in extra charges that he couldn't make me aware of the most important reason as to why I will not be back to this location is through the window I watch the service guy Kik the front bumper on my car for no reason whatsoever so I overpaid for oil change for $100 and watch them disrespect and kick my car just a word of advice this is not how you treat your paying customers read more

I want to commend this particular Jiffy Lube for their expedient service in topping off my vehicle with a quart of oil. I have been coming to Jiffy Lube for 15 years and they have always acted in the most professional manner possible. Worst place to go, I took my car for an oil change and they ended up doing other services because according to them that's what it need it. It hasn't even been a week and now I can't drive my car. It started shaking so bad and the check engine light came up and now if I try driving it, it will start but as soon as I drive it it turns off!! And to top it off I spend over $900 read more

I usually avoid chain oil-change places because they simply cost more money. However, I just come back from a cross-country trip, and was about 1000 miles overdue for an oil change, so when I saw the banner advertising 24.95, I figured it was worth a try. When I drove in, my car was making a strange noise (the noise started after some recall work had been done on the engine by the dealer a few months earlier). They wouldn't even touch the car until they figured out what the noise was (water pump not screwed on properly and shredding the belt). They walked me out, showed me the problem, and recommended it get fixed immediately (they don't do mechanical). Yes, they did point out optional additional services I could buy, but they took the time to explain each, and didn't even flinch when I stated I do most of those myself (replace cabin filter, clean K&N filter, etc.). Now, here's why they get 5 stars: a few blocks down the road, my otherwise wonderful hybrid stopped in the middle of the road. Some nice strangers helped me push it into a gas station lot. I immediately called Jiffy Lube and asked them what the heck? They sent over a tech in a matter of minutes -- with equipment -- to the gas station, to check out my car. Who does that?!? They were courteous and helpful and went well above the regularly-expected service. As it turns out, the problem was completely unrelated to the oil change; the computer stopped the car as a precaution because the water pump was failing (crazy computerized hybrids). I've gone here a couple times and let me tell you the almost all the staff is excellent, very helpful and professional. The first couple of times I went the receptionist was very helpful and also the mechanic. But then I started going earlier in th day when the manager tony is there and let me tell you, this man is helpful but a scammer. Not sure if sales are low but I have asked for a 29.99 "special" oil change twice and he gives me something else and until after everything is done he brings me the breakdown and I just feel weird arguing about it because the mechanic has done his job already. Yes maybe I should've asked him for the price before hand the second time but I thought it was just a mistake the first time I got serviced by him since the other times the other employees have told me prices before doing the services. I honestly like the service here because it's close to where I live but maybe I'll just try to go in the evening when mr tony isn't there. read more

I went to this Jiffy Lube to get help with a brake light bulb and received amazing service not only did I get help with my brake light, well which I thought was a break light but we happen to be at reverse light bulb they gave me all points check on my car and let me know when I should get my next Oil Change they gave me a diagnostic report to let me know any or if there were other things wrong with my car and I was helped by a wonderful guy named Austin Who provided me with excellent service I recommend this Jiffy Lube if you're in the Downey area to anyone read more

With assurance they tell you that Uber started charging for Uber inspections since march 31,2017.
