I am so impressed. I have always taken my car to Dealer. My daughter when she was in town took it to Jiffy Lube on Stephanie. Since it's going on 3-4 months I back there to get oil change. The rep took my mileage and saw that I had not driven 3K miles and told me "I am not taking your money", "comeback when you have put another 2K miles on car". Then he explained why and what to continue doing before coming back. Dealer would have taken my car, and besides oil change I am sure they would find other issues. This is my neighborhood Jiffy Lube. I have been coming here for years as it is just down the street and very convenient for my wife and I. Service is always quick and friendly. I am writing this today because I just so happened to be going home to replace my left headlight that is out after this oil change. Elijah walked into the waiting room to ask me if I would like him to replace my headlight. I was confused how he knew I had just bought the new lamps as they were sitting in my trunk. He didn't. But as I went on to explain that I am headed home to replace them now, he quickly replied that he would install them for me no problem! Solid above and beyond service these days is refreshing. For years I'd been going to this Jiffy Lube. Not just me but our entire family. We referred friends and associates as it was always good work and at a good price. Not anymore. They seem to have replaced all of the old timers that had always worked at this location. Every old familiar face is gone. It's now a couple of young, less than experienced folks. Friendly but new faces. Not the same. And not as eager to help you with Jiffy Lube coupons that may be on the net. Previously when I arrived I always spoke with someone about what discounts or coupons were available. They always knew if i didn't etc. Its not like that now. In fact they won't help you at all in that department. Even if you ask. Its different. Very pro business. But NOT PRO CUSTOMER. I won't get into what went wrong with my last service. Its complicated. It could have happened anywhere, I suppose. But the focus was not as it has been in the past. But the fact that they are understaffed with new young kids that are nice ... leads me to believe that what ever they were hoping for is not going to work for them. Especially since I've seen all of the poor recent reviews. The old reviews were great. Just look at them! A DRASTIC CHANGE FROM BEFORE. I'm not sure why they got rid of the previous long term employees. But I won't be going back to them because of what I've seen. Some other place. Some other company. But not here. read more

Usually this place is pretty fast, but my visit today took over an hour for an oil change and usual services AFTER I pulled into the bay. Given the price has shot up to $90 for a synthetic oil change, it would be nice if they had a couple more people on the clock. There appeared to be only 3 guys working on a busy Saturday. It seems like the workers are forced to check every darn thing on my car unnecessarily, including an air filter that I had just replaced, which feels like a greed-driven corporate mandate. read more

I wish there was a way to leave more then 5 stars. It was Friday night, just after 6pm and I had my daughter and two of her friends in the car to go hang out for the weekend. My tire pressure light came on. Ok, no big deal, but then I started watching the number drop, fast. Now I'm scared. It's supposed to be 36psi and by the time I made it into the parking lot it was down to 4. I was so scared I was shaking. My car is full of children. Work traffic, on Stephanie! Thank goodness there's a pepboys open till 7, they can help... the person in that store refused to open the door, said the hours were wrong, because of covid?¿ now, I'm really freaking out. Right next door is the Jiffy Lube. These guys ARE closed, done. It's Friday night, they don't owe me anything, but you know what... they opened up their door and helped me. They got my tire pumped up enough to get my kids home safe, and I really don't know how to thank them enough. You guys are heros and I hope whoever signs your paychecks knows it. Date of service was 11/1/21. I requested an oil change. The actual service was great. I'm only upset because my skid plate was not secured properly and it came loose while driving on the highway. I stopped at the nearest mechanic to get the plate screwed back on. They walked my to the garage to show me that the skid plate was scraped too much to be placed back on. I called Jiffy Lube to inform them about the skid plate and to get it replaced. The woman on the phone spoke to her GM who told her that I could come back to them to get the skid plate screwed back on. I reiterated that the skid was removed at another mechanic and skid plate is damaged. She asked to place me on hold while she spoke to her GM again. When she can back on the line she stated that her GM said I don't actually need a skid plate to operate the vehicle. I told them that I was aware however, my skid plate was not damaged, dragging, or loose before going to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. I understand that the skid plate has to be removed to access the oil pan. I also understand that skid plates help protect the parts underneath my car. The woman then stated that they could order a skid plate but it may be a while until they receive it. She said that they ordered some parts that they have been waiting almost 2 months for "so do you still want it?" I told them I was fine to wait for the delivery of skid plate. There was a long pause after that. The woman finally spoke stating her GM has my number so he'll call me. Once again, the oil service was very nice. Not securing the skid plate all the way back on was a huge inconvenience. The scraping on the highway was very startling. I then had to find another car garage to screw skid plate back on, as I don't have a car lift and if I would've tried sliding under my vehicle to screw it back on I would've ruined my work uniform. The mechanic I went to was nice to to charge me anything for removing the skid plate. The call to Jiffy Lube to explain the issue with the skid plate and to request a replacement was far from acceptable. I feel as though they were trying to convince me to withdraw my request for a replacement ( e.g. explaining how skid plates aren't needed for vehicle operation and the mention of long delivery times followed by "so do you still want it?") I want to reiterate that I had no problem with the skid plate before I got serviced at Jiffy Lube and the skid plate began dragging about 30 minutes after my service. I don't understand why the phone call didn't include an apology for the mistake, inconvenience, and wasn't followed by an immediate offer to fix or replace skid plate. I'm leaving this lengthy review so that someone can be aware of the unsatisfactory customer service I received. I'm also leaving this review as documentation as I'm not confident that the skid plate will actually be replaced (based off the phone call. It has been almost a week since service and I have not received any communication that they are sorry for the inconvenience or that the part has been ordered and the ETA of delivery. I went in for an oil change. Checked my invoice and it says i got a tire rotation. Never once saw anyone touch my tires. Never even asked for that. They said they checked my tire pressure, checked my air and all tires are low. They charged me for services and never did them. read more
