I had them change my oil, and I hope they changed the filter to. I say this because I was charged 4.99 to top off my coolant,only to jave them topp off with tap water. I asked to top off my windshield washer fluid, which I would have paid for. One of the so called techs claimed he had already done so. When I drove away my windshield washer fluid was empty. So I don't trust jiffy lube any more. I will never go to any jiffy lube again. read more

I went here to get an oil change... I pulled up and rolled down the window, the guy came up to my window and noticed I had a car seat in the back and BEFORE he even asked what service I needed he asked if I had a kid and I told him I did and he said "oh do you want to make another one?" Ummm excuse me? Also my coworker walks past the shop from time to time and she gets harassed by the same guy. And these are the reasons you will NEVER get my service. The dude is a creep. read more

So i came into jiffy lube today for a oil change, i knew it wasn't going to be $40.00 or $50.00 dollars, it was more like $140.00 For a oil change and new air filter! Seemed a little pricey but its okay i had an awesome experience. I met Cesar and Uriel. Both of them super nice and super informative. I shot the breeze with Uriel as he worked on my 96 Honda Civic! He told me how he used to have one himself and how they're reliable cars. It took him about 30-45 to install a new air filter and change out my oil. I left feeling like my car was running in working order and i also found out i had a transmission leak so that was good to find out, Cesar pointed me in the right direction to get that taken care of. All in all i had a great service and great talk with Uriel and Cesar! Definitely will bring my car back to this same location in about 5,000 miles per Cesar! Thanks again jiffy lube! read more

This location has a lot to improve on. I been coming here for several years now and there employee turn around is high. Causing poor customer service in the long run. Be careful when they give you those complimentary window wash sometimes they make a mess. I would be careful on them checking your inside cabin filter. Poor training caused one of the employees to break my glove compartment. Now it has a fracture in the ends. In the last 4 years I've never seen the same employees more that 3 times. I would say I good manager and great employees should do the job. Also I think there in experience comes from them hiring very young high school kids that don't know what they are doing. If you come here I would look and see what they are doing at your car the whole entire time. Just so they don't break anything. As I passed by on foothill they had a sign that stated no wait!! As I pulled in they where servicing 5 cars????? Any false advertisement maybe???!? When they move your car they don't put any protective seat covers I have seen oil stains on my car seats. I would also consider this. Watch out for the little things that matter and call them out on it. On the good note oil change prices are very reasonable. read more

Worst jiffy i been too just basically saying he did everything on paper but didnt even check it. Jiffy lube generally vaccumes etc right? I didnt get one nor did my tire pressure get checked because i knew the left front was low wanted to see if they would make sure everything is good. My car was a bit overdue for an oil change. I was driving by this location and decided to pop in and see how long the wait would be. They took my car in almost immediately. The manager Olivia checked me in fairly quickly. My wait time was short, but long enough to use the clean restroom and find a coupon online for the oil change. Soon my oil was changed, coolant topped off, and air filters checked. 60k mile service was offered, but I didn't have time for it today. Brandon and Francisco were quick and helpful. Much better service here than at some other Jiffy locations. 1 note: Brandon reviewed my receipt as to service provided (good), but no one showed me the new oil level, as I have had done at other shops. read more

I had a car issue and pulled into a parking lot not realizing I parked in front of a Jiffy Lube. I looked up and when I realized there was a Jiffy Lube there, I seen two gentlemen walking my way. Although my issue had nothing to do with the oil or anything to do with any services they provide there, they still took the time to look over my engine. Everyone there treated me With respect, courtesy and appreciation. They informed me thoroughly what they were going to do and what options I had. due to Covid, I couldn't wait in the lobby, but one of the employees brought me a chair to sit in and wait in the shade until they were finished. I have always been nervous to go to a Jiffylube from horror stories I've heard. But I was so beyond impressed I made a yelp account just to let everyone who sees this know how great this location is. Specifically how amazing Britney is, but the crew she runs were effective, quick and polite as well. You can tell she runs an effective and professional team. I came during a huge rush thinking I'd be there forever, but nope. She moved cars in and out of there like clockwork without sacrificing the personal customer service experience that you want when you're paying a lot of money to take care of your vehicle. So incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, she even wrote me some notes of products I could buy for my car and where to get them from and listening to her speak with other guest was truly fascinating. She knows A LOT about cars. She answered every question and she did it all while training and helping her team. Excellent. Dishonest. Conniving. I used to come here because it was a simple and affordable in and out process for an oil change. I use my car daily there are zero issues with my car. I also am very familiar with my engine. But today suddenly I was charged well over $25-$30 more for a simple oil change that I always get, I was told I suddenly have battery issues (I don't). I was also told I need to get a tire rotation even tho they are a fairly new set of tires. (All 4) I feel cheated, lied to and tricked. I am familiar with my car engine specifically because of mechanics who treat me like I'm stupid and feel they need to "man-splain" what is "wrong" with my engine. Ive always looked after my car. Whoever this person is who tried to pull this stunt with me (and to an extent got away with it) should be fired. However I know NOTHING will be done about this. And now I fear that my engine and battery were tampered with especially since at the end of my transaction was told I needed to reset the code on my GPS and radio which is a security measure my car has when the battery is disconnected. Thanks for giving me anxiety when I drive. STAY AWAY. read more
