Last minute decision to get my car oil changed. I called to see if there was a wait and the employee cheerfully told me to come on in and there was no wait. The waiting area was clean and the guy showed me the area, pointing out the new massage chair and offering coffee and water. The inspection and services were reviewed thoroughly. 2020-11-01 I dropped in for an Oil Change service on a high mileage SUV. I wanted to continue with a synthetic oil especially recommended for a vehicle of high mileage of which required six (6) quarts of fluid. The store manager quoted $115.00 (+tax) for this oil change service, and I objected. Immediately, he said could do it for $20.00 less at $95.00 (+ tax). I said NO THANKS, You're price is to high for this type of service! Please close the hood and I won't return to your place of business. I went to another oil change place and had the service performed for $79.48 (+tax). read more

Took my car in and was greeted by one of the rudest people I have ever met by the name of John. He was on some sort of power trip and looked for anything visually he could think of to fail my car. It passed all emissions and computer test but he decided he didn't like the way something looked, so he "visually" failed it. I have had this car for 7 years and this is the first time it has ever failed. Don't go here, you will regret it. It is better to support small business anyways, which is what I will do from now on. read more

I went to their shop and they were short handed,One of their coworkers call in , However they just tried to do their best , I served by Joe ( Joseph ) he was a very nice gentleman , Polite and very positive , He took care of my car for conventional oil change and also check the tire pressure and the battery , I have to mention that I used coupon on their website for 10 $ so it makes my oil change to about 35 $ ( Included tax ) , The price versus service was perfect , I have to say the business owner of the shop should be proud of having these guys , Because they were so dedicated to their job and also professional , I'm sure they trained very well too. Went in for an oil change and alignment this morning on my mazda cx5. Chanse had taken care of me and made sure to show me how the alignment on my vehicle was before making any adjustments. I have gone to jiffy lubes for years. This is the worst one ever. Employees great manager is a bait and switch and rude guy. Quoted 24.95 and charged $57.21 with zero extras. I told them Costco did my tires so it was just oil. Totally done with jiffy lubes bate and switch until managers like this guy are out of the jiffy lube system. read more

Moved to this area about 2 years ago and this has been my go to place. I tried a few others close by but the customer service here is top notch. I came in this past week for a brake service and Chanse was able to explain very clearly some other issues he caught. I was missing a brake caliber pin that caused the rapid and excessive wear of the pads. They were also kind enough to shuttle me home while waiting for repairs. This isnt a normal service but if you ask they accommodate. read more

I went in for only an oil change. They talked me into getting my serpentine belt fixed, it would take "an hour or so". I obliged. What ended up happening took FOUR AND A HALF HOURS of me stuck at JiffyLube. Firstly, they "delivered the wrong belt"- if they didn't have the belt in the first place, why would they tell me they could replace my belt, and secondly, are you kidding me? Shouldn't y'all know which belt it is? After waiting for a new one to be delivered, my technician couldnt get the belt on without help from someone else, and almost every single worker had left right after I got there and they did my order. So he had to wait for someone to come and help him. They ended up BREAKING a part of my engine. This is about 2 and 1/2 hours in...I couldn't believe what I had heard....while fixing my car, they broke it; and while my technician was a very nice, very helpful (to the best of his abilities...) man, it still doesn't cover for what I went through there. He then came back 4 hours later saying they "might have to take the engine out" to repair it, and by that time I had been there 4 and 1/2 hours and had to go wake up at 5:30am, so I had to ask to charge my dead phone and call someone to get me and take me home which was 40 minutes away from the store. I had to leave my car there overnight, and pay a $20 Lyft to go get to work/pick it up the next morning. When I got there to pick my car up, I asked what I would be paying....the woman said $275. She didn't even know what was going on with my car. I politely explained the situation and how I didn't think it should cost me that much considering the entire day and night and all the money and stress put into this ordeal that I had no control over, when THEY broke my car. She said there was "nothing she could do". I ended up finding a 10 or $15 coupon online. TLDR; Jiffylube broke my car and then asked me to pay for it, and wasted 5 hours of my time. I don't think this is acceptable. read more

I've had my Cadillac Escalade serviced here 3 times now, the most recent visit was for not only an oil change but also brakes and tires. These were things I knew I needed but I was expecting to have to go to other shops to get those items. Nope! These guys did all of it, at a competitive price and with all of the standard warranties. Daughter took her car here last week for a simple oil change. Apparently they forgot to put the skid plate back on (or on properly) and it is now missing from her car, and the pan under that not screwed on and ended up dragging the ground and put several holes in it. After NUMEROUS calls to this location and getting "there is nothing we can do, no proof", I'm beyond mad. A simple oil change will now cost over $300 to fix the issues that they caused by not re-installing parts properly after the oil change. Then they demean her by claiming it was her fault. It happened directly AFTER the oil change. Her car has never had this problem prior to that. Nice going Jiffy Lube! read more

I had a Groupon coupon for an alignment. Took my car in to have it checked because I had had my front inner tie rods replaced by my personal mechanic and was told that I should have it checked. I had barely sat down in the waiting room when the manager came in and told me that my car didn't need anything done to it. He said he could tweak it but it really didn't need it. He gave me back my Groupon and told me I was good to go. So I took my wife's car in under this same Groupon and the same thing happened. He even took me out to the machine and showed me where everything was in the green. Gave me back my Groupon to use another day. Pleasant place to get service. read more
