I am always Leary about jiffy lubes, due to past bad experiences. I was referred to this one location by a friend who takes their car in for regular oil changes and service. I was greeted by Derek, he asked me if I was there for an oil change, I said yes and pulled my car up. I explained to Derek if he could check my air filter, he said he would. Shortly after that Derek can up to me and showed me the air filter and it was filthy and definitely need to be changed. I appreciated that he showed me the air filter, and made sure I was ok with replacing it, because that normally doesn't happen. Caesar is the manager and he was exceptionally service oriented he made sure to let all the customers know updates and length of time their cars would be in service or completed. He was quick, efficient, polite, a great example of superb customer service. I am in the service industry and take pride in that. I was never asked to upgrade, gauged with pricing and they were willing g to go above and beyond to service their customers. I am please and will definitely be returning for further car services and won't go anywhere else. Kudos to Cesar and Derek, GREAT job!!!! I am one extremely happy customer. read more

I was sticker shocked for a full synthetic oil change at $94. In the waiting room, I was watching the History channel on making a sword which got my mind off the $94. In comes Olivia with fantastic customer service and personality. Without asking, she told me to go to Groupon or Jiffy Lube website to find some deals on the oil change. Alex and Frank are awesome. I have a car that doesn't have a typical filter and they were able to order one and get it to the shop in an extremely timely manner. Their customer service is exceptional, it was hot out and Alex got his swamp cooler and actually put it through my window so that I could remain cool while I sat in my vehicle waiting for the oil change to be complete. Frank even went and found a coupon that would work with what I needed to get for my oil change. Will definitely be coming to THIS Jiffylube for all of my vehicles oil changes!! Service was quick and customer service was awesome. Not all Jiffy Lubes are created equally, and it's easy to get scammed if you know nothing about your vehicle. This wasn't the case here. Ceasar (one of the employees on shift) was polite, speedy, and didn't try to up-sell me on anything my wife's car didn't need. I haven't been the biggest JL fan in my life due to past experiences but I'll definitely return here for the honest work and customer service. Today I dropped by Jiffy Lube in Upland to have my oil changed. When I arrived an African-American gentleman named Mike greeted me in a friendly and efficient manner. After giving him information from my mechanic, he advised me that I did not need an oil change just yet. He explained further why this was his professional opinion. I was very impressed with him and his integrity. I will definitely be returning to Jiffy Lube when it is time to do so...and I will tell everyone I know about how professional and efficient the crew members are at this location!!! read more

Came here and I wanted just a standard oil change. The guy working then told me that i needed a premium oil change because I have a newer car and it was going to be a few dollar's extra. I thought it was going to be like $20 extra or something. When I went to pay the bill it came out to be $100 for an OIL CHANGE!! I couldn't believe it, if you're going to more than double the price of the service i came in for you could at least tell me the price or warn me about the high cost. I came in expecting to pay $40 max and left spending over $100!! I felt like I had been robbed! Go anywhere else for an oil change, they must be getting a bonus for selling premium services. I WILL NEVER GO BACK and have made it a point to tell everyone I know not to waste their money here either. read more

The service here is amazing! Dread getting oil changes cause they almost always take forever. Well, not here! The second I got there he was already pulling my car up so they can start working on my car while we get the paperwork all settled. We were in and out within 15 min! I recently went to jiffy lube and first thought the price was pretty high, then the guy calls me to my car to go over things for a possible upsell. He tells me everything is fine including my wiper blades. I looked at him and said "obviously he didn't look at the wipers since they were bad" he looked at me and said woops, looked at wipers and tells me I was right. This has nothing to do with the service people or customer service rep, this is strictly for their Owner/Corporate personnel. The service was fine, however their prices are borderline criminal, nearly $50.00 higher then the local Chevy dealer, Mtn View Chevrolet. Like a fool I paid nearly $110.00 for a synthetic oil change this past Saturday for my Traverse, Mtn View Chevy does it for $59.99, I should have walked but needed it done, I have no problem paying an extra $20.00 but $50.00 is criminal. It was 20 years since the last visit to a JL and it won't ever happen again. JL should be ashamed for taking advantage of the public, I'll be spreading the word all over Face Book and social media. read more

I've been going to this Jiffy Lube for three years off and on now, and never have had a bad experience. They provide me with the recommended services, but they don't shove them down my throat. My last visit was on a Saturday morning, I was the 6th car in the driver bay... I was still in-and-out within 30 minutes. They never give me any nonsense about my coupons (unlike the JL's in Fullerton and Anaheim). My first visit here 3 years ago, Cesar checked me in and took care of me. I still see him off-and-on and every time he greets me by first name. It's comforting because I feel that he respects me as a customer and I'm not going to get ripped off here.
