. I was told it would be $79.99 just for the brake pads. I stated that I also need my AC looked at because it was not blowing cold air. I brought my truck in the next day and was told I needed brakes all around plus rotors plus new caliper all around. They also told me all I needed was freon and just for that it would be $90. The bill for everything came out to $2,000, I told them I was not going to pay that and I just needed the brake pads. After going back and forth with five guys who were surrounding me they asked me how much could I spend and we all settled on brake pads, rotors and freon for $400. After the work was done, one guy told me I needed to drive my truck for an hour for the freon to work so as I was told I drove the car around for an hour. Still was not getting cold. I noticed that it was making a noise coming from the AC when turning the car off and on and my check engine light came on, before taking my truck in I never had these issues. I took my truck right back to the shop and the guy took another look at it and told me that it was the compressor so today I took my truck to another place (Midas) and had them take a look at it, come to find out the guy overcharged my freon which caused it to blow the compressor. I called the shop and was transferred to 4 different people and the issue was not taken care of. I had to pay them $400 plus Midas $200 and now I have to buy a compressor for $300 and pay someone to fix it due to Just Brakes blowing it. I went to this jiffy lube few weeks ago, and had a oil change for a good deal but then some bald old guy was telling me that the breaks are bad also needed to change my break oil , so i did it with rotors spend a lot of money then last week started squeegeeing and telling me that it was not the breaks and rotors and refused to look at my car they said it was something that they didnt touch and recommend to take it to a MECHANIC. like really your going to do breaks and tell me to take it to a mechanic? i thought they were real mechanics they are jokes. WARNING do not go here. beware of this place, also they refused to recommend me a mechanic they just said to take it to mechanic they didnt tell me nothing. this is the worst service EVER i gotten .karma is going to get you for recommending then sending em to REAL mechanics this is like a joke they take your money and dont want to fix it they said they didnt touch it. my husband to it to a REAL MECHANIC and they said it was something called shims that they fell and were scraping also said that the breaks they get their cheap china material. Went here Tuesday around 3pm I was the only one there of course more came after, I told the man you do not have to clean my windows or vacuum the inside MY CAR WAS JUST WASHED 3 hours ago, he says I will make sure I don't get my greasy hands all over it, I said ok. I did oil change, tires rotated which I didn't even know they did that, anti freeze, air filter replaced, my car which is 2013 Kia Sorento White, my car now pulls to the right so I check my tires, when they balance tires they hammer those things on the rim they are missing from one tire, I get home and there is grease all over my hood from greasy hands, boy was I not a happy customer, after $80.00I now have to go somewhere to get my tire balanced. Will never go there for tires rotated. Oil change yes. I did call back I think I spoke to Tony he wanted me to bring my car back to clean the grease off my hood I said, no I will clean it. I went to Jiffy Lube to have my brakes done about a yr and half ago and they charged me 625.00$ for broken rotors and drums and brakes. Well I started hearing noise when I stopped and I called and they said my warranty was up. Well I continued driving because I'm a single mom and I don't have much money. I had to get it smogged and when the gentleman smogged it he said "you know your brakes are metal to metal." I said "well I just had the brakes done last yr." He said "there is no way your brakes were replaced." I called Jiffy Lube again. They said "well we have new management." What should I do? They want me to bring it back in but I'm afraid they will cause me more problems because I am complaining. I don't know anything about cars. Never go to Jiffy Lube. I'm afraid to drive now. they told me they only do fleet accounts on sundays!!, I had to drive to Calexico in Company Vehicle, the manager is always helpful to me but this time a young tech told me manager was not in but he could not do my oil change. I came back from Calexico, went to get oil change , Tech told me the same thing He could not do my oil change for having fleet account, I was not taking no for an answer so i told him to please do oil change Why was he Lazy or did not want my business? Their service is usually good, but today I asked an employee while he was helping another client, and i said, "excuse me do you guys have WiFi ?" He pointed to the sticker on the window and said yea there it is with an attitude as if he were saying yea dummy can't you see it. So, i continued to try and login in..the SSID was incorrect it did not pop up while scanning. I told him ... "this doesn't seem to be working, he said I'll be with you after I'm done with this customer, (with an attitude) i said okay fine. He took his next customer and never addressed me again. I feel that great customer service is key in any business and when he walked out i said to everyone in the waiting room (room full of clients) he seemed sort of rude or was it just me? I came in for an oil change and a pretty young lady greeted me introduced herself as Jennifer asked me for my information walked me to the lobby and showed me where the coffee and the restroom were she even provided me with a password for the wifi she told me to have a seat and Luis would be with me, after Luis explained to me what was going to be done to my car I proceeded to wait for only 10 minutes before the young lady was back inside to charge me, she was sweet and very professional she invited me to return for a top off before my next visit and asked another young man to help me with any questions regarding what was done to my car, I was setting up for a road trip and they made me feel at ease I will be sure to return they even clean your windows and vacuum I was very pleased the staff is very kind read more

I went to jiffy lube on 10/24/19. Manuel and Raquel were very helpful and cheerful. Both had great attitude and with a smile. Raquel explained to me in full the process and she has very good communication skills and made me feel comfortable leaving my car to be serviced( oil change). Manuel along with Eduardo did the job in a timely fashion and the job was finished in no time. Manuel even cleaned my windows and Raquel vacuumed my car no extra charge. I was very satisfied with theirs service and I would recommend this establishment to anybody who needs work done on their car and I will be back.i took the time to write this review because good service needs to be recognized because it's not common anymore. I came in for only an oil change and Tony was kind enough to show me and explain to me why it was important that my car had also needed the radiator fluid flushed and replaced along with my air filters, not only was Tony very informative, helpful, and patient enough to provide me with all the information I had asked for he also went above and beyond by knocking everything out very quickly! The service here was very nice. I called to see if there was a brake tech available around 7:15a. I spoke with lorie who informed me that he'll be here at 8a and I'll be the first on the list for the day. As I arrive to the location I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who instructed me to head inside where it was warm and they had coffee available. As I waited for my vehicle(which took no more than about an hour) Lorie was extremely helpful she constantly came in to update me on the services and was very informative.
